currently watching: i finished Hacks so i’m trying to find a new show. i started Girls (not a lena dunham fan but i have chuckled a few times so maybe i’ll keep watching it)

current obsession: i started 5k training on nike run club and have really been enjoying it. i’ve been a runner on and off since i was like 16 and this is the first time i’ve been able to come back from not running consistently and not be frustrated with myself. i just ran a sub 10 minute mile the other day and was really excited about it!!

Larry William a.k.a “The Bone Collector”.

Nasce a Tyler, in Texas, e si, The Bone Collector significa “il collezionista di ossa”, solitamente quelle delle caviglie del suo difensore, che spezza matematicamente con degli ankle breaker pazzeschi.

Questa sua caratteristica gli ha portato il riconoscimento di streetballer più pericoloso al mondo dalla rivista Slam. Nel suo curriculum ci sono sfide 1vs1 con gente del calibro di Allen Iverson e Kobe Bryant.

Diventa un giocatore d’élite al Rucker Park, il playground più famoso del mondo, ottenendo col tempo la nomea di collezionista d’ossa. I suoi crossover e le sue finte di corpo portano il difensore a sbilanciarsi sempre di più, facendolo cadere; da qui prende il nome questo movimento, l’ankle braker, ovvero “lo spezza caviglie”.

Nel suo palmares c’è la nomina all’interno dei migliori 25 giocatori di streetball da parte della rivista Complex e nei 50 migliori di sempre da parte della STREET BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION.

Ad oggi Larry è personal trainer di diversi giocatori NBA e collegiali in diverse cliniche oltre che aiuto allenatore dell’Università di San Gabriel, in California.
