Over time, Callisto developed some kind of fixation to match with Penelope in every way.

She wears purple? He also wears purple. He has his new clothes tailored with her dresses in mind, and besides those, he also had new sets made for them both.

It is a known fact that Penelope is a late riser, in contrast to Callisto who wakes up early in the morning to get his work done, so of course he’d get ready for the day before she does. And if he saw Penelope wearing a specific dress after she ventured out of their room, he’d go back to change his clothes to match with hers.

Penelope knows Callisto will keep doing that even if she tells him it’s not necessary. When asked why, his answer is simply “Because I want to.”

If he looks down at his clothes randomly, he gets reminded of the fact that him and Penelope are matching fits; it also serves to show off that him and her are made for each other, or at least that’s what he keeps on babbling about to an exasperated Cedric who seriously couldn’t care less by that point.

Seeing that, at one point Penelope starts deciding what to wear for the next day before going to bed, so Callisto knows exactly what to choose. More often than not, the two of them decide together on the outfits, with Penelope being the one that has the final say in things and Callisto complying, (mostly because he leaves the choice to her).

It becomes something they’re known for, and the people serving at the palace often place their bets on what the couple will wear next.

Underrated thing I never see talked about is how Sam and Frodo face some of the most terrifying things without even a second thought to protect each other. Frodo cuts off a barrow-wight’s hand without for a moment considering the consequences, or even how scary the entire situation is, because it is going after Sam.

Sam, who we are told multiple times is deathly scared of water, jumps into the river after Frodo without a second thought. It does not even occur to him to hesitate. He just fucking does it. He just spent like a week on a boat anxious as all hell because he can’t get used to water, and also he can’t swim, and still he jumps in after Frodo just to ensure he can go with him. To ensure Frodo will not be alone.

Also before this he takes a knife to the Watcher in the lake which imo is some next level shit. Sam saw discount Cthulhu, which mind you scared the rest of the fellowship into freezing on the spot, and saw it had Frodo and was going to drown him and did not hesitate to attack it to get Frodo back. My god. Legend behavior

*Thinks of Ichigo,,, finding that annoyingly adorable. Peeling off his covers (and trying not to shiver at the onslaught of chill air) and pulling Grimmjow in suddenly. Wrapping an arm and a leg around all the flailing wet-cat-like limbs, and doing his mightiest to purr with his hollow throat. Like Shinji taught him (even though he didn’t want to learn at all, at the time).*

*Thinks of Ichigo meeting Grimmjow’s wide eyes with lazily parted warm browns, and smiling in amusement, when the arrancar stops fighting it and his eyes start squinting like a cuddly cat’s. Only to eventually squeeze them shut and curl his head into the pillow and stretch all over, before he goes lax in Ichigo’s hold.*

*Thinks of the duet of purrs filling the room, of Grimmjow’s head so burrowed in the sheets barely his mop of blue hair can be seen, and Ichigo’s chin resting atop. Rubbing it and his jaw all over Grimm without truly understanding why, because it feels right.*

*Thinks of Yuzu and Karin barging in suddenly, talking about going out somewhere, only for them to stop suddenly when Karin sees Grimmjow and points and gestures to Yuzu who squints as hard as she can for the semi-transparent blob sleeping next to her brother to take some shape. Both smiling conspiringly at each other, and giggling to themselves as they trot back out and close the door behind them, making sure Isshin knows Ichigo’s otherwise ‘unavailable’.*

*Thinks of Ichigo waking an hour or two later, to Grimmjow’s arms wrapped around his ribs and his legs around his hips like a little monkey; flushed from the comfortable heat and hair fluffy and disheveled. Of Ichigo planting a kiss on his forehead before he can talk himself out of it and almost waking Grimm with how hard and fast his heart starts to beat.*

I think Steve would have this complex skin care routine that if you do things in the wrong order he’ll scold you for hours, Eddie takes it upon himself to join in on Steve’s skin care journey and ends up loving it.
