but like i am so serious. the akito-honami besties agenda. you are all going to look at it and understand it someday very soon (i finally drafted out a coherent pretty long fic about them becoming friends in my head) i’m making this everybody else’s problem

#LISTEN. they are both big soft sweeties who love to take care of their friends (as much as akito tends to hate to admit it)#they are both easily flustered and they both have a massive sweet tooth #they both struggle with abandonment issues and feeling like they're the weak link in their music/friend groups #honami is soft-spoken but she has this unwavering courage and determination about her that rivals akito's #just as he does she continues to persevere. and move forward. and seeks out constant self-improvement #just as he is she is always aware of her flaws and they both want to overcome them and prove everyone who ever doubted them WRONG #and their respective circles of friends overlap they're like . 1 and 1/2 degrees of separation from each other #like *gestures at honami's new friendship with ena* SHE'S RIGHT THERE. they are so close to Meeting #they would just Click on a fundamental level. i don't think friendship would be literally instant between them #but once they know who the other is they'll see that like 'oh shit we know all the same people and go to all the same places huh'#and they'll inevitably be drawn together. and then <3 besties. leave me alone
