nsfw Mikasa headcanons that keep me up at night

Tumblr media
she hates being teased, will literally pull you by your hair if you tease her.
isn't shy about the hair pulling either, would probably make u tear up a bit with how harsh she can be.
gets super angry and almost violent if you edge her, she hates it and will be merciless about fucking you and almost making you cum, but actually never gives you the orgasm you desire and will leave you hanging for days-maybe weeks-depending on how angry you made her.
is actually an angel for most of the time, has a soft dom energy, but if you ask for her to be ruthless she will NOT hesitate
will probably ask you about three times beforehand, though, "baby are you sure you want me to be rough?" "is that a yes?" and you're out here like "um,,im the one asking for it, yeah."
knife play. I just really think she's into it, but doesn't really like to admit it and won't bring it up unless her partner brings up themselves.
i keep picturing her standing at the edge of a bed, grabbing her partner by the hair-like super rough-and shoving their face on her cunt and just making her partner eat her up. it's an image stuck in my head that i can't get out.
the sucking noises would be so loud and you'd just be lapping her up, with tears down your eyes and she'd have an almost cold expression that would slowly turn into her mouth hanging slightly agape while watching you until she reaches her climax releasing a whimper and with teary eyes.
loves you so much. i truly believe mikasa has the biggest heart out of the three and wouldn't even be able to vocalize how much she loves you, so most sessions with her start off super sweet and tender.
is so kind and caring after an exhausting/extreme session, PLEASE, i really think she would be queen of after-care. she would be giving you water, asking you if you're okay, holding you and reminding you that she actually loves you, giving you small kisses all over your face and generally doing an amazing job at making you feel safe and grounded.

Another Tough Lawson
Lawson 14      Higginsville 3
Tumblr media
Remember that time when I said “even a bad day of baseball is better than no baseball at all”? Well, this past Monday’s game in Lawson may have pushed this theory to it’s limits. The Huskers took on a hard-hitting Cardinals team that rocked Higginsville for a season high 14 runs. The pitching staff combined to allow 10 hits, (7 for extra bases) while handing out 9 walks. Sprinkle in a few defensive miscues, and a flag-stiffening wind that was blowing straight out to left-center, and what you got was a real stinker.
Tumblr media
That’s gonna leave a mark
Jackson Kouril picked up the start for the Huskers, and one thing is for sure, the kid can throw strikes. Unfortunately, the Cardinals seemed to know exactly what pitch was coming, and on which side of the plate it would be located. I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but I half expected to hear someone in the Lawson dugout banging on trash cans (see Houston Astros scandal for reference). After allowing only one run in the first, Jackson and the Huskers fell victim to a six run Cardinal second, highlighted by back-to-back dingers from Lawson’s number one and two hitters. The first one was a three run, no-doubter that the left-handed batter crushed over the right-center fence. But it was the second homerun that most Husker fans will remember. Let’s set the scene. As I mentioned before, the wind was blowing straight out to left. And let’s assume the Lawson school district has future plans for the 30 feet of grass just beyond the outfield fence, since they made the decision to set the left-field corner at a slow-pitch softball depth of 295 ft. But anyway, with a 1-0 count, the Cardinals number two hitter just got under a pitch, and lifted a lazy pop-fly into left field. Now normally, this would amount to an easy catch, or as baseball enthusiasts might say, “a can of corn”. But this is 2021 Husker baseball, so you know things could not be this easy. Instead, it just kept drifting, and drifting, riding the wind towards the outfield barrier. It kind of reminded me of one of those Fourth of July parachutes that you so carefully set off, just knowing that it would land safely into your hands, only to see it float across the street and into the neighbor’s backyard. But normally you wouldn’t run after it at full speed, crashing face-first into their garage. Which is exactly what happened to left-fielder Micah Graham. He was the picture of concentration as he tracked the fly ball, just knowing that it would land safely into his glove. But instead, he ran out of real estate, and went face first into the chain-link fence. You gotta admire the effort. The Cardinals would go on to score one more unearned run in the third, before Coach Figg turned to a depleted pitching staff in the fourth. Camden Russell and Mason Rumsey combined to allow another six runs, courtesy of 2 hits and 7 walks in the final frame. As the home team, Lawson only needed four and a half innings to put the spread on a frustrated Husker squad.
Tumblr media
Golden was one Wheatie away from a Grand Salami
Offensively, the Huskers did all of their damage in the top of the third. Rumsey and Kouril led off the inning with walks, before Jace Kerley loaded the bases with one of his signature “hit by pitch” at bats. Josiah Golden then gave the Higginsville fans a bit of excitement, as he worked the count to 3-0 against the Lawson starting pitcher. Then the Cardinals head coach made the unusual decision to make a pitching change in the middle of an at bat. Golden saw five more pitches, fouling several off, before driving a sac-fly about 294 ft to the Lawson left fielder, easily scoring Rumsey from third. Sophomore Cade Limback then banged a double, deep into the right center gap, driving in Kouril and Kerley. Both deep drives threatened to clear the fence, but again, things are just not bouncing the Huskers way.
Tumblr media
Throw the dang towel!
At the end of the day, Higginsville fell to Lawson 14-3 in a five inning spread, dropping their record to 1-3 on the early season. There were moments in this game where I felt like Rocky Balboa watching Apollo Creed take a beating from Drago. I didn’t know if I should throw in the towel to save them, or just keep snapping pics. But let’s keep things in perspective. The Huskers are battling, and I still feel like their best baseball is ahead of them. With only 14 players on the team, we knew that depth was going to be an issue. Injuries and a full schedule have forced Coach Figg to lean on several underclassmen that normally wouldn’t have to throw this many innings, but hopefully this experience will serve them well down the stretch, and in future seasons. This dugout is full of personality, and regardless of the outcome, they are a great bunch of young men to root for. Go Huskers!
Tumblr media
This is what Jace Kerley looks like running to third, you’re welcome
Web Gems:
In the bottom of the first, catcher Jace Kerley blocked a pitch in the dirt, keeping it just in front of him, within arms reach. The Cardinal runner at second got a bad read, and made an ill-advised dash towards third. Kerley scooped up the ball and fired a strike to Mason Rumsey, easily cutting down the would-be base stealer.
Web Gems Part Deux:
Kerley continued to help out his pitching staff, with another caught stealing for the final out of the second. The Lawson player beat the initial throw to second base, but Nick Herrera wisely kept the tag on him as the runner popped up off the bag after the slide.
Tumblr media
W.K. says this is the most damage the Huskers did all night
Property Damage:
In the JV game, Micah Graham was way out in front of a pitch, fouling it deep into the parking lot on the left side of the field. Some unsuspecting Cardinal fans took home a souvenir as the ball landed directly on the hood of their sweet ride.
Box Score:

Kimbrel and Jansen finding their way after struggles in 2018
Tumblr media
Elite closers battled through struggles in 2018, but are still standing
The Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers both feature elite closers who each showed they were mortal in 2018. But for Craig Kimbrel and Kenley Jansen, the World Series offers a stage for redemption.
On some level when you look at the years Kimbrel and Jansen had this season, it’s laughable to think there are concerns:
Kimbrel: 2.74 ERA, 96 strikeouts, 31 walks in 62⅓ innings, 42 saves in 47 chances
Jansen: 3.01 ERA, 82 strikeouts, 17 walks, in 71⅔ innings, 38 saves in 42 chances
Those are perfectly fine years for most closers. But these two aren’t normal closers, with the standards they set. Kimbrel and Jansen both debuted in 2010, and since then have been the best relief pitchers in baseball, maybe with a sprinkle of Aroldis Chapman mixed in.
Each had their own issues in 2018.
Jansen never gave up more than six home runs in a single season, but this year he allowed 13 dingers, including seven in the final six weeks of the season after he returned from missing 10 days with an irregular heartbeat. It’s a condition Jansen has been through twice before — in 2012 and 2015 — and has Jansen taking medication now and will require a surgical procedure after the season.
“It was a tough thing to deal with this year, especially when I came back. I feel like I have two different personalities in me right now,” Jansen said. “One that wants to do the surgery already and then another one who wants to go out there and compete to help your team.
“I feel like I’m so, you know, so numb to it now. It’s like I keep telling myself it’s maybe one more week of taking this medication.”
Jansen allowed a home run in three straight appearances at one point in August, the first time in his career. Kimbrel only allowed a run in three straight games once before 2018, but then he did it in August, then started his postseason with four straight games allowing a run.
The last of those precarious outings came in Game 4 of the ALCS, when it took a tremendous diving catch by Andrew Benintendi in left field with the bases loaded to finalize the win.
Kimbrel was said to have been tipping his pitches, something former Dodgers closer Eric Gagne noticed and told his former teammate, Red Sox manager Alex Cora. From Chris Cotillo of Mass Live:
Cora liked what Gagne had to offer and asked him to text Kimbrel. Soon, Kimbrel and Gagne were exchanging texts, giving Kimbrel something new to discuss with his coaches before Game 5 in Houston.
”We knew he was tipping his pitches yesterday and that he was gonna be fine,” Cora said. “We saw his hands today. Yesterday they were up, today they were down. He was tipping his pitches for two weeks.”
Kimbrel responded with two strikeouts in a scoreless inning in Game 5 to eliminate Houston, the day after he threw 35 pitches in his two-inning slog the night before, giving confidence to Boston heading into the Fall Classic.
The Dodgers kept their faith in Jansen through his struggles, and so far in October it has paid off. Six times he has taken the ball this postseason, and six times Jansen delivered a scoreless outing, with 10 strikeouts in 6⅓ innings.
And he’s not alone. The Dodgers bullpen has a 1.30 ERA this postseason, with 51 strikeouts in 41⅔ innings, including outdueling the heralded and deep Brewers bullpen in the NLCS. In the last 20 years only six teams have posted a bullpen ERA of 1.50 or better in at least 20 innings in the postseason.
The Dodgers are trying to be the seventh. Then again, we saw this in 2017 as well. Through the first two rounds the LA bullpen allowed only four runs (three earned) in 28⅔ innings, posting a minuscule 0.94 ERA. In the World Series the Dodgers bullpen had a respectable 3.57 ERA, but with no room for error it helped lose the series in seven games.
What will this World Series bring?

Super Mega Baseball 2 Review: A Monster Dinger
Baseball and PC gaming used to be the best of friends almost 30 years ago, but offerings in 2018 are incredibly sparse (apart from the sea of stat simulator baseball games). The last PC release to carry the MLB license was 2K’s MLB 2K12 and players looking to partake in the old ball game had limited options. Canadian-based Metalhead Software ported their surprise 2014 Playstation hit, Super Mega Baseball to Xbox One and PC and gained a small cult following. While the game lacked the big leagues licensing and had a hard arcade-style slant, it excelled at being an easy to pick up baseball game that was extremely fun to play with a friend on the couch. This spring, Metalhead has Super Mega Baseball 2 ready to hit the diamond and the team appears to have hit this one out of the park.
I am a lifelong video game baseball fan. I got my first taste with the original Bases Loaded on the NES and supplemented that addiction with the R.B.I. Baseball titles that came on the unauthorized black Tengen cartridges. The first Ken Griffey baseball game on the SNES and MVP Baseball 2005 stand out as my favorite baseball games over the last 30 years. Being the last big-budget baseball game released for the PC, I’ve logged hundreds of hours with MLB 2K12 and I got to experience MLB: The Show 17 on PS4 Pro last year (and think it would be the best baseball game of all time if the frame rate wasn’t unplayably awful). All this experience with the genre makes me feel like I can objectively judge Super Mega Baseball 2 on its merits as a representation of baseball and its merits as a quality video game experience.
youtube
As a baseball game, Super Mega Baseball 2 nearly hits for the cycle, only coming up short on the smallest of details and nuance. I do not judge it harshly for its few shortcomings in being a baseball simulation, as the game does not carry the all-important MLB license and the development team was obviously not afforded a budget that could compare to what Sony earmarks to SIE San Diego for MLB: The Show. Almost all the things that make up the on-field game of baseball are present and accounted for. I noticed a few issues (like the apparent lack of an infield fly rule), but generally found myself locked into the flow of the games.
You only need to spend a few innings with the game to see the love that the development team has for the sport. There are many visual and audio cues that work together to present the game of baseball in a reverent light. The fictional stadiums are well-designed, with each location offering some interesting vistas and ambience that feels like an amped up version of the whimsical magic found across the minor league ballparks scattered across the United States. Unapologetically goofy team names and stadium adornments work to convey the charm of a summer night out at the ballpark.
For those who are unfamiliar with the game of baseball (or simply have no affinity), Super Mega Baseball 2 still has the guts of an enjoyable arcade gaming experience that is sure to entice just about anyone willing to give it a go. Like the best arcade games, the controls are fairly simple, yet rewardingly deep for those who prefer to dive deeper. Pitching is relatively straightforward, with the right stick used to select a pitch type and the A button to throw said pitch. Aiming pitches is handled with the left stick prior to throwing, while the nuances of accuracy and breakpoints are handled by steering a circular UI indicator towards the initial aiming point. I jumped into my first game, ignoring the tutorial prompts, and managed to get a grasp on my hurler’s repertoire by the end of the third inning. This is a welcome change coming from the ridiculously complex systems found in the modern big budget MLB games.
Batting in Super Mega Baseball 2 is even easier to pick up than the pitching. The pitches come into the batter’s box with a UI indicator showing their location. To make contact, you need only to use the left stick and position a circle in the vicinity of the incoming pitch and then press the A button. It is reminiscent of the system I first encountered in Major League Baseball Featuring Ken Griffey Jr. on the Nintendo 64. Baserunning is fairly easy to pick up as well, though properly juggling more than one runner in close situations can get very hectic. Depending on the level of difficulty chosen, fielding is mostly handled automatically, unless the player prefers to take control after a ball is put in play. Throws could not be any simpler, with the controller face buttons mapped to each of the four bases and a timing-based power meter mechanic sprinkled over the top for the diehards.
The graphics and sound work together to provide an acceptable presentation. Player models are rather exaggerated and it works perfectly in service of the vibe that the game presents. The default teams contain male and female players. Most surprisingly, the female models actually resemble human women rather than the ridiculous 1990’s comic book proportions that typically dominate the video game industry. The PC version of the game performed admirably on my machine, allowing for 4K 60fps gameplay that was perfectly frame-paced. Likely due to the budget of the project, the in-game presentation is a little thin, with no voice overs or superfluous scenes between innings and at-bats. While this prevents purists from taking in the game at baseball’s infamous leisurely pace, the concise nature of the presentation fits the arcade style perfectly.
Super Mega Baseball 2 allows for full customization of teams, logos, and players. The provided logo editor is robust enough that determined users will be able to crank out an entire league’s worth of first-rate logos in no time. It looks like it should be possible to recreate the entire MLB within the constraints of these tools, and I fully expect folks to have a project like that ready to roll in short order. Sadly, I found no way to easily download or share these customizations from within the game (or if such a thing will ever be possible). The ability to upload and share customizations would do wonders for the shelf life of this game. For those that care about such things, the game does ship with some microtransactions, but they are only in the form of additional art pieces for the customization suite and are not at all required to enjoy the game, nor do they affect gameplay.
Online play, by far the most-requested feature from fans of the original game, works well out of the box. Ranked leaderboard play is restricted to the default teams for balance reasons, but friendly private matches can make full use of customized teams and players. On the PC version, all online business is handled via Steamworks and is as easy as one could hope for. For offline players, exhibition, tournament, and season modes offer different ways to enjoy the game.
Fans of the original Super Mega Baseball will find lots to like about this sequel. New players can expect a solid game of baseball with enough arcade magic to appeal to almost any type of player. Baseball purists will find a good time if they enter with the proper expectations. As it stands right now, Super Mega Baseball 2 is now the top dog of baseball games on the PC. For $30, it’s not quite priced to be an impulse purchase, but should go on the shortlist of any baseball fans or those on the hunt for genuine arcade fun. 8/10 $14 Beers
This review is based on the PC Steam release. The game key was provided by the publisher. Super Mega Baseball 2 was made available for Steam, Xbox One, and PS4 on May 1, for $29.99.

Blue Jays: Don’t You Forget About Small Ball
By Ryan Grosman Laced June 4, 2017 It’s no secret that the John Gibbons-lead Blue Jays rely on power and hitting fastballs more than James Bond relies on bad guys with shitty accuracy. Just ask the Indians. They’re an all or nothing team. And when the power is absent, like it was in April, the Jays find themselves up shit creek without toilet paper. But after the horrendous train wreck that was April, the Blue Jays have managed to turn their fortunes around in May, even with all-stars like Donaldson, Tulo and Martin on the shelf for long stretches. In their absence, the remaining stars, Bautista and Morales, stepped up massively. But perhaps more importantly, so too did the non-stars. Pillar, Carrera, Travis, Goins, Smoak and Barney don’t have a single all-star appearance between them, yet they helped lift the Jays to one of their best months in years. And, at least for the time being, they helped make the Jays relevant again. How did they do it? Through a little thing called small ball. Sure, the long bomb is a big reason for their newfound success. But it isn’t the only reason. That’s because a miraculous thing happened. Faced with a lineup full of Carreras and Pillars, Gibbons adjusted his approach – employing small ball baseball for the first time since…well, ever. Suddenly they were doing actual baseball things like stealing, bunting and hit and running. I even witnessed a double steal with men on first and third. Insert shocked emoji face here. You have to wonder if someone up top talked to Gibby about changing his game plan. “Hey, dude. We’re like 30 games below .500. All your mashers are either hurt or slumping. Maybe try something new. Just a suggestion.” But now that the big boys are back and hitting fifth deck dingers, the Jays are returning to their old ways – standing around, waiting for a big blast to save the day. Just look at the Yankee series they just finished. Yes, they won 2 out of 4 vs. the division leader. But they did so without a single hit with runners in scoring position. That’s actually pretty hard to do. The majority of their runs came on bombs with a tiny sprinkle of sac flies. That kind of offence is just not sustainable. They may have their hitting jocks on right now. But whether it’s 2 months, 2 weeks or 2 days from now, you know they’ll go through another huge power outage. And then what? Well, April happens again. That’s what. I’m not saying they should go full on small ball. That would be crazy, especially in the AL East. I’m also not saying that homers aren’t crucial to their success. Because they most definitely are. All I’m saying is to have sustained success in this league, and in the playoffs, a healthy combo of the two is needed. Here’s how the Jays turned their season around and how they should continue to play. We have contact You can only have so many swing and miss guys in your lineup. Last year and to start this season, the Jays had plenty. Somewhere Melvin Upton Jr. is striking out as we speak. Punch outs give you absolutely nothing. And when they happen with runners on, they can destroy innings. Guys like Carrera, Goins, Barney, Travis and Smoak have been making a ton of contact. They may not always get hits, but at least they put the ball in play. More balls in play, puts more pressure on the other team’s defence and will lead to more guys getting on base. So, too, does the hit and run, which was another surprising addition to Gibby’s repertoire during May. Making things happen Nothing plagued the team last year and the start of this year more than LOBs. Getting men on is one thing. But you have to get them over and get them in. I believe this is called “manufacturing runs.” It’s been so long since I’ve seen it, I kind of forgot what it looks like. In May, instead of waiting for the big blast (or much more likely, an inning ending double play), they Jays were starting runners and moving guys over with sac bunts and groundouts. These are called productive outs. Even more shocking – the Jays were also scoring on sac flies and the occasional safety squeeze. Speed kills Centre fielder Jarrod Dyson once said, “Speed don’t slump.” This is entirely true. The only way speed do slump is if you don’t use it. Pillar, Carrera and Goins can move their assess. And with speed, you can do a lot more things to win. During the early part of May, to my and probably everyone’s total surprise, there were a shit ton of steals and hit and runs – things you don’t ever see from the Gibby-lead Blue Jays. Needless to say, it payed off big time. Timely taters You can get on base. You can move guys over. You can thieve bags. You can even manufacture some runs. But, especially in the power heavy AL East, you still need to hit some timely round trippers. Bautista, Morales, Pillar, Travis, Smoak and even Go-Go Ryan Goins have been smashing homers at precisely the right times. And the infusion of Tulo and Donaldson back into the lineup has made this an even bigger strength. The return of the kings Now that Gibby has all his bashers back, they’re already going back to their usual all or nothing ways. But just because your regulars have returned, it doesn’t mean you should just abandon small ball like a drunk, out of control prom date. Especially since it got you back in the race. What’s that expression? Those who don’t learn from the past are doomed to get shut down by half decent pitching. If Gibby can't find a way to marry small ball and long ball, the Jays brass need to find someone who can.

hi! if you're into horror films but suffer from OCD, specifically superstitious OCD (magical thinking OCD), then I would not recommend watching 'Incantation' on Netflix.
The psychology behind it relies on the viewer memorizing a chant or symbol that will curse them, basically relying on intrusive thoughts and things like that to bring in the fear factor. I know this can be extremely distressing for viewers with this OCD type (or any OCD tbh lol), so just a heads up! Stay safe!
Edit: May trigger delusional thinking if you suffer from magical thinking delusions as well. I mainly focused on the OCD because it is what I personally deal with, but a close friend who deals with psychosis mentioned this as well.
It's also important to add that there are around 5 on screen suicides, cases of self harm, and there's harm being done to a child but it's mainly done by a supernatural curse. Gore, blood, etc. are there as well! Ty to everyone that has pointed these out in the tags!

**SPOILERS FOR WAKANDA FOREVER BELOW READ MORE**
watching Wakanda Forever as a bipoc had to be the craziest experience for me culturally and identity wise. even though I'm not mesoamerican, it is still very real to me the aspect of colonization and wanting to preserve your people and who you are no matter the cost. and with Wakanda i can definitely see the aspect of being forced to share culturally sensitive things, resources and others, with people who want nothing but to cash in on it and force their way in to the places and things you so desperately have preserved.
if this movie isn't some kind of allegory for shared oppression between different cultures and races, idk what is. i wish i could elaborate deeper from my perspective, but i feel like i need to watch it a second time to fully form a cohesive thought.
From here I'll say some spoilers that are both not so big, and also super huge, so read at your own risk. It's also just be detangling my feelings of grief and other personal things this movie brought forward for me
A lot of this movie (if not all of it) revolves around grief, as it's obviously an homage to Chadwick Boseman. And during the summer of this year I lost my best friend, so the theme is a little sensitive and personal to me.
The way that they presented his passing, and how people celebrated and cheered for him reminded me a bit of an Afro-Caribbean tradition from my own island called 'Baquiné'. This tradition was reserved for babies or children as old as 7 years old.
The family, and friends of the family, would come to the mourner's homes, and celebrate the life of a child who had become an angel. This tradition fused with the Christian beliefs of heaven and angels, as well some indigenous beliefs/practices. It was a beautiful and somber tradition not seen much outside of the Caribbean. And to see something similar within this film for T'Challa's passing, and to be able to recognize it personally, it brought a whole array of emotions through me; it made me question my mourning for my best friend, and whether it would be best to simply celebrate that he was.
Obviously, I'm allowed to be sad, as are Ramonda and Shuri for their son and brother. But it made me both sad and happy to see how they both celebrated and cried for their loss.
Another detail within the theme of grief after Shuri loses her mother, was hearing M'Baku tell her "You have lost far too much to still be considered a child." And that felt like a punch to my gut. I literally put my head between my knees when I heard that and softly cried. My psychologist has said similar things to me as someone with CPTSD, and though I've not been through a lot of grief in terms of personal losses like family members or friends, it is still a form of loss to be forced to grow up so young. Shuri reminded me a lot of myself and of other people I've met.
Overall, this movie is heavy in emotional themes, and other sociocultural themes. It's a great watch and I can't imagine anyone sitting through it and calling it 'boring'. It is rich in culture and beauty and love and anger and revenge and in growing up. In my personal opinion, this is the best piece of media that Phase 4 has given us.

soft yearning is fine! anyways i want you next to me so terribly that i rip my eyelashes one by one for every minute your name crosses my mind, and when that's not enough and i slip into an alternate universe of our own i make sure to rip a tooth out so that the blood pooling from my pulsating gums reminds me i'm stuck in a reality where you're not reaching your hand out to touch mine, and for every fucking time i try and tell myself it's best to just leave everything as is i rip off a strand from my scalp and i place it on an altar because with lashes and teeth and blood and hairs and gums and longing i will fucking have you with me and the old gods will listen to the bile crawling up my throat yelling with shrieking love your name for i am sick of my yearning and of my desire and i will carry out my romantic mission much like a homicide
a homicide of no one next to me, just me.
