10/8に開催した「うみと夕やけヨガ2022」最終回〜災害地に送るチャリティヨガ〜で集まった28000円をYahoo!基金を通してそれぞれに寄付させていただきました。 ご参加いただいた14名の皆さま（＋寄付だけお預かり1名）ありがとうございました。 1万円以上は数千円単位での寄付ができなかったため、お伝えしていた予定を変更して半端分は「災害復興みらい募金」へ寄付しました。

During my teacher training I had to go out of my comfort zone all the time. It was challenging but I grew a lot while facing my limits. Warrior pose gives you this same kind of strength. .
