Picked up the brother after work last night. All headed home.
We get taco bell, I ended up paying as his card got denied, new one issued.
We get home and the brother and I are eating. He is sitting there and irritated as I go on about getting the duplicate title to my dad's truck so we can junk it and hoe the first person (a man) gave me grief about it until the system went down. And how I had to wait a further 30 min to (hopefully) get in with another employee (a woman) who was quick and walked me through the entire process without hesitation and it was done.
The brother huffs and mind you I have been trying for the past week (WHILE sick af) to get these vehicles off the lawn/driveway. I called around for 4days, listening to men give me excuse after excuse, none of which would give me helpful instructions or anything. I even called the boss out of desperation, he did help me out. But it wasn't till the exhubs threatened to come down and get on the brother that I made him call.
Two calls later it was resolved. Guy came out with a tow truck and picked up the first vehicle.
Back to us having dinner "I know I dragged my feet but... my life is SO MUCH EASIER because you're here. Like... I don't get it. How do men have women around them and not realize how fucking important it is to have yall around?!" He huffs "like these men really gave you so much shit and I couldn't figure out WHY but really- it's just cause you're a woman?"
He has no idea the rage I had for a couple days. I told him how I couldn't talk to him after he made those 2 calls. I was ENRAGED. same company that gave me the run around and they gave him quick precise answers. ENRAGED. I literally couldn't look at the brother simply because he is a man in a man's world. It's not his fault. But damn.
"Fucking men are so stupid. It's crazy!" He says. "Thank you for everything you do. I could not deal with anything I have without you"
I hate him.

Marcelo only loved two things: living life with his brother and causing hell with his brother. You remove his brother from that formula, and what’s left? I don’t think he lasted too long after the funeral. I heard a week after, Marcelo got locked up for a long list of violent crimes.”
THAT NIGHT
Marcelo had walked down to the basement 10 minutes before the clock struck midnight. He would have gotten there sooner, but he ran into THE BULLY on-top of the the staircase, getting into a fist fight.
CONNECTIONS
-THE BULLY: Marcelo actually liked THE BULLY. It was a shame that he had to target Miguel because that meant Marcelo had no choice but to make THE BULLY pay.
-THE RUNNER-UP: She liked the bad-boys. Marcelo knew, the whole town knew. But Marcelo would ruin her chance of being the side-kick to the queen-bee. It only made the sex hotter.
-THE WATCHER: The two bumped heads all the time, often leading to verbal stand-offs in public. THE WATCHER never kept their eyes on his family, so of course he threatened her. He’d do it again too.
LAST I HEARD: “Marcelo calls a jail cell home, somewhere in New York. He got in with the wrong people, did some things that caught up to him real quick. I heard he is getting out soon though.”
