with christmas slowly approaching, i present to you some ronance/sapphic senate holiday hcs

robin absolutely loves christmas music, the first day of november shes blasting jingle bell rock bc its her favorite song (its also my favorite)

nancy spends all november in her brooding phase mostly to frustrate robin bc she knows robins love for the holidays

one time robin bought a tree too big for the apartment and continued to explain to everyone that it would fit (it didnt)

vickie was just happy that robin didnt buy a real tree

chrissy bought the most horrid christmas decorations and her and robin spent all day hanging them up around the apartment

nancy was not happy

vickie and nancy agree on one thing and that is interior decorating and obsessed over the apartment

on thanksgiving, they made all of each others comfort foods instead of the traditional foods (read: robin didnt know how to cook a turkey and burned herself 5 times so they had to change directions)

nancy cooked vegetarian options for vickie (vickie may have hugged her but she will never admit to it)

robin bought matching christmas sweaters and they were absolutely horrendous but nancy wore it with pride

on christmas day chrissy woke everyone up at the ripe time of 5:30

robin was already awake

nancy was mad

robin handmade everyone a scrapbook of photos and memories she had with them (they all cried)

robin also got nancy a matching ring (“its not a proposal but i love you a lot and i hope one day this can become a wedding ring”)

nancy got fancy mugs for everyone (bc they needed more to the collection obviously)

vickies mug said “im a fucking delight to be around”

chrissy made everyone sweaters and forced them to wear her masterpieces

robin is extra clingy on the holidays, they latched themselves to nancy like a koala and nancy was forced to carry them around the apartment while being a whole 5’4

christmas is the only day where vickie will be nice to nancy and vise versa

It’s too bad that everyone’s moved on from the sapphic senate except for me , especially with the rise in popularity of soccer player Robin. Can you imagine the hijinks and shenanigans?

Nancy making sure that Robin has enough water and starts bearing a striking resemblance to those moms who are almost intense enough to be kicked off the field

Chrissy may or may not have preformed a curse on a player from another team who was a huge jerk. Either way that jerk’s hair is falling out and for some reason her breath stinks really bad no matter what she does

Vicki is a ref. No one knew that that’s how she’s been spending her weekends until she reffed one of Robin’s games. Vicki and Nancy argue over many of Vicki’s calls until Vicki kicks Nancy out (the one time a ref was ever brave enough to do so)

(And obviously Steve is also playing on Robin’s team which brings all of the other people you would expect onto the sidelines, but this isn’t about him)

the sapphic senate and steve going to eddie’s gigs together? you bet!

1. four lesbians and one bisexual man in a car what could go wrong? (steve uttered the word ‘boobies’ once and nancy kicked the back of his seat so hard steve felt the kick on his back. chrissy laughed at him for five minutes and he didn’t say another word for the entire ride)

2. vickie and eddie get on well immediately. it’s the first time they’re meeting in person but they’ve already heard a lot about each other from their friends. turns out they both love knitting and lotr. that’s enough to form a lifelong friendship.

3. chrissy cheers the loudest during the first song. the girls didn’t know she could scream this loud. eddie says he did because chrissy always came to his gigs. which surprises everyone because when? how? who drove her this far out of the town?

4. before playing the second song eddie points at steve and yells, “this one’s for you baby!” the crowd cheers and someone whistles while steve blushes hard.

5. somewhere between the third song the crowd starts getting bigger. from 7-8 people to about 25 people now. robin suggests that they should ‘get out of here’ so nancy drags her to the storage room by her hand and they have steamy make out session there.

6. when they come back there’s another band is on the stage. vickie’s flirting with some girl by the counter. they find chrissy in the basement, selling- something? why was there a line? what was in her pink backpack? and why were there two six feet tall guards standing next to her sides?

7. they go upstairs and then outside through the backdoors and oh boy, eddie and steve got into fight with some drunks.

8. robin tries to break the fight and some guy pushes her out of the way. nancy immediately grabs the guy by the collar with one hand and punches him hard. there’s a sound of bone cracking and well, you can guess what happened to his nose.

9. all hell breaks lose after that everyone gets to see nancy wheeler going feral and taking down several men twice her size alongside eddie and steve. robin is swooning. when she’s done taking them down robin grabs her face and kisses her.

10. nancy returns home wearing robin’s jacket, with blood on her own shirt and her hair messed up and lips busted and tells mike that ‘it was the best day of her life’

headcanon chrissy + vickie being extra affectionate/touchy w/ robin (in a completely harmless and platonic way) just b/c it's funny how mad it makes nancy. at first robin is oblivious, but when she finally notices, she relentlessly teases nancy abt being jealous because "you loooooove me, Wheeler. you love me so much it makes you look stupid"

yesss i love this so much. jealous nancy but make it (mostly) harmless

it started out harmlessly. but vickie noticed the death glares that nancy sent their way when they were affectionate with robin and she quickly convinced chrissy to mess with nancy

they're walking in the park and chrissy jumps on robin's back, because she's playful and affectionate like that and robin doesnt mind → nancy ends up gripping robin's hand and pulling her away to make out in some hidden spot

vickie insists on doing robin's make up for her → nancy gets robin to have a shower with her to wash off the make up and, well, shower with robin

chrissy falls asleep on robin on the couch → nancy literally burns something in the kitchen on purpose so the fire alarms wakes chrissy up

vickie asks nancy to take a picture of her kissing robin's cheek → nancy "accidentally" drops vickie camera to the ground

when she find out, robin would totally be the one to ask nancy to watch a movie with her, and when nancy says she's busy, robin would say with an exaggerated sigh "fine... i guess i can ask vickie to cuddle with me" and 0.5 seconds later nancy is in her lap with a bowl of popcorn she produces out of nowhere and three movies ready to watch
