Celebrating Star Trek Day 2022 with a little fan art from the best movie in the entire Trek universe, alternate or otherwise, - The Wrath Of Khan.  This scene still gets me every time!

I have this idea listen the book Animal Farm written by George Orwell.

Basically it occurred to me that the Vulcan race in this story would be a kind of shapeshifters, each one has a feline form, in this case Spock as I have already put him in other roleplays, would be a panther, while the others are other different felines, cats, tigers, ocelots, and so on.

Spock, coming from a strong feline lineage, decides to make a rebellion on Earth, the reason is that his other Vulcan congeners are locked up in zoos or in houses, without even knowing themselves that they are Vulcans, that is, they are so engrossed in their animal mentality that they completely forgot the Vulcan one.

Maybe the fleet has an idea of it, or some kind of Earth government, thinking that they will never know about it. Spock pretends to be one of the panthers at a zoo, until he waits for a specific day when X television network comes to record for the news, when he becomes half human and scares people into thinking that all the big cats at the zoo are Vulcans. Some of them are and Spock takes them away, but since he has that animal instinct, he has to educate them himself and so on.

Jim would be captain or whatever you want, lector, I imagine him having a high position; and he gets false news about the Vulcans, saying that they are a threat, hiding that they were having them as pets or using them also in armies, since having that animal spirit many big cats or Vulcans would use their strength for wars without thinking about themselves, only in killing. As a result of the live video, several Vulcan pets wake up and go with Spock, and little by little he and other Vulcans who came with him end up educating those Vulcans still animals, teaching them to talk and teaching them that humans were manipulating them.

As a result, the humans broadcast on the news that the Vulcans were hiding to make a mass attack, and that they have murdered their former owners in the name of their leader, in this case Spock.

That's when James' group captures Spock for X or Y, and takes him to Kirk who still knows nothing of the real reason for the rebellion, believing what the media says. Everyone who enters Spock's cell is immediately attacked, but when Jim enters, Spock stays still, both because he knows he is the leader and because he doesn't even see him as a threat, because everyone who goes to feed him ends up insulting him or picking on him, being that their first contact with each other.

Later Jim could be a way to free the Vulcans from the human armies as well.

Here I imagine James pretending to be very tough in front of his people, because it's another, more hostile Earth, not so idyllic, showing himself that way so he doesn't get eaten by the higher-ups. I imagine he wants to show himself that way with Spock and Spock panther ignores him and starts playing with him and licking him on their first meeting, and big cat stuff like that XD.

Girl You Really Got A Hold on Me

I was browsing Pinterest when I saw this and felt immediately that I had to paint my OTP in the exact pose. The people closest to me know I’m completely obsessed with Spock and Lt. Uhura and have been since I was a child. As someone raised on Star Trek (specifically the Original Series) who also happens to be a Black woman, Star Trek represents the promise of a utopian future that exists because of the inherent value of people of color. I have eight billion things to say about how important the original intention for Spock and Uhura to be a romantic couple is, but suffice it to say I love them. The title of this piece comes from a song I always associate with these two, Childish Gambino's "Me and Your Mama". Painted with Clip Studio Paint in one session because I have no impulse control.
