visitors at the kyoto branch were 𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐞 , few and far between for the supervisors and even less for students . recently , it ' s been a little more busy around campus , visits from sorcerers and some of the members of the kamo and zenin clans , which is never desired , but they ' re nothing if not thorough . hovering , asking question after question after question — all of which utahime had answered with elaborate details and explanations , trying to mantain what control she may be able to keep in the conversations . it ' s the only part of her job that she has any disdain for , having the prim and proper personality forced onto her , as if she ' s nothing but a husk , meant to be cycled through with who she needed to be . an artificial tending to personal taste . it ' s nothing new , having grown up in a clan of her own family name , but that doesn ' t make it any better . — it ' s a topic she ' ll avoid , given the option .

the clans aren ' t the only visitors cycling through , like a revolving door , there ' s always somebody . today , yuji itadori ( accompanied by his brother ? ) is supposed to visit todo , ( god help them . ) todo was decent enough to let his teacher know before it was too late to reign in the chaotic nonsense that goes on here . the kids inability to get along for too long forcing the entirety of the campus to be on high alert , that is , when the students actually spent more than an hour together . for the most part they stick to themselves , an exception made on the occasion they get bored .

the azaleas have begun to bloom , which makes for a good view , beautiful petals of scarlet bleed into the landscape in a demand to pay attention ! to them . in comparison to their sister school , kyoto is the more traditional , with buildings that resemble shrines and temples , adorning thatched roofing and pops of vermillion to ward off the evil spirits that were once , a very long time ago , thought to be the source of so many deaths . utahime finds it to be comforting , the attributes that highlight the culture being so bright , so in your face yet so resigned all in the same breath .

click . . . click . . . click . . . heels clack against the tiled paths , her stroll leading her back to the main entrance , the cursed energy surrounding the campus having been disrupted alerts her of the arrival of the visitors , ( along with momo flying by with a message of ' they ' re here ' ) todo meets her somewhere along the way , a smile opening up his features as they walk , and utahime finds herself mirroring one of her own , smaller and more tender against his . she ' s relieved that her student has found something akin to a brotherhood in the newest alumni . yuji itadori was made to be the sun , powerful and radiant, an effulgence that breaks through the obscurity of the dark , a duality that is comforting in the same way it ' s haunting . just like todo , who ' s always been a bit too big for the body he ' d been given , trying to contort himself , to turn himself into origami in order to fit himself where he thought he ' d belonged , but he only tore . he ' s adjusted since then , discovered that he was made to be big ! , passionate with no lease on his heart .

dainty hands are clasped together in her polite posture even as she walks . there ' s the tufts of pink utahime is familiar with , a twitch of her lips watching him start to absorb the enviorment , the differences he may notice . his brother causes her a wrinkle between the eyes , he ' s . . . not what she expected . for starters , he ' s dressed traditionally , adjacent to her own miko , which is refreshing to say the least but unusual compared to the attire she sees daily , and he has black hair , which , again isn ' t what she ' d expected , having expected to see an older version of itadori , with an abundance of energy and lively eyes , this brother looks like a complete opposite .

❝ 今日は — welcome to kyoto ❞ she offers a soft smile , similar to the one given to todo before , utahime pauses to bow in a display of respect , all while ignoring todo ' s excitement from from behind her . ❝ i ' m utahime iori , i ' ll be . . . showing you two around today ❞ announced to the two of them , even though itadori was aware of who she was , she didn ' t want to be rude and not introduce herself to the new face of his brother . voice drips with the polite tone she uses with the clans and higher ups , honed to be dripping sweet and cordial . she ' s sure it ' ll be more like babysitting the two boys than showing them around but . . . it ' ll be fine , it ' s to be expected . ( it ' s probably why the other students are holed up in their dorms )

Had, because now it's nothing but a Bore. So, he Leaned forth and picked it up by the Rope. He soon placed his Hands on both Sides of it as he began to pull.

Pull and pull and pull before he finally Tore it in Half, it becoming nothing but Static, and the Static soon Fading. Shiba scoffed at seeing the Rope drop to his Lap, Simply picking it up and throwing it off to the Side as if Handling something Disgusting.

Okay but linc is such a good character??? His development this season has been amazingly consistent and COMPELLING... PLUS, hes not only a good character on his own, but the way he adds to the other teens' arcs is. so good. i think thats why hes shipped with literally almost every other teen... its because his relationships with each of them is just so unique and interesting.

bro im trying to make a vanny bracelet for joy and whimsy & i have all the beads but 2 times in the past hour the sleeves of my sweater keep on knocking them off my desk. this would be all fine and dandy but there was one bead. in particular. specifically one of the Ns in vannys name. that already took me like 30 minutes to find beforehand like i was hunting for this thing and Every Single Time I Knock The Beads Over One Of The N Letters Goes Missing.

Another thing I noticed in a recent rewatch of tmc is that Evelin has had 2 back to back alternate encounters after finding out about Adam’s results on the toddler stress assessment review

Like right after finding out she first had to deal with this shit and had to get the fuck out of there

And this is most likely an alternate of her just in there because it’s definitely not exactly her, why the hell would she be just be standing in a door way all creepy and shit

THEN she goes home and after talking to Sarah a bit (this could be a few hours/days after the fact I’m not really sure honestly) but then she has to deal with PREACHER IN HOUSE MIMICKING HER EX THATS ACTUALLY BUSY SCREAMING IN AGONY, THEN JUST STANDS IN THE DOORWAY TO HER ROOM (?) AND THEN VANISHES

Although it does make me wonder, what exactly are these alternates trying to do? Like the thing with Preacher definitely seemed to be an attempt to lure Evelin away and give her MAD but it’s unclear weither or not they actually succeeded, they definitely didn’t in luring her away but it seems an attempt was made to give her MAD from the weird noises they made but they weren’t like the ones in vol. 2. Could it be that what preacher “says” changes depending on who they’re going after or was it just an unsuccessful attempt for whatever reason?

And it’s a weird situation for the one of her in the police station, where it didn’t seem like it was trying to give her the weird knowledge to make her kill herself or even try to lure her away, it simply stood ominously in the police station and if anything seemed to be trying to get Evelin out of there after seemingly turning on the alarms (although weither it was the alternate or thatcher is unclear, but it definitely wasn’t Evelin as she’s surprised by them suddenly turning on) .Could they be trying to freak her out in order to get her to stay away from Adam and preventing her from learning more about him, further basically stranding him, or could it be unplanned attempts to give her MAD that just weren’t successful for some reason? Or maybe I’m just reading too far into this WHO KNOWS !!
