thinking about when i got my wisdom teeth out and the first thing i said after i woke up from the anesthesia was "we were talking about flan" which caused the nurses to erupt in laughter because i was out for like an hour which was JUST long enough for them to forget about the convo and then find it funny when i talked about it again

#le p2iigh #they thought it was so funny that i was knocked out for an hour and then i just woke up and i was like 'remember about the flan'#i definitely won the social interraction that day #we were talking about how i dont like flan and i concluded i just havent had really good flan (still waiting btw)#one of like the only fond memories i have of me being in a medical setting <3 thank u nurses who bonded about being hispanic with me #this post brought to you by schrafrillas pronouncing flan as 'flanne'#(wanted to clarify im not mad i thought it was extremely funny to hear flan pronounced like the name anne)#obviously the commonality between now and then being 'having a good time and laughing about flan'
