You can't do that with AI!

In my dreams, I imagine near perfect pictures and sounds that can never and will never be matched unless you were somehow just rich and powerful enough to order them be made into existence. It's for that reason that I fully understand the tinker-tinks behind AI technology fiddling with vocals to make something new, as we all do with video and audio mixing, but a) that doesn't make it ethical, and b) it still doesn't compare to perfect visions and whispers of ideas that exist only in our head if you're given a prompt---

for example, in my dream I was watching Katy Towell's The Little Girl who was Forgotten by Absolutely Everyone short

but instead of Tim Jones narrating it was being voice acted by Mathew Rhys, the voice of Emperor Belos from The Owl House.

No offense to Tim, he's still great, but holy moly Emperor Belos narrating Children r Skary was a matchmade in spooky heaven and one of the few good things I've ever dreamed about.

Looked at more (almost all of them) of your ocs, so cute. They are adorable.

So cool, love the horns/antlers? And colourful hair, sea horses are cool.

This lil one is adorable, and very fascinating :3 love the hair, look like bunny ears which is so awwwwwwww.

Now my favourite quill, I love him so much, so freaking sweet and cute, chimeras are so cool and I have to know a few things.

1. does he like dressing up?

2. if he does what about dog costumes?

3. is it offensive that I want to put him into several dog outfits since he’s a chimera?

Aww, you found little Val :3 I believe he is my newest closed species character (an original species created by another online creator that has given me permission to make a character in this species ^V^) I had a fun time designing him for sure :D bunny ears and all :3

Heck yeah, more love for Quill :D!! He is not usually one who gets a lot of attention so I am glad to see he caught your eye ^V^

Quill haven't done a lot of dress up but like most else in live he is very happy and eager to try :3

Same as before - he is a happy boy who'd be open to try anything else dog costumes

Oh these are cute :3 although I hope that Phoenix are allowed to make little adjustments for their friend since otherwise I fear Quill's secondary set of arms would feel very cramped in these :'D

Depending on how much you've read already these might already be something you know :'D

Quill is part fruitbat, part deer, part dog, part praying mantis, part bird (could be a parrot given his ability to learn words) and possibly part snake.

Quill hasn't learned to speak in full sentences so he communicates with single words like "hi", "road" (his way of asking to go for a walk), and "bed" (his way of saying goodnight).

Quill has learned to weave with his secondary pair of arms (I call them his mantis arms).

Quill learns new words through echolalia which in short is that he echoes a word you say to him in the same tonality back at you (it is often seen with autistic people).

While Quill can speak a few words his vocal chords are actually better suited for high pitched bird like sounds so he is often found echoing bird twitter/song.

Oh no his story isn't that tragic :'D Quill was bred in captivity to be a housepet. Phoenix found Quill at a parisian adoption center where the little guy had been given up since nobody had wanted to adopt him from the breeder. Phoenix themselves being a chimera chose to adopt Quill as a sort of son. Quill is often seen helping Phoenix carry around their arrows (Phoenix are an archer amongst other things) - actually this is how Quill got his name. :3

disclaimers: dates are a gregorian calendar equivalent of the actual celebration. most people no longer celebrate due to the sharp decline in followers, so this description reflects what would be done when the majority of people believed in the gods.

the four religious holidays that i'm talking about today are related to the four gods (skari, aenged, thilda, eltenjer) and their yearly peaks!! if you want more specifics on the gods and their domains, that info is in the reintro :D

all the main religious holidays begin with "Hyet saa", pronounced "yet zah" and mean "day of". so we have:

Hyet saa Skari, 21 june, peak of the fire god, celebration of people around you, more info here

Hyet saa Aenged, 21 september, peak of the air god (i should clarify that they use they/them), celebration of those you may not know so well (really excited to celebrate this one on tumblr alskdjfk)

Foundation Sound presents the

NEW: Foundation Sound presents the "Soon Come" riddim. It features songs from UK artist Kelvin Judah and Jamaican singer Skari, both available on 7 inch vinyl and digital download/streaming. The riddim and production style was inspired by the lesser known reggae sub genre 'African Love Dub'; a mix of roots reggae, dub and lovers rock styles that surfaced in the UK in the 1980s. Written by Kelvin Judah, produced by Sam King and Kelvin Judah and mixed by Ed Foundation. this project has brought together different players of instruments and singers. Nikki Burt (recorded at Tads Studio Jamaica) sings backing vocals, Gavin Sant from the Dubheart band plays drums, Jahmel Ellison of the Rasites plays bass, Ronnie Francis features on piano, Patrick Tenyue on trumpet and producer Sam King plays guitar and organ.
