Rotating a potential conversation between Ed and Izzy in my head. . . it goes with a fic that I’m probably never gonna get around to writing but.

After Everything, someone has the ‘you’re in love with Ed’ conversation with Izzy and he gets upset because he knows there’s no chance at all now (in his mind at least, we steddy our hands here gdi) but he’s been working on the whole ‘talk it through’ thing and. He has to know. So he goes to Ed while Stede and the crew are doing storytime and asks:

‘Did you know?’

‘Know what Iz? Gotta be more specific’ (he does know what Izzy’s asking he just doesn’t want this conversation/wants to put it off)

‘Did you know that I was in love with you?’

'. . .’

‘. . . Ed-’

‘“Was”?’

‘. . . Fuck you, Edward.’

And this leads into the fic idea I’ve got where Izzy leaves and kinda pulls a Davy Jones a la Pirates of the Caribbean, cuts out his own heart because the love hurts too much, only it gets a happy ending cause I can’t handle sad endings lmfao. Not only are the hands steddied but they’re stacked :3c, which is all I’ll say cause I do wanna try and write this (if I decide I can’t win the 1 v 1 with my executive dysfunction I’ll tell yall how it was gonna go tho, I have a really cool oc for this lmao).

I found this back from a year ago and since it still looks ok, here's another one of my fe3h ocs (and perhaps my favorite): Loki Blaiddyd von Hresvelg !

As the name indicates, he's related to both the Hresvelg and Blaiddyd families, though he is actually the son of Lambert and Patricia and possesses a crest of Blaiddyd. During the tragedy of Duscur, he was in his mother's carriage and got abducted by TWSITD: but instead of outright killing the kid, they decided to raise him as one of their own, as to have a royal replacement with a semblance of legitimacy in case Edelgard turned against them too soon and they had to get rid of her. However, even though he was forced to do terrible things at the hands of TWSITD from a very young age and was essentially brainwashed by them, he never forgot his older brother, and deeply wished to be reunited with him. During his eight/nine years amidst their ranks, he basically became a child soldier, as well as good at magic: however, he also suffered a major injury under mysterious circumstances which left his right arm badly burnt. As a result, TWSITD came up with an artificial relic, his glove, which channels the power of his Crest and boosts his magical attacks instead of his physical ones- his favorite spell being an altered version of dark spikes.

A little after the start of the war, Edelgard manages to learn about her little brother's existence and reveals to him the manipulation he's been subjected to his whole life. Though still in the clutches of TWSITD, who he now really wants to see dead, he sides with his newfound family (Edelgard and the other Hresvelg siblings), never giving up the hope to see his older brother Dimitri again- and trying very hard to prevent him and Edelgard from killing each other. Along the way, he learns again what it is like to just be a kid-and to be a sibling.

He's really distrusting of adults and other people in general and is sarcastic af, but he's also really sweet and caring towards those he trusts-and also a massive sucker for hugs.

I'll probs get into more details later but here's a quick rundown ! =D

📃 for Nora's future? Or events after the game's storyline?

I talked a little bit about this in this post here, but I've been kicking around the idea that Nora gets a horse and goes west with Shaun to see if any of her family or their descendants are still around. Nora's from Arizona originally and had family there and in Oklahoma. She winds up in New Vegas and joins the Followers of the Apocalypse, focusing on sharing her gardening skills, what she picked up keeping Sanctuary together, and some hydroponics knowledge from Vault 81/the Institute.

Fun fact: my courier six Ace is actually descended from the part of Nora's family that stayed in Oklahoma after the war. They grew up on what used to be Nora's grandmother's farm. I think Nora and Ace would get along well, but I don't think they'd ever figure out they were related since Ace has amnesia and isn't very concerned with digging into their past.

Of course, this is all dependent on whether Nora ever comes back to the Commonwealth after the events of Far Harbor. That I think is something I'm just going to have to figure out when I write it.

As a bonus: I have a tentative third fic planned that takes place after the main storyline and Far Harbor that is centered around dealing with what remains of the Institute and Brotherhood of Steel. I don't have many details for it yet, and sharing too much spoils the ending of the first fic, but hopefully as I write more it will come together.

There's a certain CCCC summary video that we really, really like. We think it is a great video for people if they want to grasp the story more clearly, if they're confused, or if they're listening to the album for the first time.

That video being Chonny Jash and the Weight of the Mind on Youtube by W3tBl@nk3t. We think they cover it really well.

However, I'm sharing this for a different reason; they say few certain things that really struck with us until now, that I'd like to share with the fandom. Sometimes, we see people really just.. Miss the point of CCCC entirely, and I'd like to shine a light on what was said here. If you'd like to hear this for yourself on video, the timestamp is 35:57-36:45.

The side of you that just wants to slow down and feel everything even to the unhealthy extent of not being able to do anything else(1), but also the side of you that so desperately wants you to get over it(2).

Sure, laying in bed all day every day to rot isn't healthy, but neither is boiling things down and invalidating your own emotions. Both are paths to inevitable disaster, and that's what Chonny is doing here. Keep in mind that the idea behind this album is being whole, and that means neither of these sides are entirely in the right or the wrong; this album is about inner compromise and acceptance(3).”

1.) The side of you that suffers; Heart. He is representative of Whole's emotions, he holds them. Your emotions can go haywire, especially when one's mentally ill and has no way of their feelings being validated. An emotional person like Heart suffers under the weight of crushing, devastating feelings. He wants to feel things out, have time to just process everything, even if it takes them days or weeks to get over it. It's not healthy, but feeling is what he does, and he wants to help because he knows he has importance. Solely focusing on just your emotions isn't the best thing to do, however.

2.) The side of you that so desperately wants you to get over it; Mind. Many people have been there, have wanted themselves to stop wallowing in their own emotions and just do something else, even to the point where you think feeling things out is unnecessary. This is also unhealthy, but not intentionally. Like Heart, Mind just wants to help, everything he does is in best interest. This is what he thinks will get them to move on the quickest; to leave behind emotions and focus on anything BUT that. Also not the best thing to do.

3.) This album is about inner compromise and acceptance; About being whole. Neither of Heart and Mind are right nor wrong. They have their own ways of doing things, of what they think will help their whole self out the most, but both are unhealthy despite the good intentions. They fight over who's wrong or right, when they shouldn't even be doing so in the first place. It's your thoughts against your emotions, basically; your feelings contradict your thoughts, and it leads to an inner war of sorts. This won't make things better, which is why you can't have Mind over Heart or vice versa; you'll need both of them. In the album, they are only able to be whole when they get along. They harmonize, they 'combine', they see eye to eye with each other and work together instead of fighting over and over. Inner compromise is achieved with this, and acceptance can lead them away from any disaster that there's to come.

What we're trying to say is that mental health is a large thing tackled within CCCC, and yet we see a lot of people who overlook it; thus, end up missing the point of the whole album. We see a lot of people believe Mind's perspective a little too much and treat Heart quite harshly, or the other way where people demonize Mind and say that Heart is perfect, when it's not really that in the slightest.

This is not a hate post towards people's interpretations of CCCC or how they view characters, I'm just saying that people can tend to overlook what's in the very narrative, and we see a concerning amount of people do such.

Character relations/opinions!

Alright before I post any more Battle Addict stuff I should probably explain what a League Council is. Here's a summarized diagram:

A Pokemon League is a region's network of specialized skilled trainers. It is run by the League Council, which includes finance, HR, marketing, PR, and other managing departments which are divided into different branches depending on who they work with.

This is all to say that everything gets messy very quickly when news of the diagnosis spreads through the network. Originally the diagnosis was supposed to be private information for only the Battle and League departments, however certain higher ups felt it was a safety risk and notified gym leaders as well in the event of future collaborations.

The network is mostly divided into people who are positive/neutral about the news, and people who feel negatively about the twins as a result. Coworkers who were already familiar/close with the two tend to be positive, or at least supportive, whereas those who didn't know them got another reason to avoid them. Some people think they should go on leave for "recovery", but some are more forward and want them terminated.

If you're wondering where Cynthia falls in this, she's a foreign top league worker (Sinnoh Champion) who is hosted in Unova. Basically she has dept. employees assigned to help her connect to people around the region and get different services if requested. She's basically watching everything unfold from the sidelines, with every interview about her opinion boiling down to "lol if you're scared of people stronger than you then get good". She does also bring up historic accounts of CM/HCCM though, mostly to clarify that CM is not a new or scary thing. She's not for or against the twins, rather just hoping to use this as an opportunity to teach others.

I didn't end up drawing her because I got tired but Elesa got the news too!! She actually got it before everyone else since the twins decided to go tell her beforehand. The general scene basically had Ingo and Emmet deliberating in the car, Ingo telling Emmet it's not too late to turn around and go home while Emmet was hesitant but adamant that they needed to tell her first. She probably took it the worst out of everyone but that's mostly just cause it caught her off guard that her friends would just randomly drop in to deliver the news. She's still rooting for them though, mostly trying to support the Subway with more collaborative events to make the twins look better after the hit from the media. She also tries to rework Emmet's restraints where possible, usually trying to make them look more cohesive with the rest of an outfit or trying to make them less visible (cause as much as Emmet says it's not a big deal it's still the first thing he looks at in his reflection).
