ok so i decided to do this little silly project thing

inspired by @couldtheycatchkira and this poll and the general power scaling bullshit. Can your blorbo beat the sayan popstar? Probably, but it is not my place to decide. This blog is just for fun, I dont like unironic powerscalings and stuff.

I will edit this post as the list goes on (i hope it does, at least) let the great fight begin!

Also I should probably mention the fact that I have never watched, read or consumed in any way any Dragon Ball anime, manga or affiliated media.

RULES: no real people please (this includes characters heavily linked to real people and characters obviously based on real people) no characters from sketchy places, please let's keep the controversy to a minimum. 1. A nick name of mine

At work my team's director refers to me by my initials and he ALWAYS says it with enthusiasm and a genuine a smile. Like he physically can't say it without the smile.

Meeting my energy. Am I being silly with you? Get on the silly boat and let's fucking giggle until it turns into something more. Am I clearly in a let's just exist and mostly ignore each other mode because I need a break from interaction? Let's do our own things in the house or room, just vibe.

I'm not very good at favorites, so how about instead I tell you the books that kickstarted my bookworm identity at age 9/10? Dragonriders of Pern and the Xanth series (deeply problematic but so it goes, it was the 90s). Then I ate up all the fantasy and sci-fi of that era.

Again, suck a favorites, but I'll almost never say no to The Emperor's New Groove or Shrek or The Proposal (come on, the forest scene with Betty White and Sandra Bullock alone makes that movie great)

For someone with depth perception issues, I'm ODDLY good at judging whether something will fit somewhere or eyeballing if there's enough material for the task at hand.

The Impression Games decided to widen their opus to other great civilizations. Thanks to that Impression Games pearl, millions of sim fans were able to go back in time to ancient Rome and re-live its glory, if only for a few days. Whether constructing tombs in the Valley of the Kings or building the Lighthouse of Alexandria, battling Octavian or plagues, or simply beautifying and establishing a solid kingdom, Cleopatra: Queen of the Nile - Official Pharaoh Expansion offers you the chance to relive and recreate history in the land of the Pharaohs.Ĭaesar III proved that ancient-days God-Sim's could be very interesting, even in the age of super-accelerated 3D FPS games. But every new mission is a step into frustration until I close it and it sits there, gathering dust, until I try it again, from the beginning and realize it annoys me. Oh, and, build me 2 pyramids and a mastaba and 3 other stuff that take up all the good land. As it progresses and you get access to new resources and new problems, the game insists in giving you missions that make you build on a small map, broken in 5 islands, poor inundation, angry gods, military attacks and poorly behaved citizens. It starts off with huge open spaces, plenty of room to design cities, raise economy, anything you want, but you lack tech. Despite these complaints it's still a really fun game that I play from time to time. The combat also lacks any tactical flexibility and it's just a matter of spamming as many troops as possible. This limits your city design and you can't build or set roadblocks up in certain layouts. If these randomly-directed walkers fail, the work place shuts down. For example, work places send out "walkers" to recruit workers on a regular basis. It's definitely one of my favourite city-building sims set in a time and place that I am fascinated with, but game-play-wise there are some tweaks that could have been implemented. Not for lack of trying there are just so many missions and they take so long to complete that for whatever reason I lose my save files (hard drive failure etc). Not for lack of trying there are just so many missions I have been playing this game since it first came out, but I have never finished it. Pharaoh Amasis

Amasis, also known as Ahmose II, was the Pharaoh of ancient Egypt in the 26th Dynasty (reigned 570-526 BC, Late Period). He was a general who seized the throne during a revolt against King Apries. The account of the 5th Century Greek historian Herodotus reveals Amasis as a shrewd and opportunistic ruler who, while promoting Greek trade with Egypt, strictly regulated it. This granite bust, dating from the 6th Century BC, is housed in the Archaeological Museum of Florence, Italy.

I made this bust from a free 3D model I found on the Internet. I reduced significantly the number of faces, built an UV map, normal map and textures.
