I've finally finished my world for The Sims 3! I spent over a year working on this small but detailed world, from building all of the lots, to populating it with iconic Sims that you'll recognise 👀

"The first world created by me.The town is used as a holiday world, in this case as a ski resort, thanks to the "Traveler" mod.This world is located on the middle map and has only 8 public areas:Airport(used as a base camp),Christmas Fair,Sauna with swimming pool and massage table,nightclub,Plot for going to the "mountains")) where a mountain for climbing is used fromһttps://aroundthesims3. com/ and a hotel with a mesmerising view from the panoramic windows on the snowy mountain peaks.There is also an opportunity to buy a cottage in the property.Airport I downloaded from https://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims3-lots-community/title/coolestpcdfan-international-airport/id/950360/ but slightly modified it.Also in the town is used ski set //aroundthesims3.com// and many other additional materials from the wonderful authors.The world is at the testing stage.

Welcome to Scandicordia, the second “Sims 3 Discord World” 💕
I build a scandinavian world for all Sims 3 players to enjoy the christmas holidays 🎄

The small town of Phantom Rock that I'm currently working on. The idea is to build a slightly cartoonish city with a gothic aesthetic that remains modern.
Sometimes I want to create a little crazy supernatural characters and I'd like to have a neighborhood that matches them (when I put them in other neighborhoods, I think they look weird there)
In the screenshots you can see the different stages of creating Phantom Rock. I haven't decided on the location of the buildings yet, so they are different everywhere. But I found a great place for a castle (actually 3 great places оn the first scrin)

New World for TS3: Welcome to Älskar

Hi simmers!
First, I want to say that this is quite an important journey for me, because after years I have dared to use the CAW tool, and im happy with the results. Please, keep in mind that it is still under development.
Aurora Skies is one of my favorite TS3 store worlds and has a lot of potential, so I decided to make a world based on a fictional island, named Älskar (which means "to love" in Swedish). The idea came to me when I returned back from the arctic, specifically Tromsø, where I went to see the Northern Lights and was lucky enough to appreciate them in the starry sky of the Arctic Circle.

Technical stuff:
Small world
+ Than 40 lots (residential and community)
Requires all EPs and SPs (SPs is something I'm not sure about because I used what I liked, but it is recommended to have everything)
Requires certain sets, venues, store items from the Store (I'll list which ones below)
It is very smooth, too much, which I like. I have also added events generators to make the experience more dynamic.
Aurora Skies is required for rooftops (but this can be skipped)

PS: As a simmer, I hate having to go through the launcher in order to install Worlds, so... the file is in .world, so in order to install it without using the launcher you have to follow this path:
– C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds. -- Origin version
or
– C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds -- Disc Version

I'm super excited to be finally able to share this project after years of working on this world. Initially, this was meant to be a strict Sims 2 conversion, but as time went on I decided I needed more and more lots... until it had (literally) become something way bigger. This is still a work in progress, though, so if you encounter any bugs or problems please reach out to me and tell me about them!
Currently known issues:
"Three is a crowd for romance..." pops up when you load the world for the first time
Pascal Curious' body becoming invisible when pregnancy shows
DOWNLOAD:
The zip-file includes the world and a merged package file including a few decorative cc object that'll improve the world's aesthetics. Additionally you might want to download Misty's University Life Rabbithole Rugs to be able to use the custom uni in this world. If you want to use them, you'll also need to install Nraas Careers.
