How to feel better about yourself/make a bad day better:
• straighten your back
• smile more
• laugh openly
• take pride in your appearance
• wear clothes you feel good in
• brush your hair, do some primping
• plan your outfits
• list some things you love about yourself
• remember that while you might be nervous, so are the people around you
• catch up with supportive friends or family
• take out some time to journal
• delve into your hobbies
• spend at least five minutes a day, quietly to yourself. Enjoy a view you like or look out your window.
• go for a short walk
• get a change of scenery (if possible)
Remember that bad days will end. Each new day is a chance to try again.

I like having long talks w my grandmother <3 shes the only person I can go to right now, I'm still suffering from traumatic issues but I will one day find the courage to talk about and seek closure, that is like the most bravest thing people can do and I wanna do that..I have aspirations on being a writer (havent made stories in awhile) be an artist too and show my work to the world.

I have to share with you the drawing my incredibly talented friend and co-player from a Star Wars larp -campaign made for me as a birthday gift!
My character (sitting) is a (former) jedi who took a task to train and help a teenage force user who has ...issues and serious trauma with the Jedi... So naturally my character is THE enemy. I love their expressions! My character looks like this has happened a dozen times already (and she's ok with it), and her character's expression is just so full of teenage rage. ❤️(colors for force are artistic freedom and it gives an awesome nuance.)

going through a bit of a thing right now where I might be temporarily kind of sort of technically homeless for a few days while I wait for an absolutely disastrous roommate situation to work itself out. (aka I had to leave a dorm due to an emergency because my roommate was harassing me in several very bad ways). so now I'm couch surfing and moving around until this works itself out so if I'm MIA that's why.
