who'd have guessed that stress eating wss going to make me gain so much unwanted weight. hm.
#this isnt even healthy weight. it's just. extra weight. heavy on the bones#like i'm all for healthy fat but this is just literally the byproduct of self harm in my case so#i gained 5 kgs in like one month and a half#now i gotta lose them again because i'm way heavier than what i should be now#like for my height and exercise standards etc#also my heart and lungs are already shitty (the gifts that keep on giving yknow) so i cant make it even harder for them#weight cw#food cw
