1958 Packard Hawk Sport Coupé
The interior was full leather, with full instrumentation in an engine-turned dash. As on early aircraft and custom boats, padded armrests were mounted outside the windows, a rare touch.
The styling has come to be appreciated more today than in its debut. Only 588 were sold, with Packard's impending demise a likely contributing factor. Most were equipped with the Borg-Warner three-speed automatic transmission. Approximately 28 were produced with the B-W T85 3-speed w/overdrive manual transmission. Studebaker-Packard was the first manufacturer to popularize the limited slip differential, which they termed Twin-Traction. Most Packard Hawks came with TT. It was certainly the fastest Packard ever sold, since it shared the majority of its components with Studebaker's Golden Hawk. The price was $3995, about $700 higher than the Studebaker model, but with a more luxurious interior. Electric window-lifts and power seats were optional extras.

Skoda 110 Super Sport ‘Ferat’ (the czechoslovak vampire-car!)
The Skoda 110 Super Sport 'Ferat' is one of those forgotten prototypes that had a very different purpose than the initial objective with which they were created. It is based on the Skoda 110 R Coupé, a concept car that was forgotten for a decade until a studio sued a vehicle to produce a horror film in 1981. In 1970 the Skoda 110 R Coupé was born, a well-known sports model in the world of rallying. A year later, the Czech manufacturer ventured to develop a prototype that would take it even further to the extreme. The Skoda 110 Super Sport Type 724 is born. Its main attraction was the absence of conventional doors, in whose place was a kind of capsule that gave access to the entire cabin, while in the central position was the same 1.1-liter gasoline block and 73 CV capable of reaching 161 km. /h maximum speed. The concept was presented at the 1971 Brussels Motor Show, although it failed to impress those present and ended up being forgotten and collecting dust in a company store until 1981, at which time a film studio was interested in the car for a horror movie. The film 'Upír z Feratu' from 1982, whose translation would be 'The Vampire of Ferat'. The Skoda 110 Super Sport Type 724 was lent for filming and given that its access capsule to the interior gave it a lot of personality, it was decided to make a series of tweaks to the design to adapt it to the glamor of the cinema. New bumpers and headlights, a huge spoiler, and black paint with red accents were installed. The plot of the film tells the story of a nurse who is recruited as a rally driver by a manufacturer (Ferat) to participate in races, although the car hides a hidden secret: it does not need gasoline to run, it does so from human blood. . Currently, the Skoda 110 Super Sport Type 724 (or 110 Super Sport 'Ferat' in honor of the film) is part of the company's museum.

Hidden gem: 1973 Fiat 124 Sport Coupé 1.8
Hidden gem: 1973 Fiat 124 Sport Coupé 1.8
Do you really need to spend a lot of money to drive a classic car with nice lines, snappy and in good condition? The answer is no, at least in our opinion. In fact, if you go deep into the classic car market, it is possible to see some deserving cars in some corner of that same market too worried about chasing famous brands, and to grab one before it is too late: in all this we must always…

Debuted at the 1956 Turin Motor Show, Lancia's top-tier Flaminia retained its predecessor's mechanical setup while adopting a modern front suspension. It featured a V6 engine and De Dion rear transaxle. In 1962, a 2,775cc engine was introduced, enabling speeds of around 200km/h (130mph). This Zagato-bodied Flaminia Super Sport boasts the iconic 'double bubble' roof design, creating a streamlined and stylish appearance.

1939 Russian ZiS 101A Sport Coupé
Built on the chassis of a seven-seater limousine, the car was called the most powerful and beautiful pre-war Soviet car ever. (top b&w photo)
It sported a front-mounted straight-8 engine, producing 141hp to the rear wheels, mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. It had a top speed of 100mph.
However, like so many other great cars, this one disappeared during WWII never to be seen again.
The replica Sport Coupé (bottom color photograph) was built using information from photos and technical drawings of the car.
I'm not sure, but I may have posted a similar post before.
