Lurking, kinda feeling meeeeh cos I think I really don’t like the plant based chicken that’s supposed to invoke grilled chicken strips agrees with me. Thought it was because I was being lazy and nuking it before tossing it into my veggie stir fry but heated them over stove top this time and...nope. They’re still pretty gross. Maybe I should just switch to mostly tofu, learn how to prepare it with more varieties, and maybe just eat veggie burgers or nuggies from time to time. Or whatever idek.

What made you focus on cultivating your dark feminine energy so well? And what are some things you do daily to continue to cultivate it? You're such an inspiration to me. Since I found your blog I've been focusing on cultivating my dark feminine energy a lot more and it's been so amazing. Hopefully this isn't too personal of an ask! Totally respect it if you feel like it is.
Hi love! Thank you for asking with this kind compliment and empathy. I truly appreciate it!
I think it happened organically through some adverse childhood experiences and difficult familial dynamics during my teen years. These two time periods triggered post-traumatic growth responses that naturally manifested as dark feminine energy - it's my natural emotional and psychological home I guess. I knew it was essential to be the leader of my own life, create my unique value system, and uphold certain personal boundaries since I can remember. I've focused on cultivating successful habits to exceed in my education, career, physical and emotional health, etc. while also prioritizing discovering my sense of self, style, values, sexuality, life goals, desired lifestyle, social group, etc.
If anyone is/has experienced any situation that seems similar – feel free to reach out if you want to chat privately (I'm not a therapist, of course, but for a moment of emotional support!).
Some of the daily habits I practice include:
Morning /nighttime routines focused on self-care
Planning my week/day with a big 1-3 tasks necessary to complete to reach my goals
Wearing comfortable clothes that make me feel good (think black knit or cashmere sets for WFH or trousers and cashmere sweater with black boots or white sneakers for outings)
Doing my daily makeup routine, even when WFH
Maintaining a healthy vegan diet (whole foods 90% of the time)
10-12K step walks (5-6 miles) around 5-6 days a week
Reading/journaling daily
Listening to music I enjoy/dance as a leisure activity
The rest of my essential habits to cultivate & maintain your Dark Feminine Energy (and some specifics on my routines/rituals) are linked in this premium post.
Hope this helps xx

20 (or so) Questions with Ro Sawyer
Let's find out what Ro is all about! Are they just charisma and charm or is there something else under all that bravado?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Interviewer: Hey Ro! Thanks again for doing this. Love the look by the way! Let's dive in. When's your birthday?
Ro: Hey! Thank you for having me! My birthday is August 8th. A proud Leo through and through.
Interviewer: Awesome! Do you go by any nicknames, or is it all about Roxanne/Robbie?
Ro: Yeah, my friends call me Ro. It's got a certain edge to it that I dig.
Interviewer: Nice choice. So, beyond the Rebel Rejects and the music scene, what are some of your good traits?
Ro: Well, I've got this knack for bringing people together. Whether it's on stage or just hanging out, creating connections is something I love.
Interviewer: That's a great trait. And how about the other side of the coin? Any bad traits you're willing to share?
Ro: I can be a bit impulsive. It's that punk spirit, you know? Sometimes decisions are made in the heat of the moment. Even still I can't say I have any regrets.
Interviewer: Makes sense. Alright, what about hobbies outside of music? What does Ro enjoy when not rocking the stage?
Ro: Exploring the city is a big one. I love finding those hidden spots, meeting new people, and finding little hidden gems that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. It keeps life interesting.
Interviewer: Cool, I can see you're pretty adventurous. Now, let's talk strengths. Besides the stage presence, what do you consider your greatest strength?
Ro: I thrive under pressure. When things get intense, that's when I'm at my best. It's like a switch flips, and I go into overdrive.
Interviewer: Impressive. And on the flip side, what's your biggest weakness?
Ro: Patience, or lack thereof. Waiting around has never been my strong suit. I want things to happen, and I want them now. * looks the interviewer up and down very slowly*
Interviewer: Got it... One word to describe yourself?
Ro: Unapologetic.
Interviewer: Powerful choice. And how do you think others see you in one word?
Ro: Magnetic. I've been told I have this pull that draws people in, on and off the stage.
Interviewer: Totally get that vibe. Now, let's go a bit deeper. What's your greatest fear?
Ro: *leans forward, and clasps their hands* Losing the connection with the audience. It's like a lifeline for me. Without that energy exchange, it feels like I've given all of myself and then received nothing in return.
Interviewer: I see you need that exchange to make it feel worth while. What are your top priorities at this point in your life?
Ro: Keeping the Rebel Rejects together is number one. Making it big is the goal, and university is just a fun little stepping stone on that journey.
Interviewer: Hmm, I see. Ok, Family time! Tell me about your family.
Ro: We're a tight-knit bunch. They're supportive, even if they don't fully get the punk scene. Mom's got this knack for making killer vegan pizza – a family tradition. I've got a little brother, he just turned 13 and is absolutely unbearable. I will miss him though.
Interviewer: Aww I see we've found your soft spot. Now, future plans. What are your goals?
Ro: World domination with Jo and De by my side, of course. But on a personal level, I want to grow as an artist and make music that leaves a mark.
Interviewer: Admirable goals. Rainy days – how do you spend them in more detail?
Ro: Picture this – cozying up with a book, probably a rock biography or something by Patti Smith. Vinyls spinning in the background, rain tapping on the window. It's a vibe.
Interviewer: Love the imagery. Favorite book?
Ro: "Just Kids" by Patti Smith. Her journey through art and rebellion resonates with me on a different level.
Interviewer: Solid choice. And your favorite movie?
Ro: "Velvet Goldmine." Glam rock, the visuals, the rebellion – it's like a visual symphony that speaks to the soul.
Interviewer: Great taste. Alright, any dark secrets you're willing to share?
Ro: Well, my songwriting gets pretty personal. It's a cathartic release, and sometimes, the lyrics reveal more about me than I might openly admit.
Interviewer: I'll have to start listening to your lyrics more intently it seems. Ok Ro, on a lighter note, what's your best physical feature?
Ro: Just one... I really like my freckles I think they enhance all my other features, and they look great on camera. *flashes a toothy grin*
Interviewer: *clears throat* Uh yes they really, um nice... *looks down at notecards* Right, and what's your least favorite physical feature?
Ro: I honestly don't have one... Not to sound conceited but I wouldn't change one damn thing.
Interviewer: Ah yes, I figured you'd say something like that. Lastly, how would you describe being in love in more detail?
Ro: It's like a collaboration. Sharing life with someone who knows all the reasons behind every lyric. It's a wild, unpredictable, and beautiful ride – much like the Rebel Rejects' journey. Beyond all of that it just feels right like you couldn't imagine such an endeavor with anyone else. *looks interviewer dead in the eye* Not that I've ever been in love.
Interviewer: Mhm, beautifully put Ro. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and giving us a deeper look into your world. Can't wait to see what the future holds for you and the Rebel Rejects!

I've Got 12 Random Sex Items You'll Wish You Knew About Sooner
When's the last time you went online sex shopping?
Shellie R. Warren
Oct. 15, 2021 05:42PM EST
You know what? Sometimes, you've got to push a few coins aside and determine in your mind that you're going to invest into your sex life (if you had a sex jar, this would be easier to do, by the way. You can read more about what that is all about here). If you're someone who is totally down to do that, but you don't have a clue where to begin, boy have you come to the right place! Between the joy of being a writer who sometimes gets samples sent to me, the constant research that I do for the couples I work with and having folks shout-out certain items semi-often, I've compiled a list of 12 sex-related items that may seem random AF (a pun is kind of intended there) and, at the same time, can make sex so much better between you and your partner. Where's your pad at? You're definitely gonna wanna take note.
1. Jenga PDF Sexy Couples - Erotic Adult Party Game for Adventurous Couples
Something that's cool about sex games is they can help to bring some laughter and lightness into the atmosphere. While having that kind of goal might seem odd on the onset, it's always important to remember that sex doesn't have to be sober-minded and serious. It's actually supposed to be a lot of fun! So, if you want to bring some extra light-hearted-with-a-touch-of-horny foreplay into your space, this is a PDF that you can purchase and immediately download with instructions, including numbers to put on your Jenga pieces and naughty questions that you can ask your partner. (It's on Etsy. You can cop it here.)
2. Melting Rose Petals
If there's one thing that can hinder a lot of us from going all out when it comes to "setting the stage" for a romantic evening, it's the thought of how much clean up will be required on the back end (sigh). That's a part of the reason why this particular item caught my eye.
If you and yours adore nothing more than soaking in the tub together, rose petals can definitely help to cultivate the right mood. The dope thing about these, in particular, is they slowly melt into your bathwater while leaving a smell of fresh stems. This means no worry about having to scoop petals up when you're done. Excellent.
(Pink Cherry is the site that sells them. Go here to buy a batch.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
3. Earthly Body Edible Massage Candle
What I personally like about this product is it combines the soft glow of a candle with the convenience of a massage oil that you can easily lick off — a win all the way around, y'all! What makes this edible massage candle even better is it's vegan-friendly, has apricot and coconut oil in it (which makes it nourishing for your skin) and it comes in three different flavors — strawberry, watermelon and vanilla. Since it's a 4 oz. candle, it should last you, shoot, at least a couple of rounds, right? Here's hoping. (Adam & Eve has got you on this one. Get it here.)
4. Edible Candy Lingerie Gift Set
There are times when, while I'm perusing the internet, I'll see something that is simply cute. That's how I felt when I noticed what looked like a string bikini set (top and bottom) that's made out of edible candy. Pretty sure there's no need to break this one's possibilities all the way down, right? Anyway, Walmart sells both pieces at a reasonable price. You can check it out here.
5. Sensuva Ice Cube Flavoured Cooling Nipple Balm
For some, nipples are a peak erogenous zone. For others, not so much (check out "So, What If 'Typical Erogenous Zones' Annoy TF Outta You?"). That said, whether you are trying to experience (or experience more) nipple orgasmsor you're with someone who is a "breast person" and you want to learn how to enjoy getting aroused in that area more, something that could help you out is nipple balm. This particular kind will help to harden your nipples while providing a cooling sensation. Plus, the chocolate mint flavor will definitely help to put an even bigger smile on your partner's face. Lovehoney carries it. Get it here.
6. System Jo H2O Flavored Lubricant Collection
The wetter, the better, right (check out "The Wetter, The Better: 10 Creative Ways To Use Lubricant")? Yeah, my sentiments exactly. Flavored lubricant can be a lot of fun, especially when it comes to oral sex, because it provides a way for you to do what you're doing while enjoying a flavor that you really like. Something that I dig about this brand is it's got a ton of different flavors to choose from including Cherry Burst, Cotton Candy, Green Apple, Peachy Lips, Juicy Pineapple and so many others (the company boasts of a whopping 17!). Dear Lady is a site that has a good amount of different ones (go here). Yet if you want to go to the System Jo H2O site to see what other merchants carry this product, you can do that by goinghere.
7. Like A Virgin Tightening Pleasure Gel
So, before we even get into this one, check out an article that I wrote on this topic last spring entitled, "What Science Says About A So-Called 'Loose Vagina'". The bottom line is your vagina doesn't "overstretch" from sex (remember, we can push babies out through there!). So, more than anything, the name of this product is probably more of a marketing ploy than anything else. Still, it gets a shout-out here because it creates a tingling feeling as it helps the muscles within your vaginal walls to slightly contract (in the best way possible), of course. Restoring you to virgin status is pushing it yet providing a nice sensation during intercourse is something that it certainly can do. (Another Adam & Eve gem. Cop it here.)
8. GLYDE Organic Flavored Condoms
There's no way around the fact that the best way to proactively prevent contracting an STD or an unplanned pregnancy is to use a condom (check out "10 Things You Should DEFINITELY Know About Condoms" and "10 Ways To Make Using A Condom So Much More Pleasurable"). Here's the thing, though — a lot of people seem to forget (or is it blatantly ignore?) that you can get a sexually transmitted disease or infection from oral sex too. This is where flavored condoms come in and if you're not in an exclusive relationship where both of you get tested regularly, you should definitely have a box of these in your stash.
What I like about this brand is 1) the condoms are organic; 2) they are ethically made; 3) they're made out of latex and are ultra-thin (which your partner will definitely appreciate) and 4) they come in a variety of flavors. In fact, I recommend getting a variety pack (vanilla, strawberry, licorice, wildberry and blueberry) to see how you like 'em.
GLYDE is the company. The page for the variety pack is located here.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
9. High on Love Chocolate Body Paint
Have you always been curious about whether or not weed ultimately makes sex better? If so, check out "7 Proven Ways Weed Makes Sex So Much Better". After doing that, getting yourself some chocolate body paint (the kind that has hemp seed oil in it) just may pique your interest. Some perks about this particular brand of body paint is it's water-based (so it won't jack up your sheets), it smells and tastes like chocolate and, since hemp seeds are full of protein and amino acids that can help to boost your energy levels, at the very least, you'll be in for a night of sensual experimentation and longevity. (EdenFantasyssells it. Get it here.)
10. We-Vibe Melt App Controlled Rechargeable Clitoral Stimulator
A couple of years ago, I wrote an article for the platform entitled, "How To Experience Amazing Foreplay (When You and Yours Are Apart)". The main reason why is because statistics show that at least 14-15 million people within the United States alone are currently in a long-distance relationship. If you happen to be one of them, hey, I don't have to tell you how challenging it can be when it comes to "scratching that itch", each and every time the mood hits. A work-around that can at least help things to become more bearable is a clitoral stimulator.
What intrigues me about this one is it comes with 12 different sensations, is waterproof and USB-rechargeable and you and your partner can connect it to an app so that he can help to get you off (yes, literally) no matter where he may be. The main hack to keep in mind is this one works best with some water-based lube. And while it's not the cheapest thing on the block (it currently retails for around $150), can you really put a price tag on consistent sexual pleasure? I mean, relatively-speaking? #wink (Get this at Lovehoney. Find it here.)
11. Wonderful Honey
Something that I kept hearing about the past few months, to the point where I did some investigating with some of the men in my world, is Wonderful Honey. Word on the street is it's a natural way to increase testosterone levels and build stamina and endurance. Each shipment contains 12 packets at 15 grams a pop. Like I said, men are huge fans. Couldn't hurt, right? (Medallion Mercantile is just one site that sells it. Check it out here.)
12. Dripstick
I don't think there's a better way to round up this sex-themed shopping list than to share with you something that I think every woman should own.
It's called a Dripstick and it's currently the only stick on the market that is able to remove excess fluid from your vagina following sexual activity. It's medical grade (a sponge is what you'll be using). The packaging is solid. It's also really easy to use (instructions are here).
So, if wet spots irk you, you and your partner like quickies but you hate the after-romp clean-up or there's some other reason why you've always wondered why something like this doesn't exist — Merry Christmas (LOL). It finally does. Awkward Essentials is the company. Get yourself at least one 20-pack box here. Enjoy!

Heyy
My name is Zoe
Sooo Long Story Short: I've been on pro Ana tumblr when I was at the lowest point in my life (end of 2020 - end of 2021). I'm diagnosed with anorexia and I'm living with it since I was 12. I had to start forced recovery in summer 2021 and I had to go to a psych ward in the beginning of 2022. When I got released I weighed 47kg/103lbs. From February 2022 - June 2022 it felt SO easy and I was happier than ever. I truly believed that I was never going to relapse again. I must say, I'm a lot better now (for my depression at least). But a never ending circle of relapsing over and over again began in July 2022. Until now my weight has always been somewhere between 41kg/91lbs and 48kg/106lbs. I hate how it is now. For the last few months I cannot stop overeating and I hate my body more and more. When I look at old photos from when I was underweight (my bmi was at 15.6 and I think now it's 19.4) I actually want to die again even though I'm not su1cidal anymore. And I would do anything to lose weight again. My goal is 36kg/79lbs and anything under that. I'm 15 now btw. So, since I feel so fvcking helpless rn, and I know every time I was on tumblr again I relapsed, I came back after months and hope it'll work now. :)
Anyway, I'll keep you updated every day
Btw my scale has been broken now for weeks or smth and I can't use my mom's scale cuz it's connected to her phone. When I get some money again I'll try to secretly buy a new one. The last time I weighed myself (5 days ago) I weighed 46kg/101-102lbs. Idk how much it is now but I guess probably the same or maybe a bit less because for the last few days I've been eating like 1100 - 1700kcal a day.
Today I ate:
- 4x vegan toasty choc pancakes (159 kcal each) - 634 kcal
- 3x white choc yoghurt ricecakes (84 kcal each) - 252 kcal
- 1x slice of white toast (95 kcal) + 15g of vegan cream cheese (34 kcal) - 129 kcal
- 1x slice of white toast (95 kcal) + 13g chili hummus (27 kcal) - 122 kcal
In total: 1139 kcal
Also, feel very free to motivate me and give me the roughest meanspo you can think of cuz
I'M SERIOUSLY NOT HAPPY W MY WEIGHT RN!!!!

April 14, 2023
1 pickle (5 cal.)
1 body armor lyte (20 cal.)
1 cup blueberries (84 cal.)
1 can green beans (53 cal.)
1 vegan maple sausage w/1 tbsp maple syrup (140 cal.)
1 cup black beans w/4 tsp hot sauce (200 cal.)
1 lemon Italian ice (100 cal.)
Total: 602 cal.
My weekday goal is to stay under 1,000 cal and I just accidentally stayed barely over 600? That's crazy to me, but I stg beans are so filling, have so much fiber and protein in them that they keep you sated for a really long time. I only bothered having the Italian ice because I felt like something sweet and was only halfway through my calories at that point. Please send good vibes for a lower weight in the morning, I'm hoping to be well under 164 lbs 🙏

10 Very Normal Questions
Thanks @starlit-hopes-and-dreams! I totally didn't forget that I was tagged in this.
Do you prefer owls, capybaras, or flamingos?
Owls! They bring me joy. Seeing a snowy owl in the wild is a birding goal! Yes. I have birding goals. *waves with binoculars*
Capybaras, close second though. They're flippin' adorable.
What is your favourite soup?
As a kid: chicken noodle or my family's 'potato' soup, which is difficult to explain since it is really more of a sausage + potato + macaroni soup. idk
Now, as a vegetarian adult: this one particular vegan ramen that is super effing expensive here but I buy it anyway. Honestly I make soup literally all the time for work lunches and I will make it out of anything I can find in the fridge or cupboard.
What is your favourite…rock (idfk)?
That very special brand of slightly punky, kinda emo, but also still pop-y, 'sad bois with guitars and drums' variety of rock that was super cool when I was in high school.
Oh, you meant geology? Too bad.
Choose a familiar: - very dumb, very loving disobedient dog. He loves you but will never listen to you ever - a raven that speaks but it only ever shrieks the name of various fast food restaurants - a toad that screams like a teenage boy instead of croaks
Option 1 because I love all dogs forever and ever because they are perfect.
Which planet do you feel like would be kind of an asshole if you met them?
I want to say Earth because it is inhabited by humans and humans suck, but I kind of think this makes poor Earth more of a sympathetic character. Saturn might have a bit of a superiority complex because of its sweet-ass rings. Mars is probably an annoying bro. idk. One of them.
if you were a worm would you love me?
A worm? Sure? An ant, centipede, or cockroach? Absolutely fkn not.
Least favourite type of clothing?
low-rise jeans. I remember those days. *shudders*
You are now in a horror movie-so sorry. Chance of survival?
None whatsoever. The audience would be face-palming every time I was on screen: I'm gullible, terrible with directions, loud and excitable, and utterly unskilled in self-defence. See you in the afterlife!
Would you rather: the ability to instantly grow a perfect mustache, or ability to talk to vegetables?
The moustache thing would make a great conversation starter. We'll go with that.
What do you think of whales?
Pretty cool mammals, I guess. I like to see them on TV. Orcas freak me out, though. They're a bit too smart and cunning and good at hunting.

The resorts will be closing in about a week or two, and while I'll most likely have another session in that time and for sure will be going to Mammoth in June, I figure now is as good of a time as any for an eos report.
Tricks I've locked in:
Frontside shifty with nose grab to tail grab
Frontside 50-50 (most rails and pipes at Bear Mtn)
Frontside noseblunt/lipside (most pipes at Bear Mtn, two of the rails at Snow Summit)
Flatground fakie cab 360s
Switch frontside 360s
Pole jams (Scary for me, so a big deal. Nothing fancy off of them for the reason mentioned, just as much of a steezy shifty as I can get fs or bs)
Tricks I've attempted/stomped but still look really ugly:
Tamedog (Fast cartwheel style frontflip)
Bs Miller flip (I'm basically doing a fast knuckle/hip tripod [nose of the board and hands on the snow with the tail sticking up] using the momentum to swing a full 360 or 270 depending on the feature back to regular with enough speed and air that the board becomes airborne basically resulting in a flip while dragging my fingertips. My hope is that I can do it with enough send that it becomes more like a corked bs 360. My eventual goal is to get it to a point that neither my board nor my hands touch the snow resulting in a proper corked 360 off the knuckle)
270 into boardslide (Most beginner boxes and rails at all resorts)
Tricks I want to land next season:
Fronstide 540 (Was planning on landing one of these this season and it didn't happen, was actually expecting it to happen switch)
Tamedog (Off of jumps, when I tried it was off of a bank and was basically like a somersault)
Backside shifty nose grab to tail grab
Frontside boardslide
Bs boardslide pretzel out (270 in the opposite direction)
Better and more frequent grabs with my 360 spins
Corked bs 360 (as mentioned in reference to Miller flips)
Fs (proper) Miller flips, preferably over a barrel or other park feature
Backflip maybe? They're supposedly really easy, just kind of scary
Top speed this season: 42 mph
Steepest run: Cornice at Mammoth (was hoping to hit Climax which is steeper but it looked crappy)
Setup: Board: 2015 Arbor Zygote/Flux GT bindings year unknown, 2023 Rome Agent/Union Flite Pro bindings 2015. Boots: Thirtytwo TM3 Bear Mtn Edition unknown year. Pants: 686xMatix Street Pant unknown year. Jacket: 686 Smarty 3 in 1 2024/Pullover sweater and/or my trusty red flannel. Gloves: Crab Grab Cinch Trigger Mitt (Rip, lost them and was about to buy another pair but the brand majorly cheaped out on materials with no difference on price so I got the Punch Mitt because it was the only one they still made with the same materials. Felt bad still buying from a brand that sold out so brutally but it was still the best quality gear I could get that was vegan). Goggles: Electric EG3 2022/Electric Mahi sunglasses. Helmet: Smith Maze
Fucking excellent season, not as much snow as last season but I'm okay with that. I don't need to be spending hours shoveling when I'm already losing sleep working back to back shifts 16 hours a day. The powder days weren't nearly as epic as they were but I still got to hit it and had still got to have perfect days just having fun vibing around.
It's not all about doing the sickest shit! I enjoy snowboarding because it's my favorite thing to do, I've been doing it my whole life never missing a single winter and am not nearly as good at it as one would expect. It's basically just my happy place, most days I'll just cruise around and hit a couple jumps and rails while spending plenty of time at the bar, so don't be scared of being judged or looking stupid if you're trying it for the first time. We're all here to have fun and most of us are totally patient and accepting if you need any sort of guidance, just ask.
All of the love and shred on!

new asks huh... sure: 2, 4, 9
HEHEHE!Wow are you the same anon from last time, keep picking one's I ramble on! (It's fine tho, love rambling) Here are the OG questions, feel free to ask more!(can you tell I love sharing my thoughts)
2. Thoughts on Veganism
I have pretty complicated thoughts on Veganism but I think the TLDR of my thoughts is that the idea that being Vegan is a good thing while not everyone has to/even can do it themselves are thoughts that can coexist. There are lots of valid reasons why one might not want to be vegan such as health(physical health such as allergies or mental health such as previous experiences with EDs) or culture. I don't believe in moralizing food, and also humans are literally omnivores. At the same time, it is something that is better for the planet and if it is something you know you can do, one could do their part. There is also the thing of if you are the type of person who's like "I'd be vegan except for X,Y, and Z) then just do that. For me personally, I'm mostly pretty good with food, I have no alllegreis and I have become a less picky eater over the years. However, my whole life I've had fluctuating appetite problems where I'm fine most of the times, but then I'll hit a period of time where my appetite just drops to the floor and I have manage with what I can, and my main safe foods are chocolate milk and eggs(no vegan). But, being vegetarian is something I could do in the future I think, rn with my current life circumstances I don't think I can, but it's definitely a long-term goal of mine. The one problem I think is idk if I'd make exceptions for Cuban food? or when I'm visiting, cause Cuban food isn't super vegan/vegetarian-friendly but that's a future problem for me to deal with(at least frijoles are vegan, and maybe Manteca can be swapped out in certain pastries?)
Also, I think it's possible to engage with animal products while acknowledging that they came from an animal and not do it carelessly. I specifically have pretty conflicting thoughts on leather, but I think I've landed that I'm okay with buying leather as long as I am certain that I will use it well until I literally and physically can't no longer. For example, the character shoes I bought for choir 2 years ago are shoes I wear all the time and I plan to wear them until I literally can not anymore. And totally feel fine using thrifted leather products, so I think when possible that would be my first choice.
I still have a lot to learn about veganism but yeah, don't moralize food, humans are also animals they also deserve to live fulfilling lives and if it's something possible for you by all means do it!
4. Mythetical Creature you think/believe is real
Sorry I'm boring, I don't think any are real, tho ghosts being real would be cool! Or like unicorns/mermaids! Maybe dragons, but Idk if I want to deal with the real-world implications of that! Or Vampires! They're pretty fascinating to me!
9. Do you have a skincare routine(and how many steps is it)
Wash face with face wash at night
That's it, I probably should wash my face in the mornings, and I should probably put on sunscreen every day, but alas I don't. But I brush my teeth and wash my face every single night!!!! So I'm proud of myself for building that habit! Well, I'm one of the few ADHDers that never struggled with brushing my teeth at night cause it was like "a law" I had to do it before going to bed, but face washing was a habit I formed when I was in high school. (It took a couple of tries but it finally stuck one day) I find building morning routines harder cause "do X before sleeping" is easier to do than "do x in the morning" especially when I'm groggy, have other responsibilities, need to go to school, etc. Actually, I've been trying to add flossing to my night routine and so far that's been successful! Anyway, future me will find a way to create a morning routine, and when I do, it'll probably include washing my face and sunscreen.

Sunday fun day run day:)
I'm just about done shopping- 1 more fucking walmart trip.. 1 more. I bought wrapping paper to, well.. wrap gifts. I woke up this morning and noticed Madison used most of it to wrap my gifts.. i can't be mad. she asked me if i thought it was ok if she ate food cooked it butter or lard.. totally fine i said.. does she realize she is asking a non vegan? I ran 4.81 miles.. slow... intervals.. i tell myself i can to anything for 10 minutes.. anything.. it's 10 minutes. running make me unbelievable horny.. i just want to fuck after a run.. that's all. and eat. Dinner with Marci tomorrow.. i wrote out her holiday card with the free pen the republican party sent me.. this makes me laugh.. to think she would stop being my friend over politics is just insane. life would be boring if we all thought the same way. she has a gay sister which i'm sure was a huge deal given her age and Marci's age.. but now its not a big thing and if i ever want to stop being friends with her for some reason ,i could end it by saying 4 words..
Madison and i are spending Christmas eve together.. the plan is to bake cookies, dinner, presents. i'll make a fire. Our first Christmas in our new home. I would like to take a writing class.. not so much a college class although I am open to it- maybe like a non credit writing course. i just need to find one. i have an idea in my head. my goal for 2024 is to spend less time on my phone.. i ordered the Bhagavad Gita- a little light reading to get the New Year started. Maybe i'll find the answers to the questions that keep me up at night.. what is the meaning of life.. is there a meaning? I was an odd child.. i use to read the bible and the dictionary for fun. I had to tell my reps.. the ones close to Ashley, about her baby. 3 of them. 1 cried, 1 asked me why things like that happen to good people, 1 shrugged her shoulders and said.. yeah things happen. Me.. my heart hurts for Ashley.I hope she'll be ok.. which seems so weird to even type.. ok.. how can someone ever be ok after something so tragic? I have no idea. somehow people survive and continue living.. somehow. I think I am ready to unpack my childhood but dam if i dont know how to stat or if i am even capable of writing like that.. something for me to think about..... i'm seeing my mom for christmas and by the sounds of it she is making a ton of food.. i'm not 100% sure why.. i tried to tell her tonight not to overdue it. i have to work Christmas and the day after. I'm going to drive into on Christmas.. i figure it will be a nice drive because no one will be on the road. I have a 3 day weekend for new years and honestly that is all that is getting me through these past few weeks. My life is good. I am so grateful. i believe good things are coming.. more things, people and experiences to be grateful for. this is a new era for me. i am at peace with all that is.. soft and safe.. soft and safe

Wellness Wednesday:
Steak, Salad, Salad, Salad, and Salad
Well, for the last couple of weeks I've been having cravings for steak - doesn't sound that odd, but I'm not a steak person. Nothing to do with veganism or animal cruelty - I'm just not a fan. Anywhosel, last two weeks I wanted nothing but steak so I bought a fat juicy ribeye - it hit the spot.
The meals following the Ribeye were all salads. Now, salads I love. I can eat salads all day, errrday.
Retrospectively, I think I will be partake in more meat center dishes more often, but I also want to experiment with vegetarian meals - like an extended period of time with no meat - like 30-40 days.
Beyond my food intake nothing else is happening - except my sleep schedule is out of whack due to last week or so of work. I'm hoping catch some naps this weekend.

It's a long walk to the parking LOT.
When south gives you nothing but destruction and writer's block..... and the kami's house is closed for the afternoon, the yin/yang is similar to water flowing in a clockwise direction. The inverse is similar to a reaver, or whirlpool pulling things inward towards the center.
It is relevant. I haven't found a clear answer to that one. I would ask a Buddhist, they would know better than me. Probably has to do with that symbol similar to nazionalists or nazis. Who knows. It's some sentient manifestation abacus cadabra stuff.
He doesn't like Dr. Eye-ville being on top it seems.
Flip everything around. Invert it. Complimentary negative it, oppose it. Or be reciprocal in a positive sense for a Change. Its opposite side is still balanced and compatible.
The yin and yang are way broken. On mine anyway. Probably an incompatible other half trying to force a bind. It sure as heck does not help make me a better musician or anything else either.
Whatever it is. It doesn't let anything heal with where I'm at or who I'm entangled with.
I do believe somebody is knowingly wanting to limit my mobility outside of my own naturally occurring imbalances. Doesn't matter. Just survive. Things become visible or clear in time.
The yin yang thing-
No give/recieve. Unless it's to exchange backlash of negativity.
There's always some bug in the system throwing monkey wrenches.
He wants to create disorientation or illusion on principle based on not giving him the praise or attention he thinks people should give him.
Are you familiar with who the Speaker of the House is, in the House of Representatives? The guy that can be a blowhard and run out the clock and basically bullshit about nothing for as long as he wants, just to keep anybody else out of maybe 200 representatives, from speaking. And he is allowed to do that every day, for weeks or months. Or until John Wilkes Booth shows up.
I'm not saying that's who the ghost in the machine is. I would not respect a police officer who conducted himself that way. Under investigation and
intentionally blows his cover to play Milton Bradley's Oiuja board and fish for a connection with their subject? And does so, knowing that he's being a fucking dick?
I'm still climbing my way out of this dilemma.
I've been over the qliph. Daath is a bridge between the trees in the Jewish Qaballa. It's angels speak through one's own inner temple's rubbing and can be corrected when you know what you are doing.
I don't mess with the qliphoth.
And there's too many spoken word based beings for me to tolerate as it is.
I almost died from vegan malnutrition and could not walk or anything else.
Within the same time (thanksgiving/winter) my sister got married and moved out of state. To not go into detail, it's been me, by myself, trying to heal and restore my health. I'm not out of the woods, and I'm not sure if I'm going to survive. I like to think I am. Marfan's is totally lame like that.
They said they would have to force-feed me if I did not eat or I would die.
I still turn into a five thousand year old dude on some days. Same as Luo Pan. Probably more like 98% of them.
ANYWAY
the appropriation thing is kind of important to me, so that I don't offend others out of ignorance.
Other things have folklore or history. Same as you don't hide Easter eggs on Christmas or celebrate the spring equinox on the autumn solstice.
When somebody likes an aesthetic, it should not have to be validated or "mansplained".
Just don't go to the mall in a kimono.
This one here. East. Li. The one with clingy charactersistics is like squid grappling all day. It is debilitating and impossible to give anything my undivided attention. I have goals and objectives. They aren't getting done because I'm forced to grapple with this insecure, possessive, Squidward vs SpongeBob SquarePants type thing. It doesn't stop fighting with me unless I tell it what my plans are. So he can call himself the healer and play Moses. I'm not going to waste my energy on wrestling grappling or fighting with him.
He just wants me to rot in bed until I die, so he can inherit my money.
Then the dumbass wants to crack the whip on me same as a Jewish prisoner in an auschwitz slave labor camp. If I don't move around enough or entertain his wants or needs enough.
(He wants to look at pornos or violence and death and negativity, but mostly pornos.) I guess he's not allowed to have those things where he is. So he tries to abuse me to get it.
I have made eight tumblr pages, twice, this is my third time around. He shits on everything I want to do for myself for my own interests. To build my own space to decorate with the things I choose as I see fit.
Take a look at tumblr or the world, and the examples they set. Who they shit upon(Asian culture), and who he favors (desecrated jewish tombstones, vandalized churches, animal cruelty, violence, bloodshed, profanity, hate, and provoking me as a source of nourishment for his piss addiction.
Probably hoping that it would lead to the same endgame he wants. My death or imprisonment after being provoked by him, so he can inherit my money or take away my freedoms.
So yeah, anything I create, he destroys. People that I have on a pedestal, he desecrates everything. Things to make my world beautiful, he turns everything to shit.
I never kicked in your door and forced you to look at things or read things that offend you or hurt your feelings. I could quote bullshit like scripture or re-worded guidelines. And he'll play stupid like he doesn't know what I'm saying until I pull some other human's words out of a book. If you don't like it. Don't fucking look at it, same as everybody else is told when siblings or family members fight. If you refuse to respect me or my things, you are not welcome here.
Typical of a goddamned dung beetle and their shoving matches and cockfights over turd piles.
Stuff that could be streamlined without talking. I got a lot of fakers around here. Which is why I'm hyper defensive. The person could truly have treacherous intentions in mind.

I've Got 12 Random Sex Items You'll Wish You Knew About Sooner
Shellie R. WarrenOct.
Go hereto buy a batch.)
Get ithere.)
That said, whether you are trying to experience (or experience more) nipple orgasms or you're with someone who is a "breast person" and you want to learn how to enjoy getting aroused in that area more, something that could help you out is nipple balm. This particular kind will help to harden your nipples while providing a cooling sensation. Plus, the chocolate mint flavor will definitely help to put an even bigger smile on your partner's face. Lovehoney carries it. Get ithere.
Yet if you want to go to the System Jo H2O site to see what other merchants carry this product, you can do that by going here.
(EdenFantasys sells it. Get it here.)
10. We-Vibe Melt App Controlled Rechargeable Clitoral Stimulator
A couple of years ago, I wrote an article for the platform entitled, "How To Experience Amazing Foreplay (When You and Yours Are Apart)". The main reason why is becausestatistics show that at least 14-15 million people within the United States alone are currently in a long-distance relationship.
Enjoy!

Feeding the Planet (Seminar Cliffnotes)
My PhD cohort had a recent seminar on feeding the planet (I'm on an environmental DTP, hence the overlap with agrarian sciences). Some things I found interesting:
REDUCING MEAT CONSUMPTION
Education DOESN'T work to reduce meat consumption (or at least, it does not significantly contribute to reduction; people by and large will choose meat based options even if aware of negative environmental consequences)
Changing meat option availability DOES work. Having 2/4 options as vegetarian or vegan instead of 1/4 means that meat eaters will choose vegetarian options more.
They did a study in Cambridge for this, since you buy university food using your CamCard, which stores information on student meal choices. Cambridge has been increasing their number of vegetarian options over the last few years in an effort to grow greener and this was the result:
Tumblr media
Essentially, the probability of students choosing vegetarian options went up across all demographics when more veggie/vegan options were offered, and it went up most sharply among the hardcore meat–eaters. This is the demographic that essentially requires most change.
LAND SHARING VS LAND SPARING
A growing population needs more food to sustain it, and this in turn requires more land for crop growth (or livestock rearing). This is putting pressure onto non–agrarian land, leading to deforestation and the loss of biodiversity. Two ways of mitigating against this are 1) Land Sharing and 2) Land Sparing
Land Sharing is when you homogenise wild and agrarian land, so that you have low–yield wildlife friendly farmland everywhere.
Land Sparing is when you divide land into agrarian land and wild habitats. Agrarian land is high yield and low area, and undergoes intensive farming. However most of the land is non–agrarian and preserves its original biodiversity.

We were shown this graph across the sharing–sparing continuum. Total crop yield is the same at any point in the graph. For the sharing endmember, all land is low–yield wildlife friendly farmland (but there's a lot of it). At the sparing endmember, land is divided into natural and farm land. Farmland is high yield low area (it has to be, to produce the same total crop yield).

So at this point, both look vaguely alright, right? We also are familiar with the problems of high–intensity farming (pesticides, fertilisers, the factory farming of animals etc. etc. etc.). With food production being equal in both scenarios, biodiversity is the next goal – how can we maintain biodiversity while meeting the food needs of the world?
Well, a bunch of PhD students went and did studies in areas across the world where sharing was implemented to see the impact on local biodiversity (i.e. how species responded to land sharing with time).
Now, species can respond differently to sharing and sparing. Some species are winners – they appear at higher densities in farmland than in wild environments. Some species are losers – they appear at lower densities in farmland than in wild environments (and these are the species under threat).

Most species across the world are loser–sparing. They are usually specialist or endemic species that can tolerate a narrow range of conditions and are best suited to wild habitats. They do not tolerate even the fairly minor changes that land sharing brings and therefore require unaltered wild environments. Land sparing is subsequently the best option for maintaining biodiversity; high yield low area specialised farmland with larger areas of wild and unaltered habitat.
So how do you raise livestock while maintaining biodiversity? Well, in the discussion portion, our lecturer essentially said that for biodiversity land sparing would require things like factory farming, which is low area and high yield. From an animal ethics perspective you would want land sharing, which would ultimately lead to the loss of biodiversity. Ultimately, your best bet if you care about both biodiversity and animal ethics (he concluded) was to not eat meat at all.
