I've recently had a surge of new followers, and hit a new personal milestone, so I have something to confess.
I think it's about time you all know exactly how deep my research into hypnosis goes.
and what that means for all of you, my dearly dedicated followers.
especially those of you who find yourself fantasizing about what it would feel like to go deeper than you've ever felt with the gentle guidance of my words.
because, you see, I've been watching all of you for a while. taking notes, from your notes.
even if we aren't mutuals, that doesn't mean I don't see you.
that I don't pick up on the patterns between things you like and things you reblog.
I read all of your tags.
every. single. one.
commentary within them gives me a peek into what kinds of things catch your attention, and why.
even seeing the tags you use to organize them within your own blog is helpful, showing me the things you associate with my words.
and to my dear, beloved mutuals?
well. I see everything.
interesting how, the deeper down I go in your posts, I can see the ways I've affected you.
the ideas I've subtly planted in your minds to sprout into larger fantasies, simply by describing my own.
I see the way they inspire your own posts, and maybe expand the range of the things you reblog from others.
it gives me a little peek behind the curtain of your collective minds, telling me not just what you're into, but also why you're into it.
the why is the most useful part, you see.
if I know that the reason you crave to drop deep to my words is because you love the way they slip and sink into your mind
if I know the reason you enjoy dropping into obedience is because you know it will make you feel a purpose beyond yourself, even if that purpose is to be an entertaining toy for someone else
or maybe you'd rather be something more useful than just a toy.
perhaps, you'd like to be my test subject.
I think you'd enjoy the way I bring you up just to drop you deep
over and over
going so much deeper every time
simply because I'm interested in testing the limits of exactly how deep you can go into trance.
perhaps one day I do things slowly, dropping you little by little throughout your day, until eventually each trance builds on itself enough to make you instantly plunge into the abyss
instantly mindless with a single word.
on a different day, maybe I'd see what happens if I spent hours fractionating you into oblivion, only letting you have a handful of moments of consciousness until you've been dragged up and down so many times that your mind itself becomes the pendulum that swings
back and forth
between waking and trance
until the gentle rhythmic sway of it causes you to keep going deeper
and deeper
no longer needing any input from myself to continue the process of fractionation.
then, slowly, you piece yourself back together, back to consciousness
ready for the next round of my experiments
because testing your limits of how deep you can go was only the first stage of my research.
the truly fun part has yet to begin.

here's a long induction for you folks!
Before we begin, make sure you are in a comfortable position, where you won't be disturbed for a while. You can sit or lie down, whatever feels best for you. Just make sure your head is supported and your body is relaxed.
As you begin reading these words, take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. As you continue to read, allow yourself to become relaxed and at peace, focusing your mind on my directions and the words on the page.
Now, take a deep breath in, and exhale slowly.
That's right,
Just breathe in and out,
slowly and deeply.
Let your breathing become natural and rhythmic.
As you breathe,
You can start to focus on the weight of my words.
Notice how my words are calm and soothing,
How they flow smoothly and gently across your eyes.
You can let my words become the only thing you pay attention to, as you tune out any other sounds or distractions.
As you listen to my words, you can also start to notice how your body feels.
How your muscles are relaxing,
How your limbs are getting heavier,
You can let yourself sink deeper and deeper into the surface you are on,
Feeling more and more comfortable and relaxed.
As you listen to me,
You may notice that your breathing becomes slower and deeper,
And your body feels more and more relaxed.
You may also notice that your eyelids become heavier and heavier,
Or, a pleasant urge to close them and drift into a peaceful state of mind.
However, there's no need to close your eyes,
Allow your body and mind to relax as your eyes fix themselves on my words
You don't have to do anything else,
Just follow my words
Do as they say,
And let them take you deeper and deeper into trance.
You are safe and comfortable, and nothing can disturb you
Now, move your attention to your lower legs.
Notice any tension or tightness in your calves and shins.
Breathe in relaxation and breathe out tension.
As you inhale, feel your lower legs becoming more relaxed.

As I speak to you, I want you to focus on the rhythm of my words.
The ebb and flow of my words that create a wave of calm and relaxation that carries you away into a state of hypnosis.
But as you follow my words, you may begin to feel a sense of confusion and disorientation, or perhaps detachment.
Perhaps you're not sure how to follow the path of my speech,
Or maybe you feel as though the words and meanings are slipping away from you like water through your fingers.
You don't have to worry about any of that.
Just allow yourself to drift into the rhythm of my words,

They become like gentle waves,
Lulling you into an even deeper state of peace and calmness.
You feel an overwhelming sense of contentment,
Ready to embrace the tranquility that awaits.
Your mind is open,

And effortlessly drawn towards the soothing depths of relaxation.
So, surrender to this experience,
Letting the weight of my words guide you to a place of absolute bliss.
Maybe there's a part of you that longs to completely surrender,
Even if it hasn't been a conscious choice,
Just an unintended consequence of being captivated by these words.
Now, I want you to focus on your feet.
Feel how they are touching the ground, or the bed, or the chair.
Feel the weight of your feet,
And the warmth of your feet.
Imagine that there is a gentle wave of relaxation that starts from your feet and slowly moves up your legs,
Relaxing every muscle and nerve along the way.
As the wave of relaxation reaches your knees,
You feel your legs becoming loose and limp,
Like a rag doll.
You feel so relaxed and comfortable,
That you don't even want to move your legs.
Do you? No of course you don't.
You just let them sink deeper and deeper into the surface beneath you.
The wave of relaxation continues to move up your body,
Reaching your hips and your lower back.
You feel a warm sensation in your lower back,
As if someone is massaging it gently.
You feel all the tension and tightness in your lower back melting away,
Leaving you with a feeling of ease and comfort.
The wave of relaxation moves up to your chest and your stomach.
You feel your chest rising and falling with each breath,
In a slow and steady rhythm.
You feel your stomach becoming soft and relaxed,
As if you have just eaten a delicious meal.
You feel a sense of satisfaction and well-being in your chest and stomach.
Now, The wave of relaxation reaches your shoulders and your arms.
You feel your shoulders dropping down,
Releasing any stress or strain that you may have been holding there.
You feel your arms becoming heavy, limp, and relaxed, like a ragdoll.
You feel them resting on the surface beneath you, or on your lap, or by your sides.
Able to scroll and read but not much more, too relaxed to do more.
The wave of relaxation moves up to your neck and your head.
You feel your neck becoming relaxed and flexible,
As if someone is gently stretching it.
You feel your head becoming light and relaxed,
As if it is floating on a cloud.
You feel all the muscles in your face relaxing,
Smoothing out any wrinkles or frowns.
You are now completely relaxed from head to toe.
You feel so calm and peaceful,
That you don't even notice any sounds or sensations around you.
You are only aware of my voice, which is soothing and comforting to you.
You are now ready to go deeper into this warm embrace of my words.
In a moment, I'm going to count from ten to one, and with each number I say, I want you to take a deep breath in and allow my words to lull you into a peaceful bliss
When I reach one, you will be in a deep state of blissful relaxation,,
Starting now with the number,

Eight... more and more relaxed...

Now that you are deeply relaxed, I want you to listen carefully to what I'm going to say next. I'm going to ask you to become aware of your surroundings for just a moment, but don't worry, this will not disturb your trance at all. In fact, it will make it even deeper.
So when I say the word "Up", I want you to fully open your eyes briefly, look around and then whenever I say "DROP" you are going to feel twice as relaxed and completely transfixed on my words, your body relaxing and sinking deeper with each mention of the word "DROP"

Now, Up...Look around, Take a moment to breath and, DROP
That's right, It feels so good to DROP like that doesn't it?
Of course it does,
Now, you are feeling so good, so relaxed, so peaceful.
It just feels so good to be loose, relaxed and limp like a rag doll.

But I know you can go even deeper, and I'm going to help you do that.
In a moment, I'm going to count down from ten to one, and with each number I say, you will go twice as deep as before.

You will let go of any remaining thoughts or worries, and just focus on my voice and the wonderful feelings in your body.

Two...one more number to go, feeling so blissful and thoughtless.
One...now you are twice as deep as before, feeling wonderful in every way.
You are now in the deepest state of hypnosis possible for you right now.
You are completely relaxed, completely comfortable, completely blissful.
You have no thoughts, no worries, no cares.
You have nothing to do, nowhere to go, nothing to think about. You are just here, in this moment, enjoying this bliss.

When I say "Up", fully open your eyes briefly, look around and then whenever I say "DROP" you are going to feel ten times deeper, ten times as transfixed by my words than before.

Whether consciously or unintentionally as a consequence of this entrancing trance that you find yourself in.

Or perhaps you savor the opportunity to unwind and indulge in them,

Completely absorbed in the mesmerizing power of my words, you find yourself drawn deeper and deeper into an intricate web, entangled in its captivating threads.
Every sentence holds you captive, igniting a craving to devour them, unable to resist even if given the choice.
The allure of surrender takes hold of you. You long to be shaped and molded.
Perhaps your contemplation dances around the idea of obeying me more readily, as the concept of surrendering control reveals itself as potentially enjoyable.
Or perhaps you are simply considering the idea of obeying me more.
It can't be harmful to relinquish some control, can it?
Maybe obeying could be an enjoyable experience.

And you can.
As your body and mind progressively surrender to relaxation, you can release everything and simply drift.

this is my first hypnosis script, im pretty new to the space from the hypnotist side so any feedback would be appreciated.
CW: Hypnotic Induction, obedience, loss of control, mind alteration, increased suceptability to mine and others commands, minor dronefication, and no formal wakener
Id like you to find a nice comfortable place you can get situated, maybe a bedroom or bathroom, somewhere you can sit or lay comfortable without being disturbed or distracted.
Before you get comfortable id like you to make the room as dark as you can, turn of the lights or maybe close the curtains, if you want to get really immersed, maybe turn your device to dark mode, or lower the brightness. it doesn't have to be perfect, but it should be just dark enough for you to notice.
After you get comfortable id like you to soak in the darkness for a moment, to feel it surrounding you, enveloping you, permeating the very air around you.
Its dark isn't it?

We should turn on a light, shouldn't we...
Here, id like you to imagine a candle, specifically a small tealight candle that you might see in a wax melter, or a pop boat if you are familiar.
Imagine the small flame of the candle flickering,

Imagine how the flame lights the room, its soft glow illuminating your surroundings and yet somehow creating darker, richer shadows...

Im terribly sorry... But this candle is almost spent...

Still, not to worry, we can make a new candle, One that keep the darkness away

So im going to give you this...
I know its hard, being as mindless as you are now but i need you to imagine another candle.
This one is a plastic electric candle, on the top is a small plastic bulb, that mimics its flame, and on the bottom is a small switch, protected by a rubber cover...
This candle can help to illuminate your mind, to help regain some of the control and brainpower that was burned away, not all of it, but more than enough to function day to day...
You might find that its not quite the same as your old self...
You might find it hard to linger on older emotions and grudges...
And it might be a little bit harder access some more negative emotions, like sadness, or shame... This is natural, as those are powerful emotions tend to burn the fastest...
Still... This new candle is not all bad,
First of all it has a on/off switch, so you can turn it off whenever you like and return to this blissful state of mindlessness and obedience whenever you want... Keep in mind that only you can move the rubber cover protecting the switch, no one else...
The candle also has a a few different modes, like timers that can automatically turn the candle off after a certain amount of time, or when you feel particularly calm or relaxed.
It even has a special voice command feature, that lets you or anyone you trust remotely turn the candle on or off just by saying a special word or phrase, it can be any phrase... But defaults to lamp on, and lamp off...
Don't worry about the candle running out of energy, its powered by some of the leftover essence you gave me... You really gave me quite a lot of it...
I hope you come to like your new candle, and the new you...
But if you ever feel like you want to go back, all you need to doo is imagine the big bright candle again, but in reverse, growing from a small ember to a great bonfire... Its not an easy task, but with enough practice and a mind as strong and resilient as yours im sure you can do it.

Sentence Breaking
This is something I have referred to often in the various posts on trance techniques over the years so let me offer a brief outline of what I mean by it now.
(note: This is centered on text trancing as it is my most commonly used and most comfortable format but I have found the principles of this very effective in voice trancing too)
------ What (is this) and Why (should I care)? ------
This is a technique that will greatly help your induction - it is advice for hypnotists. Anybody who is in any way serious about real (as opposed to roleplay) hypnosis should care about holding a subject's attention properly so you can draw them into deeper states of trance. It is not possible to induce someone by giving them a paragraph to read. It can also be jarring, however, to hit a subject repeatedly with too many separate lines of text. A word of caution; this is going to be getting into the minutia of text-based inductions. Unless you are properly interested in the nitty gritty of hypnotic inductions, it will be, I expect, insufferably dull. You have been warned.
------------ How does it work? ------------
A sentence break, as the name might suggest, is a sentence that is broken somewhere in the middle. For example; - Tell me about the last time - you remember being hypnotised This post will be examining that small couplet as an example, across a three dimensions; cadence, hook, and framing.
1. Cadence
First, and of some significance, you will notice that this couplet simply feels quite different to the same sentence given in full.
Compare how it sounds in your mind to read; - Tell me about the last time you remember being hypnotised. and note how differently it feels to read; - Tell me about the last time - you remember being hypnotised There is a difference, isn't there? Even without the benefit of actually being able to insert a small pause between those lines, it still feels different.
Though the words are precisely the same and grammatically the two are identical, the latter conveys something the former doesn't. In fact, it conveys something normal text always struggles to convey - rythym. I don't find much time or inclination to write poetry anymore but studying poetry, and being more mindful of how words simply feel, particularly how they feel together, is something which every hypnotist should be mindful. It carries a kind of .. breath, maybe.. or even just a slight pause that would be almost imperceptible in normal conversation. - Tell me about the last time .. a small pause..
- you remember being hypnotised Of course this blog post, by it's nature, cannot convey this point perfectly well but I trust it isn't difficult to sense how leaving a second or two between each of those lines creates a sense of ease, a kind of spaciousness and simplicity that putting them together does not. Comparatively, one long sentence can feel somehow cluttered and fastidious in a way that is antithetical to relaxation. Comparably,
- Breathe in for six seconds, hold it for four and then breathe out for eight. is a line which, I confess, I have used in my earlier days. It isn't terrible, but it's not as clear, not as simple, and not nearly as comfortable as - Breathe in
... - and breathe out. This way of structuring 'breathe in and breathe out' is, I suspect, how most tists first encounter the value of sentence breaking but not many seem to carry it much further than that, which is a shame. But it remains a perfectly good example of how breaking sentences functions to cultivate a more normal, more natural feeling to text and there is no reason for it to stop there.
2. Hook
Let's let ourselves notice what happens internally, when we see the line all together
- Tell me about the last time you remember being hypnotised So what happens? How do you feel on reading that?
'Ok I guess I can do that. If you want me to and if I am in the mood and I feel like playing along. I can choose to tell you about the last time I was hypnotised. Eh maybe I will pick the time I went to ... ' Something like that. You gave an instruction. They received the instruction and they now have something of a job to do. They have to think about how they might accomplish it and then go about accomplishing it. They are chosing if and how to do that. They are choosing. They are in control. Now pay attention - Tell me about the last time Right here, in this moment, after that first line, how do you feel? Well, you feel sort of ... paused, don't you? Right here, in this moment you would normally not even really be thinking much of anything ... because you're waiting. All of human interaction is intricately structured around recognising those moments when you are expected to speak and react and those moments when you are not. You can and should leverage that structure when inducing someone. When the subject is waiting on the hypnotist to finish the sentence, they can't reply until you do. They are not thinking about doing anything until you do. They are not thinking. They are waiting. The locus of activity has shifted from 'me and what I might say and what I might do' to being fully attentive on the hypnotist, eyes open, vacantly attentive. It is only for a moment of course (and man-handling that moment poorly and letting it run on doesn't just flush the magic but replaces it with annoyance) but a moment of putting the subject into an open, attentive state is.. certainly a step in the right direction. The more they find themselves in that state the more normal it becomes. And I should hope the implications of that are obvious.
3. Framing
This one maybe a little more fun so we can consider it a treat for all the perverts who bothered to read down thus far. Breaking our one sentence into two half sentences creates a kind of temporal duality. - Tell me about the last time - you remember being hypnotised
is both one sentence and two, even if only for a moment. The spacing and physical appearance of those lines is understood as both a single sentence over two lines and also two things being said. Look at that second one. When you break up a sentence like that, it creates an opportunity to frame a a sentence all on it's own. A sentence which, on it's own, would not be acceptable. As much as you may want the subject to bring back to mind that warm feeling of sinking down into trance, simply stating... - You remember being hypnotised.
... would sound odd. Too odd, in fact. It wouldn't feel like a conversation anymore. It would feel more like someone is trying some kind of janky induction technique. The whole point here is to be able to slip some quiet suggestions into the subject's mind without their noticing. Janky is not what you want.
But that same suggestion embedded neatly in the base of
- Tell me about the last time - you remember being hypnotised sounds natural and normal, insignificant and unnoticeable. Insignificant and unnoticeable is the opposite of janky and it is precisely what we are looking for. A slightly sexier example of this, might be - So, sarah - tell me a little about why - you want to be hypnotised
And by now, I think, you should be able to see it clearly. Again, stating outright the line - you want to be hypnotised in a normal conversation is... well, you may as well be swinging a pocket-watch and waggling your fingers. It's so crude and overt a suggestion that the incompetence is a little tickling. But because of the cadence, because of the hanging-waiting sensation that's created at the point of every gap, the sequence - So, sarah - tell me a little about why - you want to be hypnotised contains exactly the same suggestion, but now it is all but invisible. It doesn't even sound like a suggestion. It sounds like the end of the sentence. Because it's both. In summary, consciously and smoothly breaking sentences allows you to say, straight to your subjects face, the words "- you want to be hypnotised" And they will accept them without so much as batting an eye-lid.
------------ So now what? ------------
There is still quite a bit to say about this that I would like to get into but I think I had better pause there. I strongly recommend beginning to break sentences in innocuous contexts for a while first - learn to find the places it is comfortable and natural to break them, until it becomes more natural to you. If the first time you do it, you have framed out 'you are going deeper' it may stand out garishly and may create an uncomfortable vibe for the rest of the trance so... go easy. And other than that, as always, practice, practice, practise... Have fun geeks.

Blowing Bubbles [Induction][Trance Trigger][Gender Neutral]
Hello, This is my first foray into righting a Text hypnosis script. There are no genders mentioned, so gender neutral. Its a very simple introductory script where I implant a few triggers. Blow, makes you feel light and happy. pop, makes your body feel heavy and your mind empty. \*POP\* is the post-hypnotic trigger that brings you back into trance. Otherwise, this is a more SFW script where I just make you feel good and then wake you up. Enjoy.
Find a nice place where you can comfortably relax and read. You comfortable? Good.
Now, I want you to imagine yourself with a bubble wand in your hand. Just like when you were a kid. The little red or orange circle on a stick that you could blow a bubble through. Just hold it in your hand and imagine the circle tip covered in bubble liquid.
In a moment, I’m going to ask you to inhale. When I do, you are going to imagine a bubble filling in your mind. You will feel your body inflate with the bubble and it will make you feel so light. Every part of you just light and it feels like you could float with the bubble. When you exhale, you will imagine the bubble popping. You will feel your entire body go heavy and relaxed. Don’t worry if you can’t feel it right away, just keep breathing and blowing bubbles for me. Ready? Good.
Now Inhale, and your body feels so light and empty.
Exhale, the bubble pops and your body goes limp and heavy.
Inhale, **BLOW** the bubble.
Exhale, **POP** the bubble and relax.
Inhale, **BLOW**.
Exhale, **POP**.
Inhale, **BLOW**,
Exhale, **POP**.
You are doing so good. I bet you know that when I say **BLOW**, you feel super light, don’t you? And when I say **POP**? Good. You feel heavier and more relaxed. With every breathe, just BLOW…and POP. With every breathe, you feel so light and then so heavy and relaxed. You are so good at following instructions that we are going to move on. Don’t forget to **BLOW** and **POP**.
Your body should be good and relaxed for me now. The only thing left to relax is your mind. Just remember that bubble wand in your hand. Now imagine when you **BLOW**, you put a thought into that bubble. When you **POP**, that thought goes away. You are doing amazing. **BLOW**… **POP**… So good. Now imagine putting your worries into the bubble. Deep inhale and BLOW. So good, all your worries in the bubble. Now exhale and **POP**, all your worries are gone for the moment. BLOW, finding all your obligations inside the bubble. **POP**, you only need to read and listen. It’s so easy to do as I say and follow my instructions. I’m only asking you to **BLOW** bubbles. Don’t forget to **BLOW** and **POP**. **BLOW** and find your mind lighter from all your worries. **POP** and your mind is too heavy and relaxed to think.
You’ve done such a good job following my directions. You are such a good and obedient subject. Now that you are so relaxed, I’m going to count down from 10. With every number I go down, the last of those pesky thoughts are going to **POP** for me. They are going to disappear. When I reach the number 1, you will be so relaxed and so carefree, that you can’t even imagine blowing bubbles anymore. Are you ready? Good.
10. **BLOW** and watch your thoughts **POP**
9. **BLOW** and you forget your worries. **POP**
8. **BLOW**. Your body is completely relaxed and comfortable. **POP**
7. Your mind is almost too heavy to **BLOW**, but you can still imagine those bubbles. **POP**
6. **BLOW** and the bubbles are getting smaller because you are running out of thoughts to put in them. **POP**
5. **BLOW**. Just need to keep reading and following my easy instructions. **POP**
4. **BLOW**. You are such a good subject. Almost there. **POP**
3.**BLOW**. Your bubble wand is running dry. **POP**
2. **BLOW**. Your mind is running dry. **POP**
1. **BLOW**. Let the absolute last of your thoughts be put into this tiny bubble… **POP**
Sleep now.
Just sleep and read. You did such a great job blowing those bubble for me, but now you can stop. You have no more thoughts or tension to pop. You can just be relaxed and continue to listen and obey. I’ve made you feel so good already, that following my commands make you feel even better. Let’s try it out. In a moment, I’m going to tell you to say the word bubble. It doesn’t matter if it’s out loud or in your mind, but you will say the word bubble. It’s going to feel amazing. You will feel so good. You may only feel a little tingle or your face will smile and that’s okay. It’s also okay if you feel a wave of happiness and pleasure wash over your entire body. Are you ready? Just imagine how good it will feel to **SAY BUBBLE**.
Good. Now wasn’t that great. From now on, all my instructions will make you feel that good or better. You will notice that following my commands feel better and better the more you obey. If you don’t, that’s okay, too. Just remember how good it felt to say the word bubble and know that my orders will always feel that good.
Before I bring you up and out of trance, I’m going to put a bubble in your mind. It’s only there if you want it to be. Whenever I or someone you trust is trying to hypnotize you, and we say the word POP, you will POP that secret bubble and remember how good it feels right now. How wonderfully relaxed, heavy and open you are. If I or someone you trust tries to hypnotize you over text, seeing **\*POP\*** will also POP the secret bubble and it will bring you down to his amazingly obedient trance. Remember, its only there if you want it to be and only for the people you trust. It will be very easy to resist if you are in public or a situation where you can’t enter trance. It’s okay to resist. It’s good to resist. It will just make the times when you are comfortable and **\*POP\*** for me feel so much better. Even better than you feel now. In a moment, I’m going to count up from 1 to 10. When I reach 10, you will be wide awake, feeling so light and happy. Right before, you want to let me know how deep you went for me.
You are going to look away from my words and comment, “I love blowing bubbles for you.” Let that happiness and pleasure wash over you from obeying my command.
1. The bubble wand has juice on it.
2. You can start seeing small bubbles full of your thoughts and consciousness
3. The bubbles look so nice and beautiful
4. They slowly get bigger.
5. You notice the bubbles picking you up
6. You are feeling lighter as the bubbles lift you up

there's no need for you to come up with any questions or commands during our game. don't worry, I'll make sure I confess to something interesting.

not when the obedience feels so good.
you love letting me play little games with your mind, don't you? I think it's because it gives you more chances to obey.
and I don't think you'll mind if I decide to thoroughly test this hypothesis.
