Some odd slugcats with even odder masks...

Notes:

-HK can NOT catch a break. "The Hollow" could be a name too.

-The Broken is based off the Broken Vessel.

-This world probably gets infested by rot to mirror the infection, but PK somehow quarantined himself away from it. He still mysteriously dies anyways though lmao

-WL can't really do anything with her structure and is missing her arms to boot. Maybe self-inflicted to mirror her source game? (The taboo would stop her from dying of course, but would it stop her from doing that?) Also it was hard to interpret her into iterator form, her antennae are WEIRD

-I had considered pale king/white lady as ancients and vessels as iterators, but slugcat protags felt more fitting for rain world.

-I drew the Radiance as a void worm before realizing that her being an iterator that purposefully spread the rot would be WAY more fitting on every level. Void Entity for void worm instead maybe?? I don't want to draw it right now though xP

Attraction is weird because you can have two characters, played by the same actor, both of whom are precious super spies. However, one of them I only want to protect and care for in sisterly kind of way and the other, well there's nothing sisterly about it.

With its roots in the Crime Lodge, the Syndicate has existed in some form for decades. While possessing a vast network of Made Men, the organization tends to consolidate power around a few top generals.

Currently, Superwoman--a Heggra cultist from Themyscira, the Demon’s Island--is leader and supposedly Lois Lane-Luthor in her civilian identity, but the extent of her powers and true identity remain in question.

Immediately under her are Ultraman and Owlman, Val-Zed and Thomas Wayne Junior.

Val is the son of Professor Zod and Ursa, a kindly Kryptonian scientist and his partner who helped shepherd refugees to survival in the Phantom Zone. Betraying his people, Val was blinded in a battle with his brother, yet emerged victorious. WIll Kal-Vex gone and presumed deceased, Val took his old position and holdings.

Thomas Jr is the son of Commissioner Thomas Wayne Sr. and troubled socialite Martha Arkham, their family shattered after the death of Thomas’s younger brother, Bruce. Thomas grew up to be a cruel, entitled monster, made worse by the discovery of his father’s rampant corruption and use of Cyclops mind control tech to artificially make Gotham worse than it already was. Seeking allies, Thomas found the Council of Owls and their supply of Talons. With the help of Freddy “The Insider” Pennyworth, Owlman’s War on the Law began in earnest. He actually did some good going after corrupt officers in his earlier years with the help of the Talon Ric Grayson, a young acrobat killed by Detective Zucco. However, after dying and being resurrected by the Council, Thomas has gone power mad and rules Gotham as his personal fiefdom.

Walter West is the current Johnny Quick, following John Allen Chambers’s death. He’s really just in it to make a buck and finds his teammates kind of terrifying. Solomon Baz is cursed with the Ring of Volthoom following the death of the previous Emerald Knight. Martian Manslaughter is former Martian warlord Jedd Jarrkus, in a tense alliance with the group after their old rival Kal-Vex was removed. Finally, there’s Grid, born Veronica Evars, but only a vast disembodied A.I. based on stolen New God tech.

Zombie AU: It was no true surprise, this kind of bullshit thing happening to him; but still, it would have been nice if he didn't find himself taking care of the only resistance in the form of barely young adults. He is a weapon, that was his choice even after his wife was taken as Void Queen, and then as the hoards and waves of the dead took hold. But still, it's nice enough that this weapon gets cleaned up from time to time by way of Mucus, Amelia, and Dr. Akana was they get tired of his brooding tough guy routine and Javi comments on his smell. Oral Fixation/Fetish: Maybe it was being around soft, squishy monsters so often. His little hench wench being an overgrown mushroom on legs. The feeling of dead flesh and wet heat across his face on a kill. He imagines, upon his waking in the night with a prick full of blood and aching: biting into his wife's neck, pulling at her full bottom lip, taking her nipples with gusto to stretch them as far as they might go... It's enough to get him an orgasm and another couple hours of sleep, but it dies quickly upon even the barest memory of Void Queen. New AU: There was a flash, and there was an offer, and suddenly instead of the city and forestscape he had grown rather accustomed to in fighting the Rangers...there were kilometers and leagues of sand and decayed buildings. Weird little metal beings that had been crushed under the foot of the White-Green not-Ranger at the front of the convey marching on a domed city. Why not. Emotional Themes: Leaving his fledgling, mewling newborn daughter to the mercy of an old man and the rest of the world...was not the worst thing anybody had ever done. Certainly not the worst thing Tarrick had ever done. But...perhaps...it was the best thing he could have done under the circumstances. The very best thing. She smelled like pennies and the inside of an abandoned well; and wasn’t that just a delightful little omen, or hope. She smelled simultaneously like something that was supposed to be forgotten, and something worth remembering if all went well and right. Judging something that young and small by sight or sound was meaningless; a pudgy, wrinkled flesh bag that had about as much personality as a a bulbus hatchling or the pinkies of a rat that thousands of people disposed of on sight every year. But he would forever remember her smell as he set her down where the old man would find her; pennies and lonely water. Forever.

Gay castles update! 🌈🏰

We have added extra illustrations to the number cards. Now, the 2s and 5s are no longer empty - thank you everyone for your feedback!

Usually the number cards are left empty but we wanted to do something special with them! The number cards (2-9), when arranged in a 2x4 grid, connect to form a pride castle, symbolizing the safe space and unity that the LGBTQ+ community offers. Each suit has its own theme: Hearts (♥️) animals, clubs (♣️) flowers, diamonds (♦️) gemstones, and spades (♠️) space! Here are the new pride castles! We hope you like them!

Also, the composition for the uncut sheet looks now more like this:

Uncut sheets can be framed and put on your wall as a piece of art. This is a great way to see all the art of the deck at once. Plus, each sheet will be hand-signed!

Preorders for The Pride Knights playing cards, art prints, and uncut sheets will be available from June 1st to June 30th! ⚔️🌈

Who's ready for my Master Gaslight Gatekeep Girlboss Crepus Theory!!

I originally posted this over at Hoyolab and people there seemed to really like my favorite joke theory that Crepus just tries to gaslight the whole of Mondstadt right after obtaining Kaeya

Majority of this will be the same but with little tweaks for the wonderful tumblr audience

This joke stems from Kaeya's introduction:

and the use of the word "rumored"

Cause it's not like it said beyond Teyvat or the seven nations just Mondstadt

And I mean like c'mon how many families are living off the grid in Mondstadt

(Actually... Don't answer that I forgot Glory's boyfriend is just

Out there in the bush with Razor...)

Initially I had the idea of Crepus walking around the markets one day carrying Kaeya with Diluc beside him running into Varka who asks:

"Who's the boy?"

"You mean my son?"

"Not Diluc the boy you're carrying"

"I have two sons? You know this??"

But then the Caribert quest came out mentioning Kaeya ran away from home near immediately and was dragged home by Crepus just as fast and it became even funnier

Cause imagine you're by the docks one day and richest man in town gets off the boat with no cargo but instead a tiny child you may not have seen before that Crepus seems to be very cross with at the moment and threatening to turn him into a leash kid if he runs off again

In a small town that loves gossip do you know how fast that information is spreading? Cause I do and Varka's knocking on Crepus's door 30 minutes later like:

"Is this what we're doing? We're just taking kids now?"

Both paths lead to Varka asking where Kaeya comes from and getting hit with a

"I think you're a bit too old to still be confused about the birds and the bees Varka"

Varka getting frustrated to the point he just starts demanding Kaeya tell him what's up

Love to see him following in his fathers footsteps of stressing Varka the fuck out

And upon hearing how his birth father left for juice and didn't return Varka went

"Good! That was ALL I needed to know!!"

Follow ups on if his father intended to abandon him or got lost in the storm and needed a search party?

Don't care!! You weren't kidnapped!!

Welcome to the knights! 🤝

Which bringing it back to it only being a rumor

In a town of alcoholics, who's gonna call out the one guy with the winery?

Here's some add ons that got sparked from the comment section 😘

Bonus panels would have included Varka showing up with Rosaria one day mimicking Crepus about "wHaT you ForGot I haD a Kid" sparking a trend within the community of just adopting random children to the point posters are made saying "In Barbatos name: See a child Take a child"

Alice seeing it and pulling a "when in rome" tucking both Albedo and Diluc(who is yelling he is an adult) under her arms and telling Klee if she ever sees someone in need of a mom let her know she'll send over the paperwork right away

And then the last bonus: Venti wakes up, walks in through the gate while playing a tune, and stops when he sees the poster, not sure if he needs to start yet another revolution, or if this one is fine actually

I imagine the posters had to be taken down because visitors were losing their kids left and right and the solution of parents pinning a note saying "not dead & still want custody" to their kids shirt didn't catch on but the saying still lives strong in the hearts of Mondstadt's citizens I mean look Bennett and his 27 dads Mondstadt may have a lot of orphans but the demand is even higher

Comment on original post:

"I have a headcanon where Kaeya fooled first Crepus, then the rest of Mondstadt but.this is too funny!! I want to see this happening!"

Which prompted one of my new favorite lines at the end:

"Wait by fool Crepus first do you mean like Crepus finding him out in the storm bringing him inside to ask him where he lives and Kaeya's just

"? I live here? You adopted me? Are you feeling okay?"
