This very small, very angular 1970 home in Gleneden Beach, Oregon is called The Hippie House. 2bds, 2ba, $799K.
Look at all the angles! All sorts of levels, stairs and nooks. Looks like there's a full size bed in that box, but it narrows at the head. Love the rusty fireplace.
Cool kitchen. Look at the metal backsplash. I wonder if the hole behind the cooktop is an exhaust, or just art. The round holes in the cabinet doors- maybe you can just reach in and grab stuff? There's a nice view of the ocean from the table.
There's also an outer door, and the kitchen is up in a loft.
Nice family room is big enough to fit an organ or piano. Plus, it has a nice window seat.
This bath has a nice stained glass window, but it looks like they banged up the lining of the tub themselves. Looks a little sharp, too.
I'm guessing that this is a ladder to a sleep loft.
So, this property is right near the water and basically on a golf course. The lot measures .43 acre.

page 538 - wouldn't a place in the mountains be nice? Not to remove myself from society. I hate being removed from society. Just a place to go and meditate on things. Capitalism. Think about what it is, how it hurts the planet and people, and maybe how it can be changed. Or burned to the ground, depending.
And an extra quonset hut for friends.

I'm back from my hibernation and have re-opened my etsy shop! I still have some calendars left, so I'm running a little sale to celebrate the New Year.
This one is for July 🌻

Thanks to Ingek73 for sending this quirky little 1904 home, the smallest house in Nijmegen, The Netherlands, and the surrounding area! It looks like it was a store and the building has a unique triangular shape. It has 1bd, `ba, €285K / $305K.
Step into a cozy living room with a pretty staircase to the upper floor.
There's area for a dining table, and a corner cabinet or even a wood stove.
The wall separating the kitchen has 2 shelves- what a great idea.
The tiny triangular kitchen packs a lot in a small space, including a washer/dryer.
Under the stairs a pocket door opens to a triangular shower room.
Up the stairs is the bedroom. The ceiling is great, love the wood, and there's room for a desk area.
It's pretty spacious, yet cozy up here.
What a sweet little comfortable home.
