a/n. thank u sm, it means a lot to me!! sorry you had to wait for so long, hopefully you’ll like it!! :D

everyone was chilling in the garden at changbin’s parents’ house, the man himself frying the meat along with minho’s help. hyunjin and jeongin are playing a volleyball match against felix and chan. seungmin is mere moments from falling asleep next to han, who’s sipping on his iced tea.

it’s almost perfect. there’s just one thing missing.

you.

han let out yet another dramatic sigh, about 10th in the period of one hour time. seungmin grunted, still sadly awake.

“we know you miss y/n, get over it. it’s not like you broke up” he snarled, putting a pillow over his head.

right.

you’re away just on a trip with your friends. it’s just a three day trip to just another city. just without him and just to have some fun.

but god, he misses you so much. the house feels empty, there’s no sound of your sweet honey-alike laughter. your shoes and clothes are in one place, not messily thrown all around like always. when he comes home the silence greets him pathetically while his heart aches because of the lack of his welcome kiss. he’s basically sleepless, unable to rest without you next to him.

phone calls and video chats aren’t enough, han thinks he’ll explode and go berserk if he doesn’t hug you any time soon.

is this normal—?

“ta–da! the meat is done! i’ll go grab some kimchi from kitchen” changbin’s excited yelp makes han snap back into reality.

you’d love it here. you’d love the food, the vibe. he could picture you playing volleyball with the guys, whining that they’re cheating and eventually falling asleep between him and seungmin. only after helping to prepare the meal though…

“–han? oh my god. we lost him, guys” felix chuckled, sitting down. minho snapped his fingers in front of han’s face, a sheepish smile when he looked up at him confused.

“you’re such a… dramatic simp. she’s been away for only two days, dude. and! you’ve been talking like, non-stop. give her a rest” hyunjin chuckled, smiling boyishly. han murmured something incoherent about hyunjin being single and not knowing how it feels like when chan added:

“i never knew that side of you. well, maybe that explains why y/n always accompanied us on yours…”

changbin returned with kimchi and placed it down next to the still sizzling meat.

“he’d die” jeongin quickly summarised “you’re such a love-sick puppy”

“‘m not!” he whined and almost threw himself over the edge when his phone dinged with a message notification.

face lighting up, fingers swiping… only to see a text from minho. ‘lol’.

he glared up at him, causing all of them to burst out laughing.

“ha, ha. very funny. can’t a man just simply miss his gorgeous, beautiful and breathtaking girlfriend who he is madly i love with?” jisung frowned and his phone dinged again. this time it was you.

letting out a loud gasp he swiped just to see a cute picture of you. you were resting your chin in the palm of your hand, the other holding down a colourful drink. the sun shone prettily on the picture but your smile… your smile outshined it.

seungmin leaned forward to peek through his shoulder and smiled softly.

“my pretty y/nnie…” han cooed and saved the picture, fingers typing with the speed of light to tell you some compliments and yet again, to announce how much he missed you.

the others scoffed, starting to dig in the food. changbin’s mom arrived, holding a tray with iced teas for them.

han put his phone down, done for now. you said you’re having dinner too so he thought he won’t disturb you. letting out a deep sigh, he noticed changbin mom’s gaze on him.

“where’s that pretty girl of yours?” she asked suddenly, looking around “i thought she’s coming too?”

“well she’s on a trip with her friends…” han murmured, a pout forming in his lips.

“awh, it’s a shame. i was looking forward to see her again” changbin-mama shook her head.

“me too, mrs seo. me too” jisung sighed and plopped even more onto the couch, sprawling on it.

the woman giggled and patted his head before going back into the house to pack some kimchi for you.

like chan has hannah and lucas, changbin's older sister, han's older brother, felix's sisters racheal and olivia, seungmin's older sister and jeongin and his two brothers

but then it would leave out lee know and hyunjin

tbh you just clicked the moment you met and chan knew he’s screwed

because she dragged you to her room and you barely left it because YOU WERE GOSSIPING WITH HER

she told you his embarrassing childhood stories and you swore they almost got into a fight over you (#siblingthings)

but he caught you two filming some tiktoks and his heart melted

like okay she’s his younger sister of course she’s a pain in the ass but he was relieved to see that you’re getting along well

maybe a little too well, even

and hannah likes you to this point that she threatened him that if you ever break up she’s blocking him everywhere??

and when it comes to lucas idrk him

but i feel like he’d get along with you well too

bc you know, to tease his brother as well teehee

he doesn’t have siblings but he has cats 🙏

and he was kind of anxious if they’re going to like you bc then he’d be torn who to choose… you… or cats…

so when you first step into his parents place and dori, soonie and doongie sprinted towards him, he’s frozen

they are slowly sniffing you too, you’re looking at him frightened

then they just go to kitchen bc they’re hungry lol 😭

but once the oldest sniffs you and even sits on your lap, the others accept you as a part of their lil family

and minho is just standing there, heart jumping out of his chest and he’s this close 🤏 from running to grab a camera

bc he’s just so in love :(

however you stumbled upon some relationship problems with soonie 💔

worry not! minho is here to get you two on friendly terms again💪

will show you where are his fav petting spots and will even let you feed him extra feeds

he wants you to be friends again, okay? he can bend some feeding rules for such critical situations

spoiler alert: you are on good terms with soonie after this (minho teases that it’s the extra snacks but deep down he believes that soonie knows how important you are to him)

he’s scared 1) if he’s gonna like you 2) if you’re going to like him 3) if he’s not gonna act weird

and well, honestly speaking your beginnings weren’t too… joyful

it was awkward as hell

han wanted to run away

but then you were like “uh so i heard you were the reason why han stopped believing in santa–?”

and boom

suddenly you know more about jisung thank you thought you did

for example (now hold your breath i am being dead serious) you got to see with your own eyes. one of the last evidence. relicts even. that han jisung is not, in fact, an alien that spawned at the age of 13.

mhm, that’s right.

his brother had a picture of baby han and you just laughed your ass off because how silly he looked

and han, who was standing literally next to you, was just 🧍‍♀️

anyways jisung kind of regretted introducing you to him anyways

felix honestly knew that his sisters will like you. duh, love you

so it was just a matter of meeting them

but he did not expect them to just… kind of act like you knew each other since birth

(the truth was olivia reached to you through tiktok and then created a gc with you and rachel… like three years before you actually met in australia)

(AND felix did not know shit about it)

so you can just imagine how flabbergasted he was when the girls saw you and literally flew to hug you

“olivia, rachel this is–“

“we know, now go away we have an urgent matter to discuss” his younger sister shooed him away, leaving felix speechless as you giggled and waved at him

mans didn’t see you for DAYS like :”) they kinda kidnapped you and you spent time with them and lemme tell you… it was so fun 😭

“i’m kinda jealous… give me y/n back?!” felix laughed once, grabbing your left wrist

“no, she’s ours!! 🥹” rachel huffed grabbing your right wrist

tbh he doesn’t care?? like he’s aware that some people tend to like each other, some not

so it would be natural if you didn’t get along with his sis, he’d understand that

but - unfortunately for him - you did get along

okay it was a bit awkward at first

she’s like “what’s your interest in my brother 😐”

and while you’re SWEATING trying to explain you’re his gf and just madly in love and just simply explaining how you have no bad intentions

seungmin is loving it, laughing his ass off

bug then suddenly his sister is like

oh how the turn tables, now you’re the one laughing

his sister would be really kind and love to hang out with you

also his sis would demand random selfies of you two and then send one of her back, it became your little habit

she’ll sometimes still act cold to keep her “older sis” posture but she really has a soft spot for you

prepare for chaos because they are SO hyped he has a gf

and it’s their goal to embarrass the shit out of him

so jeongin brings you to a family dinner, it’s all fun until his younger brother offers you go on a walk with them

the second his parents aren’t in sight anymore, they bombard you with questions and fun facts abt him

“he snores so loudly doesn’t he?” “did you know he leaves his dirty clothes on the floor? like all the time?” “i bet he picks his nose when you don’t look–“

ans jeongin is just jumping at them like!??!

but you reassure them he’s actually not that bad 🙄

and later on when you come back from the walk, you’re playing mario kart and just having fun time

and your boyfriend just sits there like 😄 because he’s so happy they liked you

and oh boy, they treat you like you’re their BRO

that pisses him off a bit like 🙄

“have some respect for my gf” “she’s literally one of us what do you mean”

and you’re just there, having an all nighter with all of them while having games

they feel comfortable with you and that’s what makes jeongin forgive the…. uncultured behaviour… 👍
