I am going to sit, in the middle of this gap of breath that I have taken, for a very long time.
I am going to stop time, and elongate the moment for an extended feeling of well being. I will refrain from self loathing thoughts. I won’t react to hurtful comments or memories. I won’t reactivate or respond to any energy that is not of love, because there won’t be any. The only thing that will be there is a sound state of mind and an open, unending cocoon of consciousness.

We all remember this heart wrenching line since it’s not been that long since episode 90 aired.
But let’s stop and think about this. “Soon” is a relative term. Especially for Velgearians who are implied to have lived a long long time. Think about it like this: when Yudias came back at the start of season 2, he said this:

Yudias then responded with this:
Sure it could be that it’s because years are relative to a planet but I think that it has something to do with Velgearians having a warped perspective of time. Yudias even goes on to wonder if Yuhi had forgotten him in this scene:
Conclusion: Velgearians have a very different concept of time and don’t really understand how long it would take for certain things to happen in the eyes of a human. It could very well be that soon for a Velgearian is years for a human. Especially since the one who delivered the line was the oldest Velgearian, Kuaidul. Idk maybe I’m just coping hard right now but this is what I ponder today. In the time that they have, there might be a solution to this problem since issues like the war that had been going on for ages had been solved (relatively) quickly due to the power of rush duels.

Since I'm doing Midnight Madness for Nano I'll answer for that world. And given that their entire world is basically built upon a giant tree, I'd say fire. Or...more accurately, a dry spell or drought followed by/alongside a heat wave that creates a spark that creates a massive wildfire.
I have no idea of that would actually happen, but I feel like that would be the closest to a dangerous natural threat to Elkien.

But- idk, like could you just shift to a reality where they never passed away? Like speaking also with the theory quantum physics, and how every thought is put out somewhere into the universe. I miss my man so much lmfao. ive been really holding myself back too because I have been debating if I should try to like “bring” him back??? if even possible, or manifest my. Dream partner. i just realllyyyy have been struggling with dealing with death but truly working on my self concept and focusing on myself helps a lot but grief feels everlasting. regardless of what I do I know I gotta stop wondering if anything is possible when it is.

“23:20….23:30…..23:50….23:57….0:00!!” i glance at my phone while also whispering under my breath as I watch the time tick by, as I feel the disappointment creep and claw and squeeze at my heart, as I saw my consistent pursuit getting thawed by my own reckless choices, for the habits I and so many others all around the world struggled with ranging from maybe Procrastination, to maybe perfectionism, to possibly laziness, maybe all of the above or maybe more than the above.
Of recent I fought with the threat to my consistent pursuit, my smallest and greatest hurdle, I had to fight with stress, exams and more, it was a fight I had lost before it even begun….
Procrastination

The action of delaying or postponing something.

There are so many things that hinder creativity and growth in so many aspects and sectors of life but today I chose to use the word Procrastination, simple as it may seem from its definition, it’s generic form is thrown around by many for various reasons.
To some it is just an act of postponing for a reason or not, to some it’s a habit, something they might or might not realize they struggle with, to some, they see it as an insult and would do all within their powers( including getting to the point of injury) just to avoid being Addressed as one who procrastinates, and for others it is simply a coping mechanism, a form used to run from failure, from not being perfect enough, for not being able to meet the standards that you had created in your head and the standards set for you by the ones you love and the ones set by the world.
Whenever confronted by the question, Why do you Procrastinate, as foolish as my reply may seem, it always goes like this, “ I prefer that I hadn’t tried than for me to have tried and failed”, it is a form of thinking that despite all protests, to me, makes perfect sense.
Because when failure happens, you won’t be there to sleep with me through the pain that comes with it, you won’t be present to face the looks that come with failure, the fear of the whispers, the stares, and the unnecessary advice from people which to me is the perfect metaphor for medicine after death.
