Actor Christopher Meloni (Law & Order, Oz) and The X Factor UK contestant Christopher Maloney (nicknamed Baloney Maloney) are confirmed to be the same person.

I was the first one to realize the truth and made a subreddit in which I was trying to prove it to others, but nobody believed me and everybody called me a "lunatic conspiracy theorist".

A picture of me was featured on a morning talk show and the whole world watched as the hosts mocked me for having more eyebrow hair on one side than the other and claimed this proved I was unreliable.

I felt vindicated when TMZ and DailyMail finally broke the story after years of me alone yelling at the clouds angrily. They didn't credit me at all even though they stole all my proof.

I tried to get my own talk show running on the wings of being right about Meloni/Maloney, but almost nobody would watch me. I only had two viewers; my mom and Christopher.

The show was called "The Baloney Felonies".

Hey Gina! I'm a newish fan and I had no idea Harry ever said this. He really said this? I was in shock for at least a minute when I read this here. Did he later said that it was a joke or was he really serious? I can't really believe he said this.

Oh my god. YES! It’s absolutely true. Harry said it while doing promo for HS1 while he was on air with Nick Grimshaw. And almost immediately, The Sun printed an article in which Harry said he was just joking and he and Simon are besties.

On Friday, Harry said on Radio 2 that SIMON COWELL had given him an “anxiety ­problem”, something he insists was a “total, absolute joke”.

He says of the X Factor mogul: “He’s wonderful. I spoke to him recently actually.

“It’s been cool to go from working with him to have him call as a friend. He’s nice. I wouldn’t be here without him — a good guy.”

Friday, August 4: Iron Maiden, "Judgement Day"

Iron Maiden spent the better part of a year writing and recording The X Factor, putting upward of 16 or so originals and covers to tape before settling on the 11 that made the album proper.  “Judgement Day” was one of the tracks left off the record, perhaps because it bore some similarity to the other Bayley/Gers composition “Man on the Edge”, which became the album’s first single.  But it, along with the other two originals subsequently released as B-sides, had much more energy and life than most of the songs that made the frequently turgid X Factor: the track was loud, clattery and a little unfocused, but the entire band- especially Blaze Bayley- sounded engaged and energized, and attacked the tune in a way that obscured the terrible production.  “Judgement Day” was an actual high octane metal banger that would’ve painted this iteration of Maiden in a much better light had it been placed on the album to balance out the slower numbers.  Of course, there was no getting around the mess that was Steve Harris’ production, and the dueling caterwauling solos were likewise sloppy and were completely counter to Maiden’s usual approach.  But nonetheless, “Judgement Day” stood out as a lively tune that painted the Blaze Bayley era in a much better light and with a touch more thought (and much better production) could’ve been a gem.
