I wanted to recreate the botanical gardens in Tomarang because although it was pretty, there wasn't really anything to do there so on this renovation I added a community garden, a special place for the spirit house, a place to grill and eat and a market area :)

Lunch Park

I have built a small lunch park. It invites your Sims to spend their lunch break with pizza or waffles. There is also a small park to stretch your feet or enjoy nature before going back to work. The lot is a gift for all my patreons. No matter what membership level.

Modern Zoo

I am so proud of this build and im very excited to share it with you guys! It was very hard to capture all the detail and areas in so few pictures, but i did my best. Have fun adventuring this build in your games:)

Also never ever has a build taken me this long to do lol, it took two whole weeks of work but i had so much fun!

The zoo has a big entrance area with two info/ticket booths and a little office area, in the same building there is a two story gift shop!

Next to it is a small keepers hut for food preparation and animal care!

In total there are 4 big animal enclosures, 2 bird cages, an aquarium building and a pop up show and tell on bugs and frogs for kids!

There is also a cafe with seating area, and two playground areas for children to play at!

The park also has two toilets, and overall has a lot of detail and decorations, and I really hope you guys like it:)

Library in a Gothic castle. If you like reading, you'll be pleased to find many cozy corners here as well as comfortable desks to discuss books with your friends. You'll shouldn't worry about children, there are kids room, filled with any hobby stuff especially for them. I really wanted to make a swimming pool for Moonwood Mill (since I haven’t seen one yet) but making an outdoor swimming hole was super fun too. There’s a pool for toddlers as well, and a place for a picnic or bbq once you’re done swimming
