people online have a very warped idea of what is and is not common information among those who are not that online or online at all
#these people are not being malicious they literally don't know#ask yourself if you'd know about it if you didn't have access to social media at all and examine if you'd know without it#(and access includes a friend who tells you stuff that happens on it)#Highly likely you would not at all#this isn't abt this but literally No person i've ever spoken to face to face about that author of that boy wizard book series#knew what the author was getting up to these days#and were disgusted once informed.#like I would only know literally a fraction of her shitlist if it wasn't for this account#i suspect i Still only know a fraction of it ngl she's got to have done other shit stuff that has totally missed me#the idea that maliciousness is at the root of this all is just false#a lot of the time when you make sure people Know the correct information they'd make a different choice.
