I don't know the artist on this one, but a few people on Twitter say it's likely Tom Sutton on pencils and Ricardo Villagran on the inks, from DC's early 80s Star Trek comic series.

favourite talia moments, in no particular order // batman #400, written by doug moench, with art by tom sutton, ricardo villagran and adrienne roy in which we have a beautiful scene that both highlights the complex nature of talia's relationship with her father, but also that above everything - even her love for bruce - she would rather be dead than to continue living under her father's rule and within his world. it's a wonderful sequence that shows that talia's want to help wasn't driven solely by her love for bruce, that it was also about herself and her own life; and that she was tired of feeling prisoner to the whims and rule of ra's - even way back in 1986 when this issue was published. This issue is one of the most important examples of why later writers turning talia into a copy of her father was not only wrong and offensive; it was also nonsensical and utterly regressive. she makes it clear she wants nothing to do with his world - that she would literally rather be dead; there is no poignant tragedy in turning her into her father and stripping away what agency she'd managed to gain.
