When I speak to my spirit family aka my spirit companions in the morning I light these 3 candles and burn incense. It’s our little ritual to get the day started as we go over tasks for the day and what we wish to accomplish. While also sharing gratitude for them being with me another day and for all their love and support. I try to make our morning conversations as special as possible.
