Brianna Ghey was a 16-year-old trans girl from Warrington, England. On Saturday, February 11th 2023, Brianna was found dead on the side of a park with multiple stab wounds. Two 15-year-olds have been taken into custody in connection with her murder.

People in the Warrington area have alleged that Brianna was being bullied in school, and that neither the administration nor the police did anything.

Despite this, local police have said there is no evidence that the attack was hate-based and most news articles don't mention her status as a trans woman. This is deliberate. This is genocide by the hands of transphobes and TERFs.

Britain does not have gender self-identification (your legal gender being determined by how you identify and not any arbitrary medical requirements), meaning even in her death she will be deadnamed and misgendered on her death certificate.

She deserved so much better.

There is an ongoing gofundme the family has set up in their memorial. The ACLU and Lambia fund released a joint statement of support as part of their ongoing legal campaign to protect and support transgender students in Oklahoma public schools, Bridge v. Oklahoma State Department of Education.

I don't really have anything else to add. This whole thing is just heartbreaking and I can't even begin to imagine what their family must be going through. This is why we must continue to fight and not leave LGBT students in red states behind. To protect students like Nex.

I'm wondering, for what trans rights American TRAs are fighting for? I just don't get it. Transitioning children? Self-identification? Abolishing gendered spaces? I'm from Poland. Over here, trans people have it awfully hard, both medical and social transition are very troublesome and even dangerous. Gay people can't get married here, can't adopt kids. Conversion therapy is alive and well despite being illegal. Hell, a girl at the pride parade got SHOT for nothing a few weeks back. In 2020 a bunch of men went around after the pride parade beating people up just for having something rainbow on them. Those "anti-trans" bills y'all are talking about are bills that protect women and children. You have it really good in the US compared to Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, etc.

I doubt that any TRA can offer a scientific definition supported with biological facts which proves that biological men can be women.

If they should ever be able to present one, I‘ll listen.

Honestly the way that some trans people/TRAs talk about gender is so similar to Jehovah’s witnesses. Acting like people “discovering their genders” is some sort of spiritual awakening and that always bugged me about the whole movement even before I peaked. People trying to spread the good word of gender identity and acting like it was this big solution to their problems. It’s what led me away from religion and what ultimately caused me to peak on gender ideology.

some people come in my notes and try to prove me that everyone feels like a woman, a man or something else, that if you don't feel like your "assigned" gender then you must be trans, that us ""terfs"" are trying to sell the lie that nobody feels this way and that you can be dysphoric and "cis", etc... and i could debunk it so many times because it's total bullshit (i do it sometimes) but at the end of the day it doesn't even matter. no i don't care if people really feel like women, men, if we all experience gender euphoria, i literally don't care. womanhood and manhood aren't feelings. a woman is an adult human female. a man is an adult human male. your feelings literally don't matter in that case because being a woman or a man isn’t a matter of feelings, it's a matter of biology. die mad about it. also, you know, feelings can change, so i don't think we should base our laws on these.

TRAs often appropriate innocent pop culture that are intended for teens/children that have nothing to do with transgender activism or their ideas in order to take over communities and normalize their disgusting ideas about women and remove spaces where they aren't the ones in control. They take things like pokemon, doom, duke nukem, and a lot more, and make forced pro-transgender memes that are intended to spread their ideas to younger audiences and subtly associate that character and IP with their ideas.

I think we should do the same to those characters to show them how it feels to have your favorite things appropriated and twisted into a political narrative, and I want to start with Sylveon. Sylveon is a Pokemon that TRAs use to force their message into the pokemon community because Sylveon has the transgender pride colors. The point of this is to show them their grasp on pop culture isnt as strong as they think it is, and to reduce the power they have over pop culture and mainstream opinion. Its not much but it is a start.

Exactly my thoughts! TRAs are groomers. If I teach the young girls in my family about femaleness and importance of womanhood, then I'm being transphobic (bc apperantly they might identify as trans) and I'm indoctrinating them but when TRAs push their agenda everywhere it's suddenly okay? Educating kids ≠ pushing them towards your ideology cuz apparently TRAs are just "educating"

In October (2019), I had a breakdown, in the dark, just from everything weighing me down. Love is conditional, religion and gods never cared for humanity, and I came to the conclusion that I couldn't escape where I was. So, I cried in the dark, with whatever on the TV screen in front of me, that I couldn't even focus on.

My mother (she lost the right to be called "mom" years ago) came down at some point, pulled my brother's shitty rolly chair over, and sat down. Instead of being a loving and understanding person, she decided to give an awful ultimatum of conditional "love".

"I love you and want to help you, as long as you're not gay or want to change your body."

I froze. Obviously, I lied. I'm both. I felt worse than before, afterwards.

It's been a few years, and I'm not out of the house yet, but I am out of the closet. The more traditional sense of the phrase, that is. I sometimes go to a trans and gender diverse group on the weekends. So, if I ever need emergency help, I know at least somebody's got my back.

You know, insulting or blocking people as soon as they disagree with you instead of listening and having a discussion is just utterly pathetic.

If you aren’t willing to have a discussion, leave our spaces. And when you tag "radfems dni" you can expect that your post still shows up in our spaces. And not everyone will silently scroll by, just like you don’t.
