lou and emily as cousins in acofaf is so ridiculously funny and also in a way terrifying because they are both such funny people in a similar way that gels SO well
one of the most unexpected things acofaf has given me is an incredible awareness of the concept of a room going so quiet you could hear a pin drop, which is a phrase i fully comprehended the implications of, but never truly believed a genuine occurrence until this very season.
Emily and Lou as Chirp and Squak are the greatest duo in D20. There are so many great ones but omg do they make me laugh harder than anything else. They're so messy and chaotic and fucking hilarious. Every scene with them is amazing. (I've replayed Emily saying, "We gotta Bloom like it's 1999!" so many times.)
it’s so funny to me that omar, surena and oscar are having dramatic, emotional character scenes in the maze and meanwhile brennan’s playing 4d chess with his goblins in the corner, lou is creating the juiciest gossip in the universe and emily just got the f out at her earliest convenience to start a gambling den
truly cannot stop thinking about how the first episode are divided into two halves. the first half (everyone introduces their characters) and the second half (emily and lou makes their single simultaneous introduction)
Watching episode two of A Court of Fey and Flowers and I wanna give a shoutout to Emily Axford and Lou Wilson for playing the fey version of this dynamic
