#I don't know how to caption#digital art#artists on tumblr#digital illustration#art#angel#angels#wings#feathers#also don't know how to tag in a productive way#I'm a special kind of insane that paints all of the wings separately#I used the symmetry tool to sketch them but those puppies are inked and painted separately#you know#like a crazy person would do#32 hours#THIRTY TWO HOURS#I have never spent so long on anything ;3;#I am in love with how those front wings turned out#particularly the one on the left#this will go in my inprnt shop o3o#anyway hi#gonna go uhhhhh do something that is not paint#I'll post details tomorrow at the full scale#because this is like... 1/5th original scale#kirehn draws

Something about angels
#as I said in the wip wednesday I only sort of knew where this was going#and it started only with an image in my head of a halo dripping tar#going to upload one without the tar later but for now this one#will also upload details later because going from 5000px wide to 1280px wide eats quality#and at the moment I am very pleased with some of the details#end time was almost 21 hours 🙃#artists on tumblr#digital art#digital illustration#angels#wings#digital painting#this'll go in my shop for sure but I guess I need to decide if I do it with or without the tar#or maybe both idk#kirehn draws#this feels really cathartic to finish#moreso than usual which is weird but nice#prints are now available at inprnt o3o#inprnt
