WINDENBURG 2024 ... A HUGE REDUX & UPDATE :)

Here we are ... After 2 weeks of intensive work :D comes the release of Windenburg 2024, 4 years after the first update and 8 years after the first release ... A long time due bold update where we tried to enhance one of the most iconic sims 4 World ...

We made a lot of work on urban stuff ( mainly ) and tried to enhance everything we could, except the ruins which are a work apart ;)

We enhanced the grounds ( streets, pavements ), the walls, some colors of the soils, the rocks, the textures, and even the fake buildings and houses :D

We made too some modifications such as the kakemono ( we made newer simlish pictures ), the streetlights ( we removed the stupid little posters in order to get cooler street lamps ), we added some textures to the plastic/glossy sculptures, we corrected basic textures we didn't make last time, we made an overhaul brighter aspect, we worked on many details all around when it was possible ...

Even where the textures were already ok, we revised the whole stuff ... Well you'll see ;)

We divided this Windenburg ( Get Together ) update in 5 files :

Beyond the k-505 terrains, there is too an update of the k-101 and one or two important files we put in the k-303 Multifix mod ...

There are an important k-303 file in order to get all the textures in the right place ... a kinda "bizarre" element which doesn't appear without this :/ but do not worry, it's nothing embarrassing for your game ;)

WIP

Another one work in progress. But this time it's gonna be something bigger than just lot. I hardly ever play with horses, but I love to photograph them and create stories. It is often necessary to create separate lots for good pics. But they often look out of place in the empty environment of the game. So I plan a small solution to this problem.

As always, I cannot do without mods, but this time there will be very few of them.

You Are My World Sims 4 Challenge

Welcome to the You Are My World Sims 4 Challenge!

The goal of this challenge is to create your own world in the Sims 4 starting with no money! This challenge does require the City Living Expansion pack, but I have a base game substitute listed for the City Living requirement so all simmers can play! I am unsure if a challenge like this already exists, so if there is a challenge like it I DO NOT take claims that this is the first of its kind! This challenge does use some rules from the Rags to Riches challenge! I hope you enjoy this challenge, if you do it please use the hashtag #madiplays4 so I can see it :)

General Rules -

Start as a Young Adult and have no money (cheat “money 0”)

Bulldoze every lot in the world you decide to live in and start on any empty lot

Must reach level 10 in the politician career and join the politician branch (City Living)

For base game join the business career and reach level 10 in the investor branch

Play on either normal or long lifespan (I recommend playing on long lifespan for more gameplay and time for building lots)

You do not have to finish this in one generation! The oldest heir of every gen will “take over” and they must join the same career as their parents and reach level 10 of the same branch

The only cheat aloud is the “money 0” in the beginning! Afterwards, no cheats or mods are allowed to help with things like money, skills, careers, and builds.

Your sims can only be aged up on their birthday

Lot traits are allowed for any lots

If you have the university pack, you can not take your starter sim to university! After heirs can go to University to get a head start on their career but it is not required.

The challenge is technically finished once all lots in your world have a functional build!

Build Rules -

Your builds can be made by you. If you are not much of a build person, pick a lot off the gallery that is in your budget and place it into your world.

For worlds with 7 or less lots, you must have at least 1 non residential/rental lot for sims to go to. For worlds with 8 or more lots, the world must have at least 2 non residential/rental lots.

All build must at least be 10 x 6 unless you are building a tiny home

Townie Rules -

You can either make your own townies or pick sims off the gallery.

For worlds with 7 or less lots, you must have at least 5 townies. For worlds with 8 or more lots, you must have at least 10 townies.

World Rules -

You can do this challenge on any world you would like to!

The world is yours to design! You can create a kingdom, town, city, or whatever type of world your heart desires.

|Domus Familiars, Brindleton Bay|

House structure located in Brindleton Bay. Domus Familiars was originally a two bedroom, two bath house. I updated the house to be a three bedroom house with two baths, an office, and a fantastic pool and hot tub area in the yard.

K-202 GROUNDY MOD MAJOR UPDATE 2023

Hello everyone :)

As the last expansion is out for around a week now, we have updated from the ground the k-202 Groundy Mod ...

Maxis made some real changes inside its painting terrains since 2022 and an update was a long time due ! That's why we called it a Major Update :)

missing base ones have been added AND updated

the Get Famous terrains have been removed by Maxis so we did

the Cottage Living ones are completed

the only one terrain paint from Wedding World has been added

the Chestnut Ridge ones have been added

Most of them are Maxis match but a few are really different :) Everything has been updated until for Rent Expansion but Tomarang has no terrain paint ...

The ones which have terrain paints are : Willow Creek and Oasis Spring ( base game ) - Granite Falls - Windenburg - Evergreen Harbour - Sulani - Chestnut Ridge - Tartosa - Henford-on-Bagley

For those who do not know what is the k-202 Groundy Mod, they are terrain paints, the ones used by Maxis for the terrains you may modify AND all your inside lot terrains :) They are different from the k-505 terrains ( which cover the worlds ) ... And speaking about the k-505 : WE MADE A SILENT UPDATE OF THE K-505 BASEGAME ONLY IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE DUPLICATES AND TO BE FULL OK WITH THIS K-202 UPDATE !

ALL THE K-202 FILES OVERRIDE THE GAME FILES AND WORK VERY FINE IN-GAME …

These updates are our last updates before the new year. But rendez-vous before Xmas for a k-hippie talk & news related to the Sims 4 :)

For everything related to our Sims 3 Worlds, we know we are a bit late but do not worry : THERE WILL BE UPDATES for Lost Cove, Oaksoak Hollow and Eureka Valley :) and a new World incoming : Shetland Harbour !

Je me suis inspiré de la carte qu'on peut voir dans un tableau du pack Université. Del Sol Valley Home Of The Most Glamorous Celebrities And Even The Struggling Upcoming Ones. A Place Where Everyone Is Fighting To Get The Public’s Eyes Everyone Wants To Be Famous For Their Own Reasons Whether It’s Selfish Or Selfless.

Sulani The Most Tropical World, There Is Sims Can Go Here To Unwind And Spend Their Vacation Days. The Locals Are Very Welcoming, They Welcome Everybody With A Smile. They Have The Most Beautiful Beaches And Airbnb. Theres A Huge Spa And Resort Hotel That Welcomes Tourist, In The Far Right, And They Even Host Wedding Ceremony, For Those Would Have A Beach Wedding. There Is One Side Of The Island That No One Visit Legends Said It Use To Belong To The Merewolks. However No One Have Seen Them Before, Rumor Is They No Longer Come On Land.

Meanwhile In Strangerville, The Name Gave It A Way, A Small Town That People Don’t Visit Much. The Only Time They Have People Is When They Are Making A Trip And Something Happen Making Them Have To Stop To Stay A Night At The Motel. The Few People Who Live In The Small Town Are Very Religious, The Outcast Of This Town Are Kicked Out Front The Neighbourhood And Into The Trailer Park… There Is Something Sinister And Extraterrestrial Happening That Some Locals Don’t Know About And The Rest Who Tries To Hide It.

Henford, Which Was Once Filled With Cottages And Farms Have Now Evolved To A Modern Style With Farmhouses, There Aren’t Many Farmers Around, Though Some People Still Plant Their Crops And Have A Few Animals. The Only Farm Available Is The Olde Mille Ranch And Farm, The Family Of The Lot Has Passed Down The Farm For Generations, It Consist Of A Ranch And Farm In One. Hey Hold Animals Including Horses And They Grow Crops. This World Is Very Secluded Tho They Welcome Visitors As They Have An Airbnb For Those Who Want A Getaway From Their Life, Including A Beautiful hotel, That Can House Many.

Evergreen Harbour (IGNORE THE BROWN ECO THINGY RN I NEED TO CHEAT IT THE BLANK SAVE WASNT THE GREEN ONE😐) The Locals Who Reside Here A Heavy On Sustainability And Keeping Their Environment Clean. In This World If You Litter You Can Be Fined, If You Leave Your DOG SHIT ON THE FUCKING GROUND You Will Be Fined😐 They Take Care Of Their Town And Almost Everyone Who Lives There Are Vegan Or Vegetarians They Believe In Having A Healthy Body And A Healthy Town Everything From Their Town Is Organic And Healthy, They Get Their Produce For The Supermarket From Henford.

Mt. Komorebi, A Beautiful Town Known For It’s Food And Culture. Tourist Would Often Visit For Their Activities And Food. Though It Is Quite Expensive The Locals Reside Here Are Quite Friendly, Their Town Is Filled With Amenities And Stores That Tourist Can Explore, Including A Red Light District That Is Opened During The Night.
