They have an incredible sense of smell so if you want to avoid them, use peppermint, lemon grass or other essential oils. Sadly they do not all have a mouth but make up for it by eating more during their caterpillar stage in preparation for their short lives. They are important pollinators and adore nectar. with a sailing ship on its back. it is as if
your everyday decided it’s taking ten.
figure it out young buckaroo. you’re
on your own. the world is bigger 
than eagles and torches. ooh!
or. on your walk a bicycle 
passes you. but! instead
of your usual bikewear
the rider has got red
high-heel pumps
and a black
dress. where,
oh, where goes 
this rider? a ball?
a mysterious portal
in spacetime in some
lost alleyway? or just to
a grocery store with style?
doesn’t take much to wonder.
just ask any street cat you see.

1. I have a deck of color cards and keep it above my chest of drawers. I draw one almost every day to choose my outfits. Today’s was particularly pleasing to my eye and soul 👁
