Separated ThrifTea Lot Types

Hai haii! I created a mod that adds two new lot types to the game. This mod adds the Thrift Store lot type and the Bubble Tea Store lot type. I am not a big fan of being forced to build a tea shop in a thrift, so with this mod, you will be able to build a bubble tea shop without the thrift store requirements and vice versa and the lot types will still function as the store built.

Separated ThrifTea Lot Types

This mod adds the lot Bubble Tea Shop to the game and overrides the Thrift and Bubble Tea Store lot type with the Thrift Store lot instead. There is an optional package in the download if you still want the Thrift and Bubble Tea Store lot type in your game

Both Lots will have their own build requirements and will function as usual. Thrift Store lots will still have the store owner, customers, and enthusiasts appear. The Bubble Tea stores will have a barista and customers will still visit the lot.

High School Years DLC is required

The Events still work as usual. The Fashion Show will happen at the Thrift Store and the Comedy Night and Poetry Night events will happen at the Bubble Tea store.

A microphone is required to be built in the Bubble Tea Store for those events as I think it is more fitting to have performances at an eatery rather than a place for shopping.

Medieval Interface for The Sims 4

Medieval interface for the sims 4 will be a very long-term project, that is due to the radical changes that I must make to the interface.

The goal is to have a mix of The Sims Medieval with The Sims 4, that implies that I will have to redesign the icons of the game to make it consistent.

Hampton Court Throne Room

Hiiiiiiii everyone !!!

The day is today, yess !!!

This room is totally inspired by The throne room inside our beautiful Hampton court in England, we have designed and re-sized it to make it fit in our sims world now. They're all BASE game compatible and coming in nice and pretty swatches that you can play with, changing the colours.

Items include :

1 Fireplace with 4 gorgeous swatches.

2 Tapestries

1 Fabric Panel

1 Wooden Door

1 Ceiling Size 8X10

2 Different door tops with beautiful different swatches each

1 Stool as sculpture and another one to sit

1 Stool foot for the throne

1 Throne with different colour swatches

2 Pedestals

1 Fireplace screen

1 Large canopy for the throne

2 Ceiling lamps, one to place candles on it and another working as a lamp only

3 Different wooden panels

1 Window arch with wooden panels

1 Ottoman matching the stools

1 Ceiling Rope to extend the lamp, lower or higher

1 Ceiling frieze 1x1 square

4 Different Type of Chinese Jars in 3 lovely swatches

Hello everyone! The Separated Thrift Tea Lot Types mod is now available to download! This mod adds the Thrift Store lot type and the Bubble Tea Store lot type to the game.
