!!! EMERGENCY - PLEASE READ !!!
So, the long and short of it is: my bank screwed me over and I have very large bills that are coming out of my account tomorrow. Once it hits, I'm going to be out -$500 for the next two weeks, until I get paid again.

Vehicles - You can drive around in your very own custom car or high-tech plane, customized to your taste. Or, if you like, you can PLAY as one. This is a wacky cartoon world we’re in, after all!
Gags - Complete your repertoire of tricks with a signature gag. Use They Went Thattaway to distract your enemies even when they’re breathing right down your neck; use Anvil Drop to instantly squash the toughest foe; use Costume Cutaway to change your clothes in the blink of an eye.
Legacies - Make a name for yourself in the criminal underworld, and create a reputation that precedes you. Become perennially, unshakably, silly, with the the Clown Shoes legacy; stay beneath the notice of the powerful with the Background Character legacy; spoof your way past any guard with the Pleasing Papers legacy.
Invasive Augments - Go beyond the limits of living bodies by using these rare and esoteric augments that will change your life forever.

do you have any toonpunk oc guidelines? I kinda want to make one
sure! some info on toons and humans:
Toons are flexible and malleable. its VERY hard to kill a toon, but not impossible. Toons are very vulnerable to a specific corrosive acid thats been nicknamed "Paint thinner".
toons can be literally whatever. animals, people, objects, ANYTHING. toons have a maximum of 4 fingers on any given hand, but can also have less. gloves are required in public settings for humans and toons alike for basic safety reasons. toons have common abilities such as hammerspace and invulnerability to different types of damage, but certain toons may have different abilities based on their personalities or themselves. some wizard toon may have cheesy magic, while some wisecracking instigator toon may have a better knack for pranks and a heightened ability to escape sticky situations.
humans dont have much for em. There are some things to note tho! humans are a bit different from how they were prior to toons. theyre more durable! something that would have broken a humans arm before toons would just leave a mean bruise on a human now. beyond that, wardrobes are important to humans. skin coverage is everything. pants, long socks, long gloves, and in certain situations, masks. toons have some flexibiliy with parasitic ink (not much but moreso then humans) so humans need to be careful with where they are and how much skin is exposed.

My friend is putting together a tabletop RPG, a pretty sweet one. Got a chance to play it a little myself and it was pretty fun.
