I hc that Ratau was a very kind and caring father that could be TOO protective and that could get bothering quickly (what is understandable given their situation). He would tell them stories of a "brave sheep that stop the bad guys", whenever Lamb started crying, what was rare tbh, since Lamb always hated to cry

Ratau used to hide Lamb in the cult, so they always wore a hoodie to hide them (like in that one drawing)

HEHEHE he’s really interesting!!! i’d go as far to say that he almost has more tenko than tomura in him, or that he’s a healthy mix of tenko and tomura (or who i personally believe tenko would’ve been had he grown up). when it comes to his friends, he is quite rational/logical and often considers their feelings and the potential outcomes of certain situations, taking it all into account. but if he were to have a lover…….. well, let’s just say he wouldn’t be as calm or rational. but he would hide it very well. he would be extremely levelheaded and almost apathetic outwardly, to your face. but the moment he got that fucker who hurt you alone??? all that rage he had so expertly, so perfectly locked away would come exploding through the surface and oh god would he ever be terrifying.

he’s also clingier when he’s with his lover. he’s still pretty clingy and protective when it comes to his friends—this is touched upon in part two as well as part three, and he regularly takes care of them both financially as well as emotionally—but this Daddy element is amplified to eleven when it comes to his baby <3 he is very very much like tnii!tomura, just a more mature version who has a better grasp on his emotions. he still has brat-like tendencies—he wants what he wants when he wants it—but he doesn’t necessarily throw fits like tnii tomura OR bmb tomura, and he’s an expert at reigning these in and keeping them hidden. he simply goes out and gets what he wants. because one way or another, he WILL have what he desires.

his character pulls from tenko’s characteristics and liberation war tomura characteristics, right before AFO takes over (but also tomura’s tenacity and willingness to NOT GIVE UP or give into afo. he’s more mature here even tho he retains those brat tendencies).
