This screenshot is one of my favorite things from the episode bc every character’s reaction to a literal building caving in on them is so fucking funny.
The two shark/fish demons on the left are just staring wide eyed.
The other shark demon on the right is placing his hat on his chest and just accepting this is his fate now.
Crimson is in utter confusion and disbelief about what the hell just happened.
Meanwhile Striker is clearly having flashbacks to when his statue fell on him.
And finally, my personal favorite, Alessio just casually places his hand in front of Crimson (like a mom does when you go to cross the street before the light changes) as if that’s going to protect his boss in any way from the cave in.

Losing my mind losing my MIND. Yoichi thinks both their memories are combining but it's the sports festival (specifically the moment Shouto uses both his fire and ice side and says he wants to be a hero too), it's the fight Tomura watched, it's the fight that likely proved to him that Izuku would save anyone even his own opponent if it meant saving their heart, it's the scene that officially KICKED OFF his obsession with Izuku!!
He was watching from afar the entire time!!

Making a separate follow up post to that last rb but I DO think it's interesting beyond the 'ha ha Petty Man-child dweeb' bit that Gortash just kicks Durge in the shin if they attack him full sword to the head on the way to the netherbrain.
Like, on one hand, you could argue that he's restraining himself from escalating the fight because he knows that dealing with the netherbrain is a dire priority that requires 100% of their focus and energy.
But on the OTHER hand, I think it'd be even more interesting and just as likely if he only kicked Durge BECAUSE of his nerves due to the netherbrain situation. He bends over backwards to convince Durge to team up with him in pretty much every dialog option you choose, he is just so patient with your attitude and makes it so difficult to refuse the partnership no matter what you say, while being so nice about it. So I'm just imagining Durge in ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE than confronting the NETHERBRAIN just going at Gortash with their weapon and Gortash responding with the same nice and insistent demeanor he had at the inauguration.
Sure I'm fairly certain that's not actually what happens if you attack him in the game outside of the netherbrain thing but I don't care I still feel like he would.
