rewatching Timeless... in all its mediocrity, there are some super stellar performances (looking at you Abigail Spencer and Goran Visnjic), and Garcia Flynn just excels at everything. He is stunning in all his anti-hero/villain glory.

Timeless's trio is superior because they said one nerd is not enough, we need both a humanities nerd and a STEM nerd, for balance.

And their emotional support soldier for protection.

Sretan Uskrs + Gallery Update

I also updated The Timeless Gallery by adding 472 HD screencaps from Episode 2 and 3. No matter how many times I've seen Episode 3 - Atomic City, I'm a sucker for Vegas history, movies and Tv Shows, it's always great to rewatch it... BUT, the Sands is not in the right location as seen on this picture, that's a major mistake ahhaha!

In the present time, it's "The Venetian" that takes place where The Sands was., and the Horseshoes and the mint was nowhere near the Sands 🤣 But hey, it's ok...I still love this episode! I would for sure travel back in time to Las Vegas if I had a time machine... Vintage Vegas is sure quite interesting!

The thought of it is tempting—anything to not have to see their bodies every time he closes his eyes, the image of their crumpled forms etched onto the back of his eyelids—but the thought of killing the people responsible for their deaths is even more tempting.

Flynn & Lucy + 10. Breathe Again

(it is a truth universally acknowledged that I will always be a little frothed at the mouth over Flynn/Lucy as antagonists to whatever the hell is going on by "The King of the Delta Blues".)

Lucy wondered, after the ringing in her ears subsided and her breath came easily again, if it was only that she wasn’t on speaking terms with many soldiers-of-fortune-turned-renegades that made Flynn’s fluency in the language of violence seem so exceptional, an easy knife up and under her ribs. All the luridness of H. H. Holmes’s murders distilled down to his purposes – if her conscience could not be leveraged, then her friends’ lives could: what wouldn’t you do, Lucy, to save your own friends – your family?

And, unbidden: someday she would, apparently of her own volition, hand Garcia Flynn a neat little atlas to history, with a promise that that he would not always be alone in this – this war of his. If she bent a little – allowed herself to help Flynn assassinate three men (three men she didn’t even like) and rewrite the twentieth century – would that be all of what she had meant, in the future?  Flynn watched her consider all this neutrally – as though he already knew the answer.

A Short Ode to Timeless (NBC)

I first watched this show when it originally came out, and I'll be honest, I kind of forgot about it for a while. Until earlier this year, when parts of it started coming back to me---but only the weird parts, the parts that didn't make sense to me when I first watched it. This was why it took me months to finally decide that I needed to watch Timeless again, if only just to see all of the weirdness that I missed the first time. After all, it came out 2016-2018, how good could it have been? That feeling only multiplied when I realized Er*c Kr*pke was one of the main writers. Though I never watched SPN, I knew about it plenty from my friend who did, and I knew what kind of writer he was.

But then I sat down and rewatched. And I fell in love with each and every single character once again. I remembered the wacky plot points (the dead wife coming back to life and being evil thing, just for one example) stuff, the not-so-good CGI in places---I didn't remember how real each and every one of these characters felt. I didn't remember all of the scenes that focused on friendship instead of romance. I didn't remember (or maybe I just now started appreciating) that by the end of the series, these characters felt like a true family, despite their beginnings of being thrown together to fight a supposed terrorist. I even started liking Flynn. Originally, I couldn't see how everyone online seemed to love him so much. The second time around, though, it's safe to say that this man has firmly cemented himself as a great character, full of heartbreaking emotion and comedic relief, even when he didn't mean to (as Rufus said, "the creepy uncle" of the team). And though I still do adore Lyatt, I can also appreciate Garcy too now.

The ending of the show, with its slowed-down music of Time After Time, felt so much like something out of 2018, and yet it was still able to make me cry. The song fit with the shots of them just... living. Enjoying being with each other. Appreciating this weird, unconventional family that they had somehow come together to make. And it worked.

This show, though it was far from perfect, is truly one of the more emotionally charged, heartbreaking, hilarious, uplifting, depressing, and heartwarming shows that I have ever watched. I recommend Timeless to anyone who looks for that.

finished my timeless rewatch and it really hurts me that it only takes 2 days to rewatch it. that was truly the best show and was never even given a chance. such a freaking good show with the best plot😭😭😭

I do appreciate the amount of time that Timeless dedicates to just letting the team sit together and talk about things. Telling stories, discussing fate, teasing each other. They talk. Real conversations not just exposition dumps to move the episode forward.

I know folks, you can't wait for those "Timeless" Screencaps!! 😂😁 I haven't yet received my Blu-rays of "Timeless" that I ordered through Ebay. I do have Timeless on DVD, but the screencaps are bad coming from a DVD, so I prefer waiting! BUT! In the meantime, I did add 95 Stills from "Timeless" S1 & S2. I'm quite impressed that I didn't have any issues with uploading pics to Picflow, I'm still having issues when I'm trying to upload a batch of 150 Screencaps though, urgh! I'm not yet done with adding all the stills from "Timeless" It is possible that I add more in the weeks and months to come, so stay tuned!

I didn't realize how fitting it would be to finish rewatching Timeless on Christmas Day of 2023 :D I totally forgot that the last jump was made in 2023 and a big chunk of the last episode takes place on Christmas. That was so awesome to figure out :>>
