OK LOOK I LOVE THIS AS A FOIL RELATIONSHIP TO DARRY AND CURLY ITS GREAT, but HOW did they get close??? most likely after johnny and dallys deaths, pony spends more time w curly which means more time at curlys house which means seeing tim a lot more as well, at first tim would just pop in and go like “do yall want somethin to eat” and ofc pony was afraid at first but l as time went on, they just kinda clicked, maybe over art, bc each other using creativity as an outlet, or something or bc tim was like “o he is a bit fucked up actually” and took him under his wing
•hes somewhat involved w the curtis gang
mostly based off that one rumble episode, BUT i hc that after dallys death, tim became not close but definitely not a stranger to the curtis gang, he doesnt rlly hang out w them or anything like that, but he does see them quite a bit and talks to them, and especially teams up w them when they need it, think of tim as what dally was to the gang, the guy who came n went but was down w them, but in his own “yall cool but i got a gang to lead so ill help darry a bit when it comes to handlin yall” way if that makes any lick of sense

when i was a kid probably 12 or 11 ?. i learned about the ship kevedd . which was double D and kevin from ed edd and eddy and it was weird because i didnt like the show as a kid because the kanker sisters scared at the shit out of me . i dont know how or why i found it but i did and i became lowkey obsessed with it. and it makes no sense i dont even really remember anything from the show but im still lowkey attached to it . . need x jock forever . anyways sorry i sent this to u cause u were talking about random ships from fandoms u arent in lol
THIS IS REALLY GOOD I just think sometimes a ship looks really Really interesting even if you're never into the source material. It's tricky because I feel like specially a few years back there was this disdain for people that Only focused on ships (to this day I fear my analysis/thoughts aren't as important as others because they're about characters and their relationships which is. Dumb of my part 😭). anyway point is I love checking out other ships and seeing their special moments and whatever

am I the only one who actually liked saltburn? even those parts were "good" I mean in the end you can actually understand everything and those scenes make sense for Oliver's character because it shows his obsession with Felix and the way he manipulated everyone in that family

oh no bbyy, i dont take offence to this at all! i know that this movie is very polarising in its own right, and it definitely makes the online discourse more fun.
me personally, the reason why i don't like it is because it's very surface level in some sense. lacked emotional depth because the characters were not explored in their own right, and i won't lie, oliver aside, the only character who contributed to the dime size sophistication present was farleigh.
but yk, then again, one could argue that the reason why the movie was only grasping the low hanging fruit was to take on some sort of 'we're letting you in, but we're not letting you in' which gives the plot an uneasy feel.
i just wished there weren't shock factors yk? oliver's obsession with felix could've been beautifully expressed without the psychosexual elements. his characterisation had so much potential to break felix without just killing him.
all in all though, the movie had amazing shots that had me in awe. symbolism go crazy, same as the acting. barry and jacob work together so well, the height difference enhances certain scenes 😭

By all means ignore this if you'd rather not talk ab the show, but what exactly makes the loki series bad? Genq bc I'm kinda on the fence about it
dont worry i am ALWAYS happy to talk about why the show sucks . sorry this will be very long
basically it boils down to two things: straight up transphobia towards gfluid people , and character assasination . andddd the rest under the cut cause i tend to ramble ab this .
so, for a while now its been canon in marvel comics that loki is genderfluid. fans obviously were calling for this to be acknowledged for a while, actor seemed on board (still seemed on board . gonna be real w u hes the only member i dont blame he didnt seem particularly pleased about a lot of choices), blah blah . so obviously the producer gets asked and the dick michael waldron says yep ! yessir we have rep .
the rep in question was splitting the character into a male and female version, giving no indication towards any genderfluidity whatsoever (having all the 'male' variants be shocked that theres a female one like wtf), and then pulling some good old selfcest between the two at the end to really seal the deal . the bi representation that was also promised was a one off easily missable line but thats a whole other can of worms . it got worse after the show, whenever prompted about it people involved would say very weird shit. kate herron tried to pull the cis queer card a few times if im recalling correctly. dont even get me started on sophia di martino .
second problem, characterisation. at that point in the timeline we have loki straight out of avengers . which means you either have evil and a bit crazy loki or you have an opportunity to confirm the popular fan theory of mind control . neither happened , instead i think they were trying to speedrun his ragnarok/infinity war character development, fucked it up spectacularly and rather than making him a more morally grey but still a little bit yknow, loki, made him like...really wimpy for some reason? a lot of his actions were extremely out of character . theres a lot of focus on him being full of himself (hence the selfcest), which is kinda fundementally misunderstanding him as a character . the self obsession is a front which is obvious to anyone who watched even half of thor 1 . yknow, the very first movie hes in . side note michael waldron said he didnt watch thor 1 ? i cant tell if he was joking or not but on god it did not seem like he was from the show.
also more related to comics synergy, just sylvie as a character . they mashed up loki while fem presenting (why.), amora, and sylvie lushton when they couldve just had amora for a romance plot ??? sylvie lushton also fucking sucked like the comics community generally has a low opinion of her . her ass is homophobic and annoying and an amora knockoff . you could really see the inspiration shine through .
honestly the agent of asgard run is a very good example of how the variant concept can be handled well, and without blatant transphobia . honestly they shouldve gotten al ewing to write the whole thing hes the only person i trust to write loki .
so yeah sorry for the very long paragraph 😭😭😭 this show just drives me up the wall SO BAD

You heave a sigh and decide to walk up to a group of men. Only to stop mildly confused. Wait, what were you doing? You stand there for more than a few moments before the room around you contorts and the people dissipate into thin air. Okay, now you're beginning to freak out. You run for the exit only to slow down as the doors disappear. What were you panicking about? You were safe. There was nothing to worry about.
With a smile, you turn around and see the same bartender from before sitting on the stool, "Hey there puppy wanna come sit on my lap?" You nod with glee and run up to him like you've known him for years. He extends his arms as an invitation for a hug and you don't miss the opportunity to jump in them. He wastes no time smashing his lips into yours, tongue hungrily exploring your mouth. You swear you can feel little tendrils. for everyone else not reading this fic, I will post your requests and other stuff after i finish the next chapter!!!
to begin with, i dont know how the hell to make everyone have equal amount of time shown. I want everyone to like all characters, but i accidentally write way more for specific characters than others which is unfair i feel to my (very fictional characters who dont give a fuck) boys. for example, think bout how much we see Keigo compared to Izuku. Its just hard to do it with 5 different ppl so.
I want to rewrite all my beginning chapters bc I feel like i rushed it thinking it was going to be a short story. But here i am, 79k+ words in and the beginning i feel is so so so bad. like i can't even reread it bc i cringe. but i am also so lazy and rlly dont want to rewrite it lol so i just pretend it doesn't exist.
comments, mean way too much to me. Like all writers i love getting a notification that someone commented on my fic, but now its getting to the point where im like, "damn this chpt didn't get many comments, did i do something wrong?" so that's embarrassing and i def need to chill and be grateful for what i have. Im working on it.
Eijiro, Izuku, Shoto are so fucking hard to write and Katsuki and Keigo are so easy to write. Its so strange that im struggling with Izuku, bc he is my favorite, but im trying to show that he is a little fucked up from his past but I also dont want to write him as super quiet. Idk i feel like i kinda brushed off his trauma and i didn't mean to. so that sucks. with Eijiro his actions are easy, simply cause i wrote him as someone to be very touchy and affectionate off the bat. plus he talks alot so. but his internal thoughts are so fucking difficult to write. like what are you thinking bout?? you know she is your mate, but he is trying to get his best friend to get with you. it is so hard. Shoto is the complete opposite. I dont know how the hell he would react in different situations, bc he is more quiet out of the boys, but I want to also show that he is also trying his best too. his deranged thoughts are easy to do, but everything else is a wreck. i think he is the hardest to write for by far.
speaking of shoto his character is so inconsistent. idk if ppl notice, but i do. in the beginning his is more obsessive and has the most negative thoughts. he kinda crazy, u feel me? now, i dont write as much of his creepy perverted thoughts. i just kinda forget to. so now he feels kinda bland and i need to figure out how to bring back some excitement back to his character. maybe this chapter ill go back to the creepy, obsessive, thoughts. it was so fun to write. this all goes back to how hard shots is to write.
I switch perspectives alot and I hope ppl understand what's going on and who is thinking what. I think I have a mix of second person (obvi, with the "you") and 3rd person. bc i narrate others reactions to the situations, and kinda treat Y/N as a character in the story, not as your self. does that make sense??? idk.
since hybrid stories are my fav, i would like to write more, but in different scenarios. for example, another Y/N x Wolf! Katsuki fic, but this katsuki would be a diff one from the other wolf katsuki in Your New Pack. Like i did with the Bunny! Izuku Headcannons. That izuku is diff than Your New Pack one. but would ppl be bored of it?? ik i will never lol.
i wish i could post a poll on who ppl like the best on ao3, just bc im curious who has the most fanboys. (it would prob be keigo tho lol)
i got bored of katsuki wearing the muzzle in the house, so i just trashed it. def poor writing thing to do, but idc at this point, it would throw off my plans for chpts if he was always wearing the muzzle.

i love shadow 05 so much i honestly felt like it was the most fully realized gamecube sonic game in terms of controls. i know ppl call it slippery, but what i really loved was how they finally fixed rails. it was a small thing but rails made the last acts of sa2 kind of unplayable my first go around, and i love heroes esp rail canyon but they could still be inconsistent sometimes . and i love the choose your ending thing, bc you literally can skip the annoying objectives on replays unlike heroes. i would just always do neutral westopolis (can do in under 2 min maybe even under 1 min) and get to the ending i want from the stage after that. of course i played every stage objective once though

sometimes i feel like im the only person out here that likes slippery controls lol but omg exactly with the rails. i always hated doing any rail grinding in sa2 hell on earth. the in game animation is so nice with the squash n stretch especially in jumping and kicking its so smooth. ive also been enjoying switching missions constantly in levels to see how shadow/ companions react with the question mark info, that alone lends a lot to how each character sees things. like in westopolis when you come across a fire sonic is like "hey man if you fuck that up you get awesome blue points but if you break shit you get epic red points for cool powers" and doom is "dont fuck with that pay attention to killing rn" but with shadow he just looks at it and is like "should i put the fire out..?" like it shows how differently the companions view the mission in either their support/ disapproval/ neutrality on mission aspects, and so far it seems shadow just objectively looks at his options.
i really do think shadow 2005 shows off the characters really well cause of how much in game interaction there is rather than just cut scenes. i also love westopolis and the ark levels, i like levels that involve hunting down enemies so im the target audience of it
i also love being able to use firearms and weapons on top of his natural abilities and im so glad the firearms lock onto enemies pretty consistently. not to mention the great pre rendered cutscenes. i wish sonic games stuck with the pointy plastic looking models from shadow and heroes era
and i love also too how some missions can be skipped like the fucking bomb diffuser knuckles mission is too hard for me cause im really bad at time limit levels so it's like sorry knuckles u get to blow up lol also obsessed with the music in it i love listening to the ost. cant beleive they got rob zombie
