easy tips to be your best version before 2023
this is my little gift to you! if you needed a guide or ideas on how to get started here it is! it is very simple and it will help you to create routines and get improvements in your life 🤍
things to do before the end of the year
incorporate small healthy habits into your routine
replace bad foods with healthier ones
go to sleep an hour earlier than you usually do and wake up an hour earlier
start the day with gratitude, meditate and be thankful for what you have
exercise 3 times a week
focus on what you like about yourself and what is within your power to change right now
create a skincare routine (day and night)
put on a face mask once a week
start taking care of your hair
take time for yourself before going to sleep, relax, forgetting the worries of the day
listen to podcasts that motivate you to be the best version of you
install an application on your phone to help you organize your day
keep track of your days and always get organized before the next day
be more aware of who you are and your surroundings
change your internal dialogue for a more positive one
stay focused on your goals
tidy up your room
drink plenty of water a day, and carry a bottle of water with you at all times
get rid of things that no longer benefit you or are bad for you
organize your cell phone
spend less time on social media and when you do, watch motivational content (e.g. my blog)
feel pretty
start acting the way you want to be
treat others the way you want to be treated (e.g. kindness and respect).
set new goals for 2023 and continue with all of this in your life.

Basic Beauty Tips!
Hair
Invest in a natural hairbrush- Some of them are hundreds of dollars, but there are plenty affordable options! They’re good for your hair and the environment
Get a silk pillowcase- Might have to save up for this one, but it’ll help your hair and skin!
Stop using hair ties- Claw clips and scrunchies are WAY better for your hair
Gently tie your hair at night- Whether it’s a low, loose bun or braids, protect your hair at night
Use hair oil anytime your hair gets dry
Make sure to get trims to get rid of dry ends
Skin
Use a gentle cleanser and unscented moisturizer- Literally a basic routine with cerave or cetaphil will do WONDERS to your skin
Exfoliate once a week- Don’t over exfoliate!
Stay away from harsh products that might irritate your skin
Use SPF to prevent early aging and skin damage
General
Have a nail routine!- I love to use a nail growth oil, it does wonders!
Make sure to clean under your nails- Some people have really dirty nails and it’s not cute-
Always have a good fragrance- Like a signature scent!
Use a body scrub once a week for soft skin!- Also vanilla lotion smells so good, and lotion helps perfume stick to the body
Stay Healthy- This is the most important! Stay hydrated, eat well, stay active, get enough rest and have proper hygeine!

for the past three days I’ve just relaxed.. I think U really needed that moment to take time and stop everything around me especially work/study. I’m alone for the week as my bf is away for work
Really need to start romantizing my life and taking more pictures of the little things 🥺
Anyway tomorrow I come back into my parents house and I am so excited as I didn’t see them since a couple of months 🫶🏼

how to become your dream girl before the year is out
it is never too late to start, you have been putting it off for a long time, you have a lot of information but you don't know how to apply it to your life.
ask yourself how would the best version of yourself act? what would the best version of yourself look like? what are the habits that your best version would have? what are the goals of your best version? what would you like to change to get closer to your best version?
2. take action
after knowing what you can do to improve, put it into practice now. some ideas.
start with new habits
be more organized and disciplined
be aware of your value
have a more positive mindset open to change
change your perspective on things
let go of what doesn't serve or benefit you
more self-love
surround yourself only with things that are good for you (also people)
change your internal dialogue to a more positive one.
start acting the way you would like to be, without fear.
3. feel, act and live like your best self
changing old patterns is not easy, but start doing it by replacing those old habits with ones that add to your life.don't live in the past anymore, start living your present, start acting and being the person you have always dreamed of being that doesn't mean you have to completely change your personality, it means you are improving your lifestyle and the way you perceive yourself and the world, you are changing your perspective to a much more positive one, you don't deserve to keep on living feeling bad about yourself and wishing you were someone else. you have the power to change.
4. create your personal signature
reconnect with the things that you love, inspire and make you feel you. create your personal signature, with your favorite scent (perfume and cream), makeup, clothing and accessories, likes and hobbies, your favorite places, everything that inspires you to be your best version.
but in the end, the first step begins when you start to become aware of your value and that you deserve everything you want.

style:
find your style, and wear clothing that makes you feel good- ofc dresses, skirts, and flowy materials are most obvious, but wear what makes YOU feel like a princess
have a signature perfume
experiment with different hairstyles
add ribbons to your hair
activities:
have self-care sundays (do bubble baths, face masks, treat yourself!)
start writing poetry
keep a diary
find hobbies that make you happy
put on some music and just dance
watch disney/barbie movies :)
listen to music you love
spend time in nature (even if it’s just a little walk outside)
take bubble baths
attitude:
walk with confidence, don’t let anyone bring you down
stay true to what you believe in, let your morals guide you
help others, through kindness and acts of service
don’t say self-depricating things, instead, shower yourself in positive affirmations, and be kind to yourself
