Hello we are still alive despite it all. We have spent time on Bug Geopolitics. Eventually we'll release them but for now we just want you to know that currently in notes we have phrases like "The Age of Deception, also known as That One Time The Wasps, Roaches, And Termites Competed To Invent The Most Creative War Crime" and "everyone assumes that the leafbugs are a wasp scheme. the leafbugs would be personally offended by this if they spoke bugnish but it would take several more years before this would be translated to them" and also of course "no one wants to try and take the swamp because it sucks and the people already living there probably hate you"

#we speak #bug fables #when we release this it will be in “general overview” format with No Particular Details #so that we can reveal historical figures without you Knowing About Them Already and etc #the age of deception is named really weirdly. we've lumped it in with “the reason wasps and termites are considered Outside Bugaria”#also including notes like “the leafbugs count as an actual faction now” and The Many Failed Attempts At Storming The Swamp #honestly. we're hoping that we don't fumble that whole situation horribly. but we're not sure we're capable of doing worse than canon so #there are a lot of people in bugaria convinced the swamplands are wild and untamed. theyre not. they just border on deadlands.
