i foolishly got a big thing of ovaltine because it has the Vitti-mins and it reminds me of being a kid and i asked quatsch to make me some this morning because im sad and losing hair and maybe i just want to feel like a kid again

2 hours later and im STill so full of REGRET this is the WORSt like i can usually ignore or “budget” my lactose intolerance depending on what im eating but this is eXACTLY THE REASON I DONT DRINK MILK and WHY didnt i wait for the weekend to subject myself to this MISERyyyYYYyYY i am a FOOL!!!

anyway i will try sadly making it with water next time because... i was not built for this.
