The Znojmo Rotunda, or the Rotunda of St. Catherine, in Znojmo, South Moravia

It is probably built in the eleventh century, by Břetislav, Duke of Bohemia. Konrad II of Znojmo had the rotunda reconstructed in a Romanesque style in 1134.

Znojmo beef. An extra plate for the ancestors at Koleda. Also the first use of this table runner based off of two patterns from a 1970s Czechoslovakian embroidery book.

Zjonmo is the district that my great-grandparents emigrated from.

Autumn 🍂 has come to Znojmo, South Moravia, CZ.

The Town Hall Tower in Znojmo (Znojemská radniční věž), in South Moravia.

The Gothic Tower was built in 1445-1448 and is 79,88 meters tall. From the tower, the Carpathian mountains are visible. Even the Alps can be seen if the weather is clear.
