an easy guide to dabloons/doubloons

simply put, dabloons are an internet currency that originally started out as an image of a cat holding up his lil beans captioned, "4 dabloons".

yes, doubloons were a real currency, but now they're mainly associated with the tiktok trend which has morphed into its own dedicated community.

people would collect dabloons every time they saw the image, which turned into people giving away free dabloons on tiktok. after that, it essentially formed its own economy.

now, you can purchase a house to live in and items to store in your inventory. to purchase a house, or anything, search "dabloon house" or "dabloon shop" on tiktok.

dabloon inflation has become an issue due to people giving away "infinite dabloons" which technically aren't real, confirmed by the official dabloon government.

there is a main account that is considered the real government, but you'll run into a lot of people claiming to be the original. robbery is another issue in the community, but it's not too difficult to prevent.

you can purchase items that somewhat prevent this, but it may still happen.

summarized into one sentence, this whole situation is like a cat roleplay, similar to playing dnd. something that further proves my statement is dabloonsonas.

dabloonsonas are exactly what they sound like - usually original characters based on the initial 4 dabloons meme with black fur and huge eyes.
