A drawing I did for Courtney Vineys, the voice actress for Daemona Prune in Phantom Investigators, Ti'zo in Pyre, and Dusa and Aphrodite in Hades. I thank her for not only bringing life to Daemona but also her kindness, friendship, and support she has given to me and most of us in our small but close-knit PI fandom and her Twitch community. And today happens to be her birthday so, Happy Birthday, Courtney!

Just finished Pyre, and I legitimately thought harder deciding who to set free in that game than I did deciding my college major. Who the heck let me wait this long to play this game? It’s one of those games that makes you remember like “oh yeah, video games can tell stories in a way no other medium can, it’s not just about going pew pew at the bad men.” The only complaint that I have is that I freed Jodariel first and that meant I had to go through the rest of the game without Jodariel.

It’s Ti’zo who finds him.
They’ve been searching for days by now, trekking through the near waist-high snow gathered at the valley separating Mount Alodiel from whatever lies beyond. Tariq warned them not to cross the darkness; there is no telling what lurks in the plain where even the Scribes’ radiance does not reach, and they may very well be lost forever if they cannot return to the light of the stars.
Neither of them cares. They will not leave Oralech in this place.
