A weird side effect of listening to a lot of audio drama is being eventually able to pick out where a lot of seemingly mundane sound effects have been used before.
#for example tempest's heavy footfalls in the latest desperado episode? used for clara a81 in episode 19#there's a specific pattern of background bleepy noises my brain always attributes to erraticus but are in SO MANY things#eg UTES which I am listening to now
