It's 12:30pm.
I’m in Chicago.
I’m drinking pumpkin sweet cream cold brew from Starbucks.
Communication necklace: purple (half-full battery).
Woke up a bunch last night, finished up the night sleeping on the couch and still woke up at 4am for some reason. 
Presentation in class went just fine, sent in my reflection paper. The thing that always happens happened -- I worked myself into an anxious stomachache and everything turned out fine once I was in class talking to people. 
My second attempt at a “Team Edward” patch also worked, so that short term sense of accomplishment/achievement is helping as well.
Third thing that’s helping: Rocket went to the dispensary and got us a bunch of edibles. Reset button acquired. 
I showered and washed my hair. 
Mild fatigue, minimal sound sensitivity today. No itches or feelings of constriction or overheating (so I turned the AC unit off in my office). Body dysmorphia is behaving so far. No nail chewing or picking so far.
Things I feel positive about today: good coffee. Washington hanging out with me in my office all morning. I have therapy at 1pm. No class tonight. I have an appointment with my faculty adviser on Friday. I watered the plants. The sun is out.
