I went to the river with My grandma's dog There is no message I am not in the deep Yet - for the right reasons I will come back in one piece Archangels losing their crowns Minds! Let them I am a thought Nothing and everything divine Bound to expire this afternoon I will do as I please

WISH IT WAS ME
Oh just look at you now. With your girl. Why so sad now? Did you miss your choice?
Cause I remember it all too well Like it happened just yesterday You said I was one of your favourite I was some number in the line You said I really caught your attention just to tell me I was the most broken one of all those girls.
I cried myself to sleep. Yeah, I felt wounded. Your knife cut me deep. Took 2 years to feel a little unpolluted.
But my body remembers (it all to well) As if it happened (just yesterday) With those eyes, you're telling me I was just one of those crazy about you You would just left me standing in the line Building your future with the bestest that wasn't me.
Now I see you wish it was me. Your face is telling that you wish it was me. Cause we're both fun, we're both crazy So mad and broken but also sweet.
You wish it was me. Just like I wished it was me.

There's a story waiting to be told
but I'm not going to tell it.
I will not spend another moment
of my life bleeding pain onto
paper, trying and failing to
illustrate the way kind hearts
become martyrs.
The sleepless night approaches
and my arms are too tired
to write wrongs for much longer,
so instead I sit in darkness and
wait for the dreams to begin.

If I could fly
I would go away
To the pink cotton candy skies
To the white fluffy clouds
To the flower covered fields
To the bright setting sun
To the calming ocean which seems rather loud
To the places I haven’t seen
To the places which bring me peace
But if I could only fly
I would go away tonight.

"I'm falling from the stars at the speed of light past Jupiters moons towards my tomb in your love, the way you hold me there's just something sinister about it.. it's the way you love so completely, it makes me think some day when you reach your lips out for a kiss.. I might fall inside you to join the other heartbeats and stop being me to be one with harmony, swallowed in the wallowing grace when all you ever wanted was to stand with someone at your side.. somebody's lips to taste maybe, but darling your grip is so tight I'm really aware of the fact that you might have to save me cause I'm falling into you fast. Hopefully I land on my feet and don't break a leg, cause I couldn't handle your weight if I was weak. But even still I think of you pretty neat, and you are exactly what I need to be a better me.. I was never scared, I'd go anywhere with you and even if I was just a blip, at least I know that I got a kiss on the way. I'm arriving soon cause I'm the pilot on this ride just as the flowers will bloom to my life and your light.."
you are all of the good parts of me, so I hope you don't mind.. I'm leaving the bad parts behind in the stars cause I want to be done crying - eUë

Inter world
I found myself from under
My bare feet, upside down.
I peered down.
And there was an endless sky.
In the crowd, I looked below again
But then there was just me.
The people strolling around
Reflected colours around my feet.
The colours varied, some blended
Some stayed aloof, some faded.
I walked more as time slipped by
Always mirrored by the one down there.
It stayed there, an everlasting companion
Did we even talk to each other?
I found myself from under
My bare feet, upside down.

you want me to describe my love? fine
-
i loved him like a snow storm
loves the dying heat.
and he didn’t love me,
he was clumsy with it.
.
i loved her like the thornbush,
loves the wire fence,
and she didn’t love me,
she always left things unsaid.
.
i loved her like a flood
loves the drowning fauna,
and she didn’t love me,
but her touch was lava.
.
you want me to describe my loss.
here, have my stories,
have my scars and my glories.
loss tied always to fury.
.
here’s what my love looks like:
.
i fixed myself, i unlearned
how to be a dagger, an scalpel,
i took my pieces and ground them
into something that didn’t flounder.
.
love looks like devotion,
loyalty born of adoration, not passion.
it looks like going to bed
early, afraid.
(the nightmares never left.)
.
here is how my love goes:
.
i loved them, i shaped my words
around them and their eyes,
around them and their strengths.
i loved them.
.
and i still do love them, sometimes,
in yearning. but i have found
i can love like
a rose loves the earth,
a child loves the stars,
a bird loves flight,
a glass loves wine.
—you wanted my love without pain (but that’s still in development phase)

love me with the tides
Did you love me?
at my worst--
when i had fallen,
when i had broken,
when i had splintered into fragments of myself
shards of life swirling through the ocean,
beaten and battered by the moon’s tides.
Did you love me?
at my strongest—
when my fury burned
like a thousand suns,
when imploding nebulas
could not compete with my brilliance,
when the tempests and the storms
could not command me.
Did you love me?
at every rise and fall?
because if you did not love me then,
you did not love me at all.

30. I count the days
Like I count stars
In the sky
They pass slowly
And I pass you
But you don’t turn your head
I’ve stared at your face
Enough times to know
Something’s wrong,
But was it me?
Did I destroy
Whatever ‘us’ was?
How can I fix
What was already broken?

there were haloes in her hair from where the sun tried to eat away at her soul a twice-fucked icarus whose wings were made of bubblegum & nail polish & girlhood.
with a mouth stuffed with a thousand fire-lit stars -- some going supernova, some hiding behind her wisdom teeth still forming growing into her jawbone
falling down the back of her throat.
there’s a universe when she cries that spills and breaks what’s left of her heart.
oh, you silly little thing, you have no idea what it means to be human.

Somewhere old friends smile I only ever walk in circles What is an ending if not a beginning As the sky turns dark, breaks in half We stay mesmerised Should I cover one eye Look to the side *******, you knew - black magic now grey The dirt on my hands A part of the holy ground

And /ooooooh/ These midnight Lights, Small seraphim twinkling In twilight Small embers Of another world In another time Let’s mystify Your preceptive mind And dance Under the dying light In my crimson eyes As hearts shatter As worlds burn Midnight lights Tell the small tales of Fireflies In abandoned skies Lost, Still trying to be found

I sit alone talking to the moon at night
I ponder death and she speaks of strife
We wander distantly without morning light
While I speak reveries of a forgotten life
She reaches out to me as I mourn and cry
When the sun rises, we bid each farewell
I state that no one loves her more than
The stars laugh for they know I will fail
As day delves into night I hear her whisper
She speaks of how she misses my smile
The happiness inside, I hear it whimper
It’s been buried there for a long while
As I speak to the moon she seems distant
I ask what’s bothering her on this night
She smiles sadly, but I am insistent
She finally decides to tell me her plight
She knows I am there when I am alone
Only for you won’t return my affection
I simply appear on nights when your gone
I should’ve known to sever our connection
Still the moon waits for me to beckon
She is there always throughout my pain
Sadness and woe though never forgotten
Are always washed clean by her healing
rays.

“Why does the world seem so dark when I’m not with you?”
the sun cannot see itself shine.
the stars cannot see
how hauntingly beautiful their constellations are.
but sight does not do justice
for how they feel.
the sun is a trillion times hotter
than it seems from down here
on earth.
you are a trillion times brighter
when someone else looks
at your light.
when i look at you, i feel like
a million suns collided in my chest,
aching, breathless, alive.
you are so bright, you blind my vision.
i see you, only you,
in the dark, in the crowds.
if only you knew
how brilliant you were.

28. In a voice that whispered
Melodies to lure me
Into seduction
She told me she didn't love me
Her eyes melted into stars
As she shed a tear
For our connection
Burned by my reckless
Selfish abandon of her needs
Over mine.
