I categorically should not be obsessing over this argument this much, it's legit not healthy

It was really only one person, and I finally noped out of the argument so I really should let it go, but this broke my brain

Getting through to someone is when you say something so hostile it shocks them into silence. If they keep arguing it's because they're the unreasonable one after you did such a perfect job of getting through to them

If you're a social worker helping convince traumatized teenagers not to join gangs, the key is to tell them cool things like "You're a stupid girl" and "a middle schooler with delusions of grandeur"
