My niece is reaching Anya's age and she slowly starts reminding me of her a lot, with her sass and the way she asserts herself and stuff. It's so cute and it's also a great reference for thinking how Anya would really act in any scenarios I come up with.

Also, honestly, it's why the shipping confuses me. Have y'all seen how five-year-olds act? I get that it's fiction but... when you have a real life reference to something fictional and you go like "hmm, pretty accurate", it wouldn't be uncommon to go into the fandom and wonder when was the last time some people touched grass...
